Panoramagrill in Alpnach

Very poor value for money. We paid an outrageous CHF 8.50 for a limp and not even fully fried portion of fries. The portion was also extremely small. The cardboard tray had not even been filled to the brim. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes, even though others ordered after us, they got their food before us. The reason was the catastrophic order processing with the note system, in which the cashier and the cook often misunderstood each other. The whole thing was topped with the miserable delivery of the food we ordered. Every now and then, fries or even whole sausages fell onto the dirty counter. Such an exceptional location requires a qualitative and acceptable standard, which is definitely not the case with this barbecue stand.

DON’T buy food or beer there. Warm beer and a super weird hot dog. I don’t recommend this place at all. Waste of money.

Limited selection (only sausage and fries), a bit expensive, the sausage was ok, the service was a bit unfriendly and the queue was a bit long.

Too few staff, long waiting time and the chef was very rude. We also ordered 2 cappuccinos to go with our sausages. When we got the sausages, we asked where our cappuccinos were because we hadn't received them yet. The answer from the chef (grill master) was "not my problem" and he continued his work...

Delicious choice! Its price is 18.50 chf! Very good if you think about where you are and what a view you have!

We ate a Pilatus Dog and the bratwurst! Wow incredibly fine and okay priced. The chef, Diéne, was very personable and brought a cool atmosphere.

Our stay on Mount Pilatus was wonderful and was made perfect by Diéne!! He was very accommodating and nice to us! The fries and bratwursts were super delicious! Thank you Diene

The veal sausage was terrible. It consisted of large crumbs of fat and filling material. And that for CHF 7. The pork bratwurst wasn't of good quality either.

Too expensive, two fries and two Coke 25,-SF are quite expensive, then you can also eat in the Kulm ..... but very friendly, and fries were really good .....

Decent options for a reasonable price considering where it is located. The food tested great and fresh. Enjoying a beer with that view is hard to beat.

15 francs for a currywurst with fries, in the box there is about half a bratwurst. Real cheek and tourist rip-off.

Beautiful view - but definitely too expensive... Even a water costs almost as much as half a ticket to the top... (In summer, it's better to take enough drinks with you or have enough cash available on the card ;-)
