Pizza loopt more likea toast. Beer from bottle was not cold. Toilet was clean. Windy Inside Doors open

We had a fine steak with fries, it was super tasty and the portion was huge. There's nothing to complain about at all. The system worked well and we didn't have to wait long. Terrace and view great. Maybe for the future; Music is way too loud for our standards, rethink disposable dishes, separate urinals better. To all the complainers; Let's start a season, men and women can always improve We will be back

It's a shame, the charm of the past has been lost with this concept of hospitality! No longer worth a visit for us!

One ingredient in my dish didn't taste particularly good and wasn't of good quality either. After I reported it, the ingredient in question was immediately replaced without any ifs or buts! That's what I call top service! The music could be a little more contemporary 😉. Otherwise everything was great!

Came 3 times last week. Once we had a super friendly service staff and twice a slightly older woman between 30 and 40 who was probably in the wrong job. Friendliness leaves a lot to be desired………

Price-performance top. It's rare to get such large portions in a ski resort and at fair prices. Service is friendly. Great sun terrace with a beautiful view. The concept is quickly understood: order at the bar - pick up the food yourself according to the number. Thank you, I'd love to come back.

Après ski in the middle of the slopes, what more could you want

A great location with a brilliant view! We had cream schnitzel, which tasted great and you could see that a lot of passion and solid craftsmanship goes into the food. The mushrooms were hand cut! I was served friendly and fairly quickly at the bar. It seems like that. It's a shame that access is relatively difficult as a winter hiker, so a conversation with the train operators might bring in more sales. The route would also be great for night skiing. This is my favorite hill for parallel turns and carving. Go on! If you can find a great solution for solid tableware, that would be great. However, for the ski slope and the size of the kitchen, absolutely good and solid performance! Will definitely come back!

House coffee and Nussgiofel were very good and inexpensive compared to the other huts in the region. Nice local staff. Great view, nice big terrace. The hut is comfortably built. Beautiful toilet facilities! I think everything is great. The music is rather too loud for me. But that's my problem.

Great if you like warm beer, bad service and terrible music. Do yourself a favor and ski on for a few hundred meters to the iglu bar.

The maximum has been achieved from the new Ötzi Bar! Beautiful interior and great views. As always, the food is great and the price-performance ratio is right! The staff is always from the region and very friendly. There are always DJs playing. It's clear to me that it's Ötzibar! ;)

Rarely if ever seen a more stupid concept. Sometimes I wonder if you Bernese Oberlanders have never been to another place where you know how things work. You build a beautiful building with a beautiful view and you can't manage to have a good concept. Pick up at the bar where guests eat, room height at the top of the lounge 1.50m, food from plastic plates, drinks from the machine that you can't drink, etc. I think you're kidding us. I could cry...once and never again!

I can't imagine that a team that has been tried and tested for years would be able to cope so badly with the new building. In any case, I won't let the bad recessions stop me from visiting. See you soon, see you soon.

Cool bar with cool people, funny chef,

Chaos and total demolition I actually understand if something doesn't go well in a restaurant, there are people at work everywhere and they can sometimes make mistakes. Yesterday Sunday we ordered two soups and something to drink, so we stood at the bar for at least 20 minutes until we could place the order. Afterwards the big shock came when we received two small cardboard cups, a little bigger than a coffee cup, and no bread. You then get the cutlery on a table outside. The second shock was even greater when we ate the soup, lukewarm water with two or three small pieces of beans or carrots. Such a small cup, which never deserves the name "vegetable soup", costs Fr. 8 with self-service and a long wait Now we wanted to enjoy a coffee, the waiting time for the coffee was even longer than for the soup. The fact that there is only one toilet for women and men and girls have to walk past men who are doing their work at the urinal is another point. The food is all served in throwaway boxes, leaving behind huge piles of waste. Luckily there are other restaurants in the area where you can still get real soup.

Far too long of a wait with annoying pipe devices... Sorry, the service would be good and the ambience with a great view would be good too, but waiting over 40 minutes is simply ridiculous
