Not fresh, not warm, too small and too expensive. Price/performance is not right here.

Unfortunately the food wasn't fresh at all. Doner kebab in pocket bread and flatbread, very small portions. It didn't go down particularly well in my stomach either... It's a shame it was a popular name in Zurich 5 years ago.

The service was very unfriendly for the second time. The employees complained about us for coming half an hour before closing time. My girlfriend was also insulted in Turkish and racist attention was drawn to my dark skin color. The food doesn't justify the high price as the meat wasn't good and the sauce wasn't tasty.

The staff was nice and offered the lunch menu. I would try this one. For 16.50CHF you have a large portion. There are around 3 (freshly cooked?) dishes to choose from. These looked appealing.

Recently visited again. Food unchanged, still worth it. Update Jan 2022 Turkish Kebab place with a more locations. I visited this location near the railway station in Oerlikon. I found the food quite ok. I say ok because there was a certain fluctuation in taste and consistency of the Durum Kebab. One time the meat tasted overly salty. One time the meat was sitting in a steel container and from the temprature felt like it has been cut 20-30 minutes prior to being used in my kebab. My kebab was heated in a kind of sandwich toaster/maker contraption which made the kebab hot to the touch, but the insied was luke warm. This was at a time when it was not busy. At normal dinner and busier times the kebabs were great, tasting very fresh with frshly cut and even a little crispy meat. The concept is still great, the simplicity of choosing which items you want inside your kebab (lettuce, tomato, spciy, etc). I am a regular visitor to this place and as such I am able to quickly notice the variations of their kebabs. Still, its always worth it because these variations give you the strong impression your food is not made in a factory or made according to a highly finetuned process.
