The bakery is still awesome: pure childhood memories, fine baked goods, super good mood and friendliness. What particularly impressed me: There is so much baking that there might not be anything on offer at lunchtime, but zero foodwaist is guaranteed!!! Bravo for having the courage to stand against the usual overabundance. Keep it up Peter and the Nietlisbach family!

Small, fine neighborhood bakery. In my opinion, that's the only reason to support it. Service is always friendly and our orders are always processed reliably. Quality as expected but nothing special. Only the location is really not good. You actually have to know where and that it exists. You can't get past it by chance.

Huge disappointment...ordered 2 cakes and 1 cherry cake 10 days ago, specifically asked when they would be open on the pickup day, 7.30 a.m. was the answer. Great, that's fine, we'll come pick it up. On the day of pickup we were even 1 hour late...sorry the cakes weren't made, I was told...I think I'm in the wrong movie,😡we apologize...sorry...nothing else. Then I drove to Bern really frustrated... it just can't be true, something like that...

Purchased from Nietlispach again after 13 years. You come into the store and it smells exactly the same as it did back then, exactly how a bakery should smell. The people here know their craft! As ever, the baked goods are simply unbeatable and, in my opinion, the best in the city. Keep it up and stay true to yourself!!!
