Finnish beer in Zurich is priceless. Though no food - just snacks.

Cool place to meet people and enjoy time, conversation and beer. Iceland winter ale is something special. The ambient is simple and relaxed. Not that loud but not boring. It is a place to spend time with friends and talk. No real food, rather just drinks and some finger food. So better to be prepared and get something to eat before and then enjoy the time being there.

Great bar with amazing nordic atmosphere. Lots of nordic drinks including the most important Finnish Lonkero! Which cost 8€ and somehow is cheaper in Zurich than in Helsinki. Friendly staff and large collection of different board games.

I visited in September 2022 and my bartender was Selma. She was super helpful selecting the right beers for my taste preferences. Lovely atmosphere!

We met in Zurich and wanted to have a beer. On our long odyssey along the so-called 'dirty bars' on Langstrasse, after what felt like hours and dry throats, we finally came across the 'Norden Bar'... We were at a loss for words... What an original establishment - so authentic and yet so identifiable to us 'Bünzlis' … When we entered we were immediately warmly greeted by the responsible boss, Sandra. “We want to have a beer,” we said. 'You've come to the right place,' she replied pointedly. We had to laugh, the ice was broken immediately. She enchanted and advised us for hours with her knowledge and charm. The dry throat, now caused by the constant laughter of her great jokes, was immediately moistened again by the delicious beer she recommended. What was left of the evening was a so-called 'stumbling head' the next morning, but wonderful memories of a place to which I would be happy to return at any time!

We were introduced to Norden on the Zurich Beer tour and liked it so much we returned the next night. Very interesting selection of beers. No way I will have access to them in Australia! Loved all the IPAs we had, especially the ones from the Faroe Islands. Also thank you to the folks working there for being so kind and helpful. Recommended!

Rather dark and gloomy, which comes close to the Nordic feeling. Large selection of different beers and drinks. I saw another hot dog machine, but it wasn't in use 😥. Otherwise everything is very nicely furnished with wood. Really recommended!

Love this place and recommend to everyone! Friendly and kind personal and great bier. I come regularly to conduct events there and I know many groups that do the same and are happy and grateful. They have a corner with various table games, so you’ll never be bored there.

Really special selection of beers. The atmosphere is super nice, Nordic vibes also thanks to the decor of the place, it's really a great place to spend the evening with friends in front of a good beer. In addition to the beer and the nice atmosphere, Norden offers the possibility to use the board games they have available, such as Catan, Jenga and chess, for example. The place and the restrooms are very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. Absolutely recommended.

This bar specializes in beers and liquors from the Nordic countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, etc. You'll find many brands not found anywhere else. The ambience is spartan: the walls of the room are lined with wood and there are wooden tables and benches all around. I guess it's trying to look like a cabin in the far north, but it mostly looked empty to me. Not a lot of Scandinavian "hygge" to be found here. The service was friendly and our cocktails were okay — some simple long drinks but nothing more.

A cozy place with an impressive range of Nordic beers of all kinds! Competent staff who know what they talk about and give really reliable recommendations. Enjoy!

Great selection of beers (try Hilatus if you're into sour 🍺), interesting cocktails 🍸, and a super friendly staff! The traditional game of nailing (🔨 🪵) is a blast! Nordic ship-like interior w/ great mood lights 💡. Board games available, and chess♟️enthusiasts are quite welcome.

Went there the first time with friends. Since then I took almost everyone I know there. It's just great. The beer is awesome, the drinks are great and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, also thanks to the devoted staff. The music is a mix between 80s, 90s rock and metal.

Like the name implies, all drinks are from northern europe. The seating area is really cozy and good for groups. The music was at volume suitable for conversations, no need to scream your vocal chords out here ;) and of course friendly staff. Would definitely visit again.
