I am extremely disappointed on how as an English speakers I was received. It is the first time that I am having such a bad customer experience and we will never order from here again. The workers are so so so rude, they spoke to us so horribly with zero respect when trying t forded take away on the phone. We didn’t speak German so tried to do our best when ordering and they screamed at us saying we were speaking like kids (or something like that). At least speak nice when talking to the people that are paying. He hang up the phone on us and treated us with zero respect. Never ever going to consider ordering from here again.

This week me and 3 other friends went there, we wanted to order 3 kebabs, we waited in the shop for around 25 minutes and then he simply served us 3 kebabs and filled it with all the salads and sauces without asking what we wanted. Afterwards I said I wouldn't take the kebab because it wasn't mine, but the pizzaiolo got upset and started getting cheeky and told other customers we had to get out and never come back. Is this how they treat customers?

Just ordered, fries unfortunately limp, kebab too, little meat. Pizza okay, but with toppings not ordered (including a completely raw egg on top). Salads pretty bland. It's a shame, delivery was very punctual, the delivery person was very friendly.

The pizza we ordered only arrived after calling several times and was therefore massively late (3 hours after ordering). The supplier has 2 Fr. asked for more than stated. The seasoning was good and the ingredients were ok, but unfortunately the pizza wasn't quite cooked through. The minutes too short in the oven didn't make the delay any better.

As 1. There was no pocket bread to order: the reason was that they didn't have any dough and at 11.15 a.m. they had to order alternatives. 2. The math when ordering wasn't the best because only 9 out of 10 arrived and when we contacted them there was unnecessary discussion. 3. Three dürüms did not arrive with the desired ingredients but rather according to the panizza's own decision. 4. We had an order of 160fr with travel expenses and they were not able to carry out the delivery within the city of Chur free of charge but instead charged 4fr each for the 10 dürüms for the journey, which ended up being 40fr for a 3-minute drive. 5. I could ignore all of this if the quality of the food was sufficient, unfortunately I have never eaten such a bad dürüm as the panizza. I would prefer to give minus stars because everything was bad from the service to the food.
