Service was good but I did not enjoy the cappuccino, it was to bitter for my taste!

A unique place in the west of Lausanne: coffee roasting on site twice a week, original homemade coffees, teas, honey, gingerbread, business run by the grandson of the founder (house founded in 1968) - three generations have paraded and the quality is still there! 55 years of coffee scents on rue de la Mèbre, what joy!

I work at EPFL and buy their coffee to share with several labs at work. Everyone loves it, even the more demanding coffee enthusiasts! They make a huge variety of roasts to suit anybody's preference. And they roast very frequently so their coffee is always fresh. We particularly like the Mexicano and Bolovie roasts, but there are many other great ones (for example, Malabar is quite interesting).

Coffee roasted on site, excellent quality! Good choice among the selections made by the boss. The coffees offered are exceptional, the house blend 'El Mexicano' in particular. Good advice and description of the products as well. In short, the only place to find an artisanal coffee in western Lausanne. How lucky to have a craftsman of this quality in the region.

A small shop selling ten or so specialty coffee beans, with a cult following. Bialetti moka pots and french press coffeemakers, assorted chocolates and treats. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff.

The café of cafés... The owner is a passionate expert in his field. Other products such as excellent tea not to be missed. The place for Christmas gifts.

The coffee is of excellent quality, the tea too, the honey just as good. And the welcome is always warm. As it is more the roasting workshop than the store itself, sales are possible, and above all the pleasure of seeing an artisan at work. 100% live. Check the hours when the store is open.
