How not to order a pizza? Spectacular!!!

Last night we had dinner with my family in this Amazing place. Full restaurant, impeccable service, the quality of the food was Super!!! We will definitely be back! Thanks to all the staff:)))

My review was deleted because it puts the Oldrati in a bad light! Salmon trimmings were served instead of salmon! This shouldn't happen in any restaurant. If reviews can be deleted, it doesn't help!

We went to Oldrati for the first time and it was great! Excellent food and the atmosphere was great. We'll come back.

We ordered a pizza, tomato onion salad and Paccheri pistachios, waited 40 minutes for the salad, after the salad I waited another 40 minutes until the pizza came and when I had already finished the pizza my wife got the Paccheri pistachios!!! And the best thing for last: we found two little spiders in the Paccheri pistachios and my pizza also had lint in it!! TERRIBLE !!! NEVER AGAIN!! THE STORE SHOULD CLOSURE IMMEDIATELY!!!

We ordered gnocchi with salmon. Unfortunately, instead of salmon there was only brown salmon fat, which was apparently cut off from a salmon and mixed into the gnocchi! We complained and the answer: that's salmon too! We will never set foot in this restaurant again!

The place was empty, but only one open on a rainy day. The food was okay nothing special. But over all it had a nice view of the water.

Very idyllic, staff is very attentive and accommodating. Despite the spontaneous reservation, we were welcomed without any problems and served very politely. Additional services such as a last-minute change in the number of people or a dropped napkin were immediately added/replaced. Perfect for a cozy dinner with a beer.

As for the food: fantastic! I really enjoyed both the soup and the pizza. The service was fine. There is a deduction because the Rivella is stated on the card as 5 dl and is credited as such on the bill, but you actually only get 3 dl. There is a further deduction because everything took quite a long time despite the restaurant not being full and three waiters.

The spaghetti admadricana was great, I will eat it again.

We have been in Oldrati Restaurant for dinner tonight and it was a really good experience. We had cheese fondue that was amazing, pasta with pistachio pesto so good!! The staff was helpful and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

Sadly, we had to wait a full 30 minutes for the card to finally arrive. And as if that wasn't enough, we were forced to sit outside in a freezing 8 degrees. A total of 55 sad minutes passed before we finally got our warm food. That's not possible in my opinion.

One of the worst meal ever... we ve had a risotto that was so dry and pizza just average. Big disappoint.. shame. service look stressed and unfriendly.

The nicest service did their very best for us. After being used to the prices of Italy, this is very expensive. And we ordered orange juice and it's not fresh and the hot chocolate milk was made of some nasty powder

Good pizzeria near the lake. We had the tartar, salad, two pizzas and risotto. Pizzas were done well and the other dishes as expected. Nothing to rave about but good for lunch. Service is friendly for the area but still slightly pushy which seems to be common in the area.

Food is very expensive. They didn't agree to replace or refund a dish we didn't like. No toilet papers in the restrooms. Located close to the lake but on the other side of the road so no views of the lake, just of the cars. Very few vegetarian options.

I went with my family to this place with a beautiful location near the lake, my son had the really good homemade lasagna while we started with the meat tartare (excellent) as a second course we had the sliced ​​tuna with spinach and vegetables (delicious) finally on the waiter's advice we had a good homemade tiramisu, the service was perfect we will definitely be back

Very bad service! We got pizza without cheese and asked to replace it and got a strong no for an answer, then they added cheese and tried to over charge us for it ( we've just asked to return it ). They said water is free when we asked, and then charged us for 2 bottles. They refused to call the manager. Eventually they called the manager (after they said he's not there), One of the waiters tried to help us but the others were very rude and had zero sense of customer satisfaction. In addition - The food was not tasty and very expressive, We hardly ate it even though we came very hungry after a few days in the mountains. The location is also not great as we've set right at the road, with cars passing by. Definitely not recommended and very expensive vs what we got ( most expensive and worst quality in our entire trip in Switzerland).

Nice cozy restaurant near the lake. The selection of dishes is very large and the quality is good. Campari Spritz also delicious. In terms of price, you arrived in Switzerland as a tourist. Pizzas from around 18 - 28 CHF.

I had tagliatelle with zucchini and zucchini flowers. Unfortunately I found a worm in the flowers. But the waiter was very friendly. Still would have expected some discount or at least a grappa as an apology. Therefore only 1 star.

I ordered a cutlet and received a veal schnitzel. The waiter explained that their cutlet was a schnitzel. Surcharge 10.00 Fr. plus tip. The waiter was subsequently informed and apologized. There is also a bird plague.

Fun evening! Service was EXCELLENT!! We had 22 children with us and the restaurant gave us tasty and quick pizzas to v hungry children..... V friendly....and super finish to a great week in Ticino.

Today we had dinner at the Oldrati restaurant, what can I say, everything was perfect from the food to the service. Very friendly staff we ordered a carbonara, a peppered mussels and a pizza 🍕 Italy 🇮🇹 the top. Then sweet the tiramisu was delicious, congratulations I recommend it to everyone.

Food prepared rather heartlessly, pizza mushy, staff stressed and annoyed, brought a dirty plate, assembly line processing, definitely to be avoided!

Lasagna was still cold in the middle. Pizza was acceptable. There was still food left on the spoon. My daughter was served the wrong food. The bill was brought to our table but we had to wait almost 15 minutes until it was collected. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Was the first and last time.

Great location directly opposite Lake Maggiore on the Locarno / Muralto city limits. Great central location right next to the street, but that's hardly a problem because you can of course also sit inside. The salad was quite small for the price, but the price/performance ratio for the pizza with tuna was even better. Pizza Calzone, I saw, is very big. The espresso also tastes good. Food arrived quickly, in about 10 minutes. The waiter was very friendly and humorous. A good restaurant with great service.

Nice restaurant. Located very close to the lake, but also directly on the road. The basically beautiful view is immediately accompanied by the smell of exhaust fumes. The food is good, the portions are very generous - unfortunately both my companion and I couldn't finish it all, there was just too much, which I found very unfortunate. My risotto was also a little too hot. Surprisingly, despite the proximity, you hardly notice the traffic noise.

It opens at 11.30 and if you arrive early (it was 11.00) even just to drink a coffee, the cash register is still closed. Embarrassing for the staff who have to enforce this rule and also for the customer... Too bad

I had very limited time for lunch. She got into the situation, offered an excellent filling option and ensured that the order was quickly prepared.
