I've been coming since the opening of Non Stop but nothing is taken for granted in life! The quality had already been declining for some time, but last night was too much. The bread was already more than in crumbs when I opened my order (I live nearby so I opened my order 5 minutes later) and in terms of fries, I had the impression of having inherited the bottom of a bag of frozen fries from the supermarket. Then, the slice of breaded chicken was overcooked so almost impossible to bite into! Honestly, I don't know how long you cooked it, but I've never seen that before. Just not edible. And to top it off, you really enjoyed the chili, I've had this burger dozens of times, I've never had my mouth so on fire. And it wasn't the can of Coke that was sold to me for 4.50 chf (I was surprised, I went to look on the menu, normally it's 4 chf) that was able to put out the fire. Nor the incredible dryness of the burger where I struggled to find the slightest trace of guacamole. Very sad and a shame what it’s becoming. It's not the first time I've been disappointed, but this time it was one time too many.

This little burger restaurant is definitely worth a visit. It's down a small alley so it's easy to miss. In warm weather you can sit outside. It has a few tables on both sides of the alley. The service is very friendly and attentive. The burgers are really perfect! The 'small green' salad was also very good and anything but small. The prices are very reasonable. Although you don't have a view of the lake from here, it is quiet and cozy.

Came for a family lunch. Ordered 4 burger meals: 3 beef and 1 chicken. Beef burgers were raw inside- they all looked like tartar. My chicken burger was also raw(!!!) inside: it was pink and even almost red in places: I was shocked they even thought to serve chicken not entirely fried . Doesn’t the chef know that uncooked chicken meet can poison ?? I called the waitress. She took my plate away and soon returned with what was my chicken burger, but fried to death in breadcrumbs . They reheated the chips as they looked burnt. The only part they replaced was the bread bun… I think. Shocking service ! In any self respecting dining venue they would apologise and replace the dish completely. As a result I came home feeling ill, had sickness , stomach cramps and even fever of 38.3C! Writing this review next day and still lying in bed feeling weak. Terrible service, unhygienic and not worth a visit!
