Super disappointed. Given the comments, we may have had too high an expectation. Tiny quantity, does not respect requests for intolerances. Super slow service. On the terrace you are either cold or too hot. Fortunately the servers are friendly, otherwise I think we would have left before the end of the meal. Considering what it cost us for 4, i.e. 466.- with a special offer qoqa +50.- grappa and coffees, well we will never go back there again and I don't recommend it.

The service was very slow, the restaurant was full but the time taken to take orders (45 mins) and between courses (15 to 20 mins) was a little too long for our taste. The food - in particular the appetizer and main - were very tasty and generous. The dessert while good lacked a bit of originality (only three desserts also with the café gourmand). Staff is very nice. Wait to receive the appetizer was too long. I would recommend if in the region.

Le plat principal ( plat du jour): aiguillette finement découpée en lamelles, cuite selon demande, sur un lit de très bons légumes et gratin. Les desserts me paraissent un cran au dessous. Vin local, bon, mais un peu cher.Si tout est bien côté cuisine, diable, on attendrait un service de meilleure qualité, surtout plus souriant.

Il y a plusieurs critères sur lesquelles, en dehors du menu, je note un bon restaurant ou pas. Tout d abord nous étions venu en tout début d ouverture du restaurant et cela n a plus rien à voir. Tout d abord niveau service, nous avons attendu 25 minutes avant que l on ne nous propose un apéritif, que j' ai du demander. Par la suite pour petite information 1h20 très précisément pour pouvoir consommer notre entrée (beaucoup trop long) on sentait le service autant que les serveurs perdus, sela peut arriver mais aucun mot d excuse pour le retard... Les plats se sont plutôt bien enchaînés ensuite. Deuxième point nous avons passé le début de soirée enfumé, irrespirable de fumée du poêle extérieur à bois. Puis niveau plat rien de transcendant, je noterais une belle présentation certes mais aucune surprise culinaire, coquilles saint jacques trop cuite, les ravioles étaient bonnes mais le bouillon sans mais alors sans utilité fade les petits pois etc n avaient pas l air frais. La chasse la sauce romarin très bonne, cuisson du lièvre plutôt pas mal mais les spaetzli euuuh pas cuit, encore une fois dommage. Je ne parlerais pas du service qui était respectable et poli souriant uniquement de la part que d'un serveur. Dommage la dynamique du début a perdu l entier de son charme pour une cuisine qui mise a part la présentation à perdu de sa gastronomie pour une note finale a plus de 230chf quand même à deux.

D'habitude c'est bien mais là. 1h15 d'attente pour avoir son entrée. Noix de saint Jacques trop cuite. Le lièvre et sa sauce étaient bons. Spatzle maison pas cuit (il y avait une boule de pâte peu cuite) Le poêle enfumait plus qu'autre chose donc par moment c'etait irrespirable. Donc non, ce ne fut pas une soirée agréable
