OQG Burger&Tacos in La Chaux-de-Fonds

Order placed at 7:15 p.m., no delivery conformation, an unnamed hassle to contact the restaurant. I am told that the delivery man is on his way but he will never arrive. Deplorable

We have been customers since the beginning of the opening... And unfortunately the service has become deplorable and some of the staff are respectful. The pompom this evening, They hang up the phone on my face telling us to order elsewhere! I don't know who I spoke to on the phone but I invite him to be more professional. For our part, we will never be customers again and will let us know...

The two of us ate at this restaurant during the week. The restaurant was empty but the store seemed to have a lot of orders. The ingredients were fresh and tasted good. The fries were very good and crispy. The furnishings left a bit to be desired and the toilet was dirty. On the whole, the expectations of a “snack bar” Bruger were exceeded.

Never asking for delivery is a disaster. And the delivery guy allows me to tell myself that it's not cold either..... He took me for an idiot! I hope for their sake he fixes that.

I rarely leave reviews but here, I have to make an exception. The tacos I ordered were really excellent, well filled and generous in sauce. They are the only ones to do them the right way in Neuchâtel because they also put cheese sauce in your tacos. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Best tacos in town without a doubt, they stand out greatly for the diversity of their menu as well as the famous cheese sauce present in the tacos, it's respectable knowing that 80% of the "restaurateurs" in La Chaux de Fonds make 0 effort in what it offers (copy and paste of what works) and allow themselves to set the default prices... For an 18 CHF Tacos menu: Drink - Quality fries - Sauce for fries - Tacos. The only downside for OQG is that it does not benefit from the excitement of customers that Eat.ch offers to all fast food restaurants. This brand has it all!

The sandwiches arrived cold, the meat without any seasoning, horrible. The potato was wilted. The sauce and the drink were wrong. Honestly, it was better before. Today it leaves a lot to be desired.

Clean, I loved the way in which the order works, either via the internet or on site, also with blind (large tablet) you can see the image of what you are going to take before ordering it (like at McDonald's) there is also hamburgers. This establishment has nothing to envy of the largest fast food in the world. Since tonight, it has become my favorite fast food with Happy Bowls.
