OLYMPIA PIZZA & KEBAB in Biel/Bienne

Adem is a very nice host. The food is delicious. The portions are large and the ingredients are fresh. Price-performance is top. Gladly again!

I ordered 2 tonno pizzas, I received 2 pizzas very similar to the frozen pizza that you buy in supermarkets. It's not the first time I've ordered from them but today I have to say that it really wasn't great. PS: The delivery man refused to go up the 4 floors. If I wanted to go down I would have gone to the pizzeria in front of my house… In short, a tip under the nose and one more negative review…

This is exactly how a kebab should be, with real meat. I'm happy to pay a little more!!!! 100 points from me. Update: What I got this evening has nothing to do with 💯 points....unfortunately more like 10... The meat was definitely not from a skewer like the one in the photo, it was the same as everywhere else. 11.- is not justified. I am revising my application from 5 to 2 stars!

Very good coffee and the food is excellent

never again, dürüm box orders all the sauce over the fries and limp and meat (very little meat, 3/4 of the box was filled with these laber sauces fries) hardly any sauce and therefore dry, not even an onion or tomato and that for 15.- never ever again

So... Where do I start... So we ordered around 7 p.m. It was already there at 7:26 p.m., very quickly, that's still good :) But then.. Dürüm both cold.. Fries were either not cooked through or just very, very soft.. Dürüm has a strange smell of cheese.. You couldn't even choose a sauce on the side. Dürüm had cocktail and yoghurt sauce in it.. Not bad in itself.. But I don't like yoghurt sauce and you couldn't choose anything online.. I think it's a shame.. And then the courier was already in the stairwell, pressed it into my hand and went back quickly. Not even really a “have a nice evening” or “goodbye”… It’s a real shame.. I will definitely never order there again.. Not even after reading these other reviews.. where others write they had salmonella and not just from one comment.. It's a shame..

Stay away from this restaurant! First and LAST time for me! Last night I had a pizza delivered from Olympia (long story, huge problem with smood.ch - you should stay away from them too, crooks, thieves!) and today I had stomach and abdominal pain all day, a cold fever (chills) , shaking, vomited twice and finally diarrhea this evening, i.e. FOOD POISONING; very likely salmonellosis!!! NO MORE!

I wanted to order a dürüm and the owner yelled at me very loudly

Unfortunately very bad. I ordered 2 pizzas, one was forgotten and when it was brought the pizza was almost cold. The second pizza was not fully baked and the dough was still raw. When I complained, my concerns were not taken seriously. I was told that if he made a new one it would turn out exactly the same. So if that's the case, you simply can't bake pizza. The supplier was very unfriendly and had no interest in satisfying his customer.

I ordered two pizzas from the eat.ch site for the sum of 40.95.-... Only one pizza was brought to me, I tried to explain to the delivery man that he had an error on the delivery. He totally disrespected me and left with the pizza! The behavior of the delivery man who told me he was the boss was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. After several attempts on my part to call the EAT.ch platform (it took me at least 45 minutes to reach them... Avoid ordering through this platform, because, if there is the slightest problem, the people are incompetent and almost unreachable) the pizzeria brought me back my order accompanied by a paltry 5.- voucher of apology.... THE PEOPLE WORK AT “OLYMPIA PIZZA & KEBAB” ARE CLEARLY INCOMPETENT, DISRESPECTFUL AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER PIZZERIAS IN BIENNA, DON’T ORDER FROM THEM! I REPEAT, BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, IF YOU WANT TO BE RESPECTED!!!
