Great thing. I think the offer is good, for example that “Water for Water” is supported and a regional microbrewery is also represented (Mons Bier von Kriens). The homemade ginger lemonade is great, and you can get the Beckenrieder “Omo” here! What I miss is the pastrami panini, it was worlds better than the salami panini that is now being offered.

A little crowded but nice place to unwind

A great place to relax in nature if you don’t want to travel far

Pleasant swimming pool between Lucerne and Emmenbrücke. Easily accessible by bike, bus and of course by swimming on the Reuss. Bistro has a great range of various regional products. Twint and card are accepted. Have fun!

Just sit down and relax, what more could you want

Great location. The river is right there and you can cool off perfectly. If you want, you can go up the river and then float down the river. It is also excellent for children, as there is a fenced water and climbing playground within sight. The food is very fine. Drinks are overly expensive hence the star deduction.

Snacks e.g. chips, there are no nuts, would be very nice with an aperitif!

Perfectly located on the cycle route from Lucerne towards Emmenbrücke, you can stop here for a cool drink or to cool off in the Reuss. The water playground is well thought out and the green area right on the river invites you to linger.

Small, fine offerings for thirst and hunger. Very nice atmosphere on the Reuss.

Prices are totally exorbitant, 3x fries, 2x pannini and 4 drinks Fr. 77.-. Unfortunately the service wasn't worth anything, which is a shame. But the place itself is great. I hope I correct the prices a bit, otherwise more people will take everything from home.

Really cool and cozy location. Food offerings could be a little more convincing. The range of drinks on offer is good and also regionally oriented.

A really nice place on the Reuss. Ideal for an after-work drink or a snack while passing through by bike. Ideal for a refreshing swim in the Reuss in summer! The water playground and the separate swimming area for kids in the river are also great. The only deduction for the partly oblique figures...

Something very alternative, but I still like it that way from time to time...

This place is nice to relax, but 3portion of fries and 2 glass of apple juice and a glass of water was sold to my kids for 43fr paid with card. That was a bit too much!

Very cozy place to stay on the Reuss. And at the Buvette you can get fine Appenzeller beer, homemade iced tea and something to eat. The friendly team rounds it all off... I'd love to come back!

The only negative point about this beautiful place is that it doesn't have enough trees for shade. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This is a great place to spend time in summer! Swimming in the Reuss is really nice, no matter how far you swim. You can also just cool down in the small area right at the Nordpol where the river's current isn't very strong. There is a great playground right beside the Nordpol, and they have nice seating as well as a tiny beach and some grassy areas to sit. Beautiful!

Super nice here, right on the Reuss, I was the first guest this Sunday at 10am. Good espresso, accompanied by wonderfully cold water, remains a fond memory. Here they cultivate fresh herbs such as peppermint, chives and rosemary. Highly recommended! I'd love to come back.

Holidays on your doorstep. Nice staff, fantastic atmosphere. Tasty, small dishes, good drinks. The collaboration with Hello Welcome is also great! Likewise with the neighborhood association. Great pizza offer on Thursday and Friday! Sensational.

cozy....best place for swimming in the Reuss and taking a break

Cool little bar situated on the river about a good 20min walk from town. The service was friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed some pomme (chips) and several glasses of white wine. It’s only been there since 2017 so I reckon the grapevines will add more character (and shade) once they’re established more. Recommend this place to get away from the crowds.

One of the best playgrounds i've ever seen. Offers climbing stuff, big sandpit, water playground. Off the playground you have access to lucerne's cristal clear river reuss. You can have drinks at the (far too pricey) openair bar which offer tastey sandwiches though. Just make sure to BYO!

Top location, beautiful location, sunny, directly on the Reuss. Invites you to swim and have a barbecue in summer. 6 stars if there were more smaller meals for in between, e.g. salad punch with tuna, chicken, Bündnerplättli, sandwiches etc.

It's an impeccable place to get some good air, take a stroll, meet someone, and relax in life with a nice beer or a nice wine💑👍

Beautiful play area for kids, especially in hot weather with it's water features. And in summer, there's a cool bar/café with refreshing drinks and delicious light meals and snacks. A perfect place to hangout or take a dip i. river Reuss.

Great bike path. You can stop there for a snack or beer and relax by the lake. Has large playground for children. What is missing? Better meadow/lawn Clean toilets and better ice cream offers..

Very nicely done and in a good mood and good bar with food

Easily accessible by bus (#2, get off at Schiff). Right by the river. Float or dip your toes. Cool little trailer bar/kiosk. Awesome playground and small waterpark. Some lawn and barbecue spots. Wedged in between train tracks and highway- not bad and gives it it's unique characteristics but perhaps not everyone's first choice.

Unfortunately very expensive and often sold out. In addition, the lying surfaces are not cleaned or at least insufficiently cleaned (cigarette butts), therefore only recommended to a limited extent...

Always stop by bike for something cool. Always nice and friendly service.
