On the table next to him he was eating and the waitress didn't hesitate to interrupt them to make them pay. We pay and when it was time to eat the natas was inedible. In terms of cleanliness the floor was worthy of a fast food restaurant at the end of service I think the broom must have been on the weekend.

Terrible service, hygiene needs to be seriously reviewed. Payment at the table as if we were thieves…

I visited this place on December 24. A dense crowd was queuing and none of the tables were free. It was full. Despite everything, the shelves were regularly replenished with different breads. The service was fast and friendly. I recommend.

First time I go there and the waiter completely snubs me! However, your room is almost empty but the gentleman snubs me in front of the cash register... not a smile, nothing! He puts my croissant on to heat (finally) and leaves it for at least another good 20 minutes to snub me and do his little cleaning behind the register… not a smile, nothing! I had to go ask him to remove it and give it to me otherwise I would still be there... that happened this Tuesday! Kindness and professionalism should also be given to your customers who do not speak Portuguese, sir!! Fortunately my cousin is much better than the service!

A bakery with potential but leaves a lot to be desired in some aspects. The coffee, with a high price, was expected to be of Portuguese quality. However, it is watery, without foam and similar to instant coffee... The croissants, unfortunately, are a bit doughy and dry, not the typical croissant that catches your eye. The bread that exists is good, however I didn't find cereal bread, rye, water, etc. normal for a quality Portuguese bakery. Apart from these points for improvement, the cream is excellent.

I went to find the cake called ‘ castella’ it’s very popular pastry in Asia ( Japan, Korea and Taiwan etc) it’s originally from portugal. This place is a bit far from the traffic so need to drive to the place but also can find one in servette. Plenty of choices and Porto wine plus some sardines cans as well.

It’s convenient that it’s open on Sunday. There is good (natas etc.) and not so good (croissants: that’s not good at all)

Disgusted with the service of the employees as well as their respect towards customers!! I gave a 200CHF note to pay for 3 coffees and 2 croissants which amounted to around 15.-. The employee who managed the cash register took my 200 and gave me change for 100CHF! I understand that it could be a mistake, so I tell her that I gave her 200CHF and she tells me flatly that no, and that I only gave her 100CHF. She then leaves to serve the other customers, obviously I stayed and asked for my money of 200CHF and demanding that she count the cash register in order to see the extra money, so she could see my 200CHF! She told me no and only 10 minutes later, after making a scandal, she finally gave me back my change of 200CHF, without even apologizing and in a very rude manner!! Very bad experience!!
