What a wonderful restaurant this is.

Really the best restaurant in Zurich Albisrieden near Triemli. Has lots of parking spaces. Always consistently good food. The Gallmann family does a very good job. Congratulations to the waiter Antonio who is always very attentive, helpful and extremely friendly - bravo!

11/5/23, we finally did it. This restaurant has been on our list for a long time. We had the saddle of venison for 2 people, as a starter we had chanterelles and vermicelli, of course, couldn't be missed. We will be back definitely.

The four of us enjoyed a delicious dinner. The food was fine and the price/performance ratio was right. The service was also good and attentive. We'd love to come back!

Superbe roe deer meat, great desserts. Highly recommended. Went there for lunch. We had roe deer prepared in 3 different ways. All were amazing. Meat is cooked according to the recipe (see specifications on the menu) and accompanied by vegetables, fruits, spätzli and sauces. Hard to say which was better, even if we could clearly taste 3 different tastes: “Hubertus”, well cooked in its own sauce, “Diana”, medium cooked “baden baden” style and “Hirsh hit” medium rare, the wildest taste of the three. We closed with 3 desserts, all well presented and tasty: ice-cream with Bayles cream, Merungue with ice cream and Vermicellees. Only negative comment goes to drinks. We ordered 3 glasses of wine and instead of the bottle and the tasting before serving it, we got a glass jug with the measured quantity brought at the table. Restaurant would deserve a different style.

I recently had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and I can say without a doubt that it was an excellent experience. The food was not only delicious, but also wonderfully presented. The service was first class, the staff was attentive and polite, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

Once again everything worked great. From reservation to greeting and service to the food that is served to the guest in excellent and outstanding quality. Keep it up, it's fun for both sides. Now in the wild season it's a little more special. The selection is large and a rack of venison in a plate dish for one person is offered. This is very nice and innovative for a customer-friendly and accommodating. The quality is top there too. 👍🤗

Were here for the game dishes and can only recommend a visit. The venison is buttery tender and the venison casserole is a stunner. Plus a nice atmosphere and courteous service. It certainly wasn't our last visit! Edit: It didn't stop at this one visit, but we've returned several times since then and have always been very satisfied with the service and food.

Garlic butter was great and the salad was great, no complaints🤌

A true pearl on the outskirts of the city. The food can only be described (in my opinion) as impeccable. In winter it is very warm and cozy indoors. Simply beautiful on the terrace in summer. Enjoying a great dinner while listening to the rippling pond, drinking delicious wine and being served by the extremely warm and competent staff is simply a joy. The best place to switch off.

A great place for our class reunions. Aperitif on the terrace, food right next to it in our own Stübli. It was nice for us, we had peace and quiet and a great waiter. Charming, funny, efficient, it worked really well. The kitchen cooked perfectly, arranged beautifully and everything came to the guests very quickly at the right time. Exactly how you want it.

There were 7 of us at the Metzgerstübli (Thursday 20.4.2023). The service was extremely attentive and very friendly, efficient and very flexible. Our dishes were all excellent. All the invited guests were completely satisfied and there was no criticism at all. All the service staff were extremely friendly.

The Oberes Triemli restaurant has long been our favorite family restaurant. The quality of the food is always extremely good and the hospitality of the host family is exceptional. We have felt very comfortable here for many years and therefore regularly hold our family celebrations and business events here.

We celebrated the baptism of our wonderful grandson. We received a very friendly welcome and had a small, bright room to ourselves. The food was wonderful from A-Z! Sergio's service was so warm. He joked with the children present and fulfilled all their wishes. That's why 5 stars for Sergio! Thank you very much! We'd love to come back!

Really great, the vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the meat was TOP too! The separate smoking room for cigar aficionados is of course awesome.

Gitti and Harald from Germany were at Triemli for lunch today. Everything was perfect. Kitchen at a high level, service perfect and very friendly. Despite the high level, the menu is rich and varied! I can only recommend! Mussels in white wine sauce 1st place. Veal schnitzel in 3rd place after Mange in Grießen (D) and Gasthaus Bad Osterfingen (CH). Will be happy to come back!

Family business - We were served very attentively by Alessandro. The food is very fine and of excellent quality. I checked - although there is a shortage of staff in the catering scene - there are no vacancies in this company. For me, this speaks of appreciative management towards the staff. Top from A to Z. The reservation works perfectly and is recommended - the restaurant is also well booked during the week. The welcome is warm, the cloakroom is taken away and looked after by the staff. The garlic butter with the bread is very tasty. The game is excellent (for me the best game in Zurich!) and the other dishes are also delicious. The service is excellent and very attentive, many thanks to the very personable Sergio. It's always a pleasure for us :-)
