Pizza Napoli in Saint-Blaise

Horrible experience. The boss completely neglects the danger of certain ingredients for people who have special health needs, and gives false information even if you ask them the question beforehand. There is no concept of service. The kebab itself was too salty and it seemed like there were too many chemical additives which made me super thirsty all day the next day. There are at least 3 other nice little restaurants nearby. Protect your health and your wallet by going elsewhere!

In view of the negative comments that I read, I can say that in the years that I have frequented this kebab, it is simply one of the best kebabs in the canton for me. Just don't forget that they are a couple, the only ones running an establishment, they cannot meet everyone's expectations and desires.... I am always very well received by smiling bosses and I always eat a great kebab or pizza with fresh, quality products. PS: I am not family or friends and I have no shares in the company.

I called to order 3 pizzas for an amount of CHF 50.-. I live in Lignières, 12 minutes by car from St-Blaise via Frochaux and the person on the phone told me that he couldn't because it cost him too much. The journey 😂 required a minimum of CHF 65.-. This is how to lose a customer due to poor management. It’s a shame this way of doing things 😏

Best kebab tacos.! And there is something for everyone (Turkish, Italian, etc.) The pizzas are also delicious

I was a very regular customer and what a bad surprise to have an order refused because the minimum amount for delivery changed and went to 45frs to make Saint-Blaise - La Coudre... Perhaps we should review your zones because frankly it’s abused! And what's more, given the owner's responses, it says a lot about the treatment of customers. Fortunately there is enough competition who not only answer you like crap... but who also deliver! I'm moving to 1 star for the boss's constructive response.

Heavy atmosphere, staff not welcoming and not smiling! The kebabs and pizzas are not bad, as long as they give you the right order… We specified no hot sauce for children and unfortunately we were not heard. I do not recommend this kebab. Head directly to pizza phone next door.

2 pasta dishes to take away! Super fast and friendly service!!! It was very good and very well served!!! One dish is almost enough for two people!!! Yum-yum!!!

The pizzas are very good, well garnished. Warm welcome. On the other hand, the tiramisu, even if it is homemade, almost frozen and the cream set is not great, sorry.

Very disappointed, plus they refuse to make small pizzas. If ever when reading the old comments I saw that they claim that dieci does not deliver to Gampelen, this is false, it is not noted on their site but unlike pizza Napoli, they go in the direction of the customer and what's more, they also make small pizzas. I live in Gampelen and can confirm that I was delivered by Dieci.

They are thieves, neither did they, the prices are increased by two francs compared to the price indicated on the site, I call that theft... I won't set foot there again. To the wise

Former customer, already from the time of the previous boss, what was my disappointment when suddenly the current boss refused to deliver my order. The minimum amount was completely respected, but despite that, and I quote, "they're small pizzas, I'm not interested in delivering them". I imagine that during COVID times people didn't have much choice in what to eat and that delivery was in full swing. One thing is certain, they lost a customer. And if anyone is interested, the Kreuz restaurant in Ins and Dieici in Neuchâtel are very good alternatives. ABE

Excellent pizzas, still hot despite the distance. Delivery guys always friendly and smiling. Very short deadlines, delivered before the appointed time.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix; tous les ingrédients faisant partie du kébab étaient présents ; la sauce blanche est très bonne, cependant une sauce de plus ne serait pas de refus.

Nous commandons régulièrement chez Napoli Pizza. Jamais déçus, pâte fine et croustillante, beaucoup de garniture. Livreurs très sympathiques malgré nos 185 marches à gravir :-)

Hummm miam miam trop bonnes les pizzas...le reste aussi d'ailleurs, les patrons sont sympa même le patron qui fait un peu grognon mais qui au fond est très sympa

Mauvais accueil, ne donne pas trop envie de manger chez eux. De plus ils vous a vous s’asseoir où ils veulent en sachant qu’il n’y avait personne.

Nous avons éte plus que déçus; 39 francs (j'ai bien dis 39!) pour deux PETITES pizzas + 1.5 litre de Coca. Et livrées presque tièdes, sans les petites huiles piquantes, et navrés de dire que les pizzas étaient fades, pas du tout asaisonnées.
