Loved the idea. Good food and organic. I've been going here since we moved to Uster Problem: they need a better system for knowing those that stay in the cafe and when they Have paid. I stayed in the cafe and paid right away when I got my items. As I was leaving one team member accused me of not paying and embarrassing me in front of other customers instead of asking all the team members present. I was so caught off guard I paid again and then I was able to describe the person that served me and she confirmed i paid and I was reimbursed. Have everyone pay at the beginning and this would not happen.. And you have lost me as a customer.

I find it remarkable that when purchasing with a voucher, the stamps are not granted on the total amount. To then claim in front of other customers that I have already received a stamp when purchasing a voucher is presumptuous. Since when did you buy yourself a voucher? At the end it would have been granted with a “then just give me the card”. No thanks. I don't want to be given preferential treatment. Friendliness and fairness are sufficient.

Come back every week, enjoy the turmeric chai latte and take some of the high-quality products home with you. The staff is very friendly, I really appreciate it.

Very nice, bright shop with a great bistro. I often get my organic morning coffee there, which tastes delicious, or my lunch to go. Great service and very helpful.

The range is good, as is the coffee corner! Only the oat milk used for the cappuccino tastes quite strange.

Products are fresh and regional. However, the friendliness of the employees today left something to be desired. I even put my products back and left the store. I was passed over at the counter and overtaken by "regular customers". The first employee acted ignorant, the second employee only helped me to a limited extent and barely made eye contact. Even when I entered the store there was no greeting, which I find very unfortunate. Alnatura and Molki are leaders in this area and have the same products. I won't come back again.

I'll have to be dragged to an organic food store, if I'm honest. They recently recommended the apple tree in Uster to me because a wound on my elbow from a bike accident just wouldn't heal. After a short consultation, I received an aloe vera product that hit me like a bomb. Just one day later, there was clear progress. My Bepanthen has been living in the shadows ever since. I would be happy to visit the apple tree instead of the pharmacy in the future. Very friendly, very nice, one star deducted for the high prices. It's enough for a small purchase, but more...?

It's a nice shop, but I feel like there's a certain level of professionalism missing there. I forgot my reading glasses at home and need advice. I wanted natural yogurt without sugar. At home I saw that both had sugar - a shame.

Today was another day like that. At 12:00 noon a cash register was open and four people wanted to pay. First there was a lady with a full shopping cart, so a waiting time was inevitable. But the blonde employee with the nice dialect prefers to chat with her friend and splash a little water on the vegetables instead of opening the second cash register. It was the same last time, but the boss forced her to open the cash register, which she grudgingly accepted. This lady doesn't know what customer orientation means and that's why I'm changing my focus now. At Alnatura everyone is always so friendly and you can snack all the time. Ciao Apfelbaum

Selling old bread that is still raw on the inside. Have 20 fr. Minimum amount for payment by card. What's that supposed to mean? A reason for me not to shop here anymore. There are much better stores
