Roof terrace very nice Well, service is questionable No drinks menu but a cocktail menu? (this also counts) And after we chose the cocktail, no one came to take our order.

Terrace and ambience was great. The waitress didn't know what types of tobacco they had. We were put off twice "I can't handle it". The shisha was ok, but we waited over an hour for new coal. I don't know if this would have come naturally if we hadn't asked.

Shisha is actually good. However, the service is very arrogant and blames customers if the shisha scratches. However, the older gentleman at the service was very pleasant. Only the younger one ruined everything for us. We will avoid this bar.

Best shisha bar in Lenzburg. The summer terrace with its rooftop feeling, comfortable seating and lively atmosphere can only be described as superb. Even in the winter, the indoor seating is almost as good, adding warmth compared to the harsh cold outside. The shisha is unlike any other mediocrity; tastes like heaven and lasts an eternity. There is a menu to choose from, with all the flavours you know and love, but if I were you, I wouldn't pick anything from it: let your host decide and mix his creation for you, trust me.

Warning: The boss can be very unfriendly. 1) He did not stick to a reservation agreement and subsequently demanded a minimum consumption amount of CHF 250 for a group of eight, even though no minimum consumption amount had been explicitly agreed upon in advance on the phone. But when he arrived there, he suddenly didn't know anything about it and wouldn't let anyone talk to him anymore. 2) He did not accept a handwritten voucher for CHF 60. This was two years old, but without an expiration date. Don't be misled: Vouchers without an expiry date are valid for ten years in accordance with Art. 127 OR. In some cases, depending on the service in accordance with Article 128 OR, five years. And even if a date were printed, from the perspective of the prevailing legal doctrine, the provisions of the OR would still apply due to consumer protection. That's why it almost turned into an argument on site and the boss reacted extremely unfriendly. Only reluctantly and after repeated negotiations did he accept half of the voucher. He then ran away in a huff. This cost me CHF 30. Otherwise the sisha bar is very nice and the sishas are good. Drinks are rather expensive for Aargau, sometimes at CHF 13 per alcoholic drink. The price of the Sisha is okay at around CHF 20 to 25 depending on the tobacco. Prices are based on June 2019.

Absolutely top shisha bar. After the redesign of the roof terrace it was even better than before. Very good tobacco with a lot to choose from and all at absolutely reasonable prices. Even small hunger pangs can be “satisfied” at any time. Always happy.

Shisha itself is very good, only the “regular customers” are put off by another visit. You can choose your own music, but if the same people always have the iPad, the same thing plays pretty much every evening.
