Nice place to have a rest or party in the mountains.

I never write reviews, this is the first time I put any effort in doing this. But if this review convinces even one person not to come to this place I will be very happy. Usually when I read comments about rude staff it can be due to high prices or some reason which is not relevant. However, this is something I never experienced before. Several staff members were so rude, of course they put some things on our bill we never ordered, then they sent a manager who was the rudest of all staff members cursing and explaining how to behave in his restaurant and that he cannot do anything if the bill is already printed. I never heard such stupid explanations before. This is not my first time in St Moritz, but certainly last in this fraud. There are posh places around and literally choose any other before this. Food is below average, atmosphere is non existent.

A really nice club with a great view. We felt very comfortable. Since we were there for the 30th anniversary of the Gourmet Festival, the food was of course indescribably good as was the price/performance ratio. Love goes out 🫶

Much too loud music, exorbitant prices and inattentive waiters. This has nothing at all in common with nice, cozy huts when skiing. A pity!

Despite all my understanding of chic events and luxurious holidays, I fundamentally question the point of a ski hut on the mountain that belongs to a 5-star hotel and charges corresponding prices. Coziness on the mountain is cheaper - and the luxurious, exalted atmosphere you pay for only happens when it's really sunny. Even then it never gets really “full” - part of the chic concept. If the weather is bad, you won't have any of the chic and only mediocre to bad food (lousy fries on the burger, dry, tasteless chicken) at expensive prices. The look behind the always shiny Instagram facade is disappointing on some days. A little more honesty would be better suited to a “traditional house” like Badrutt’s.

Awesome eatery place & great music. The outside view is breathtaking while you eat your food. Visiting from the USA and the experience was one to never forget.

Please stay away from this restaurant. Terrible approach to the customer - an unprofessional manager who cannot explain the customer's doubts and just turns away and runs away from the problem. The club cheats its customers and adds additional fees without any information. On the slopes of St Moritz you can find much better restaurants with great food and professional service.

Terrible service. The restaurant adds additional costs of CHF 44, which it does not inform about in advance.

Cheaters! They add a fee of 40 fr/person to the bill. you do not inform about this fact in advance.

Unfriendly service even though the prices are very high. The waiter told us the wrong price and then charged us more without properly apologizing.

The best place on the planet. This place has a really happy wealthy atmosphere and it feels electric, warm and cozy. Snow outside as far as the eye can see but warm beers, wine, cocktails and amazing food inside. Book a table or you won’t be allowed in.

Food is bad. Seat is uncomfortable. Service is not very supportive

What a super arrogant waiter on the terrace, I've never met anything so rude :(. (The one with his hair combed back at night) absolutely useless in service. It's a shame for the great ambience and the good sound.

The server with combed back hair was extremely arrogant.

Starter (mushroom risotto): Perfect, 10/10. The ham/salami platter was also extremely tasty Main course (steak): OK but nothing particularly special Service: That's how it works. Actually quite nice, but chaotic. They didn't really care about our table, in the end our waiter wasn't even there anymore and we had to talk to all sorts of other employees to get another coffee or the bill Ambiance: Of course very, very nice, just from the view

The place is amazing. We went there to have lunch but the service was so slow we ended up only having hot drinks and leaving to eat someplace else. It’s a shame because the place has a good potential.

Amazing atmosphere. The vibes as awesome. The view is unmatched! Food was great too. Its expensive. It was tricky getting to it, you had to ride on ski lifts and walk in the snow to it.

Upscale slope restaurant and bar to show off as you should in St Moritz. Service was top class and the soup I had could have not been better. Espresso not so. Prices are what they are. You are in St Moritz, man!

Top service and ambience, unfortunately the food was not at the level of everything else.

Bad service , we had a reservation and it was empty and we need to wait. The drinks what we had was also not good. the place is not worth it only the view was good.

I have been coming to Paradiso on and off for years. Every time you think that it couldn't be more elitist and unsympathetic, but they manage it every time. It starts with “check in” and then continues. It would be best if the restaurant were declared a private club, then the staff would no longer be bothered by normal guests.

Absolutely overrated. There are plenty of better alternatives nearby. 1. We got a table next to a extremely loud speaker in the corner. It impossible to communicate within our group. Our request to get another table or turn down the music was happily ignored by the host & waiters. 2. The food has been served ahead of the drinks. Inacceptable in this price-range of factor 2 compared to the locations around. That all happened on January 27 afternoon.

Best experience with the most stunning views. We had lunch in the Music Deck and the vibe was amazing. Would definitely come back again!

The view is something else!! So beautiful. The food was ok, a bit too expensive. But the service was really bad. The music was tooo loud.

A great place to have fun while skiing in St Moritz.

Unfortunately a bitter disappointment. The salads were bland, the cauliflower nuggets were cold inside (really cold) and unfortunately so were the burgers. We returned the burgers and received them back in not much better quality. Even the super friendly waiter was visibly ashamed of his colleagues in the kitchen. For 8 people (2 kids, 6 adults), we paid a cool 1,300 francs (even though the burgers weren't on the bill). Really a shame for the great location and the waiters, who really made a huge effort. Next time I'll go to the small and friendly Chamanna a little further up. The food, the service and the price are right. And the “club fee” of CHF 40 per head is also eliminated.

Good morning, I came to this wonderful restaurant several times last year for lunch. It is clearly the best restaurant at the top of a station that I have been to in my life on all points combined. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming, immediately establishing a warm relationship. The view is splendid and incredible. In terms of atmosphere, it's perfect with up-to-date music with a top DJ. I will come back to it soon. The cuisine, the dishes, were delicious. The service is fast and organized. The restaurant is also easy to access and the chairlift is very close. First we received a friendly welcome, then we waited several times for the menu and then no one came, even though the shop wasn't full. This is how you can run a store that isn't worth a single franc

Great restaurant on the slope... Delicous food... Always nice atmosphere with music... Price normal for St. Moritz... Some people said it's little expensive but it's St Moritz and you always can change place if you don't like it... When it's sunny you have so beautiful view and take photos and relax on the terrace...all recommendations 👌

Music loud, food average, prices crazy, “40 CHF CLUB FEE” added afterwards on the bill is more than cheeky. It's a shame, because the view is good For us it is no longer an option

A mini portion of Kaiserschmarren for “2 people” €56 Plus a fee of €40 per person as a “club fee” is a complete rip-off, as it is not mentioned anywhere, neither on the menu nor by the waiter!!! Never again ! (The waiter was at least nice) the food was mediocre to more or less so. But not even remotely worth the prices.

I would give it 3 stars because I would consider it average to not so great. The food price I’m not complaining because of the location, I get it. The food had chicken with purée potatoes and burger & fries. Both were basic dishes and chicken was very salty. Service was average and normal, but not compared to pricing and $300 for chicken, burger, and teas. Today was very windy and snowy so didn’t get full outside experience. You are also charged club fees per person which I knew about booking. Seems little much for the environment. Overall coming over from skiing Courchevel for the week and coming here, it wasn’t up to par. Courchevel 1850 restaurants was about the same cost and honestly much better food and service. Maybe I came at wrong time and got worst things on the menu? lol not sure, but most likely won’t be back to this lunch spot.

Spectacular place and attention

I was having lunch at the terrace, the service was very bad. I’m not finished my lunch and the waitress already take down the food without asking and when made the payment for the cheque for CHF90, I paid by cash in amount CHF100 which the exchange should be CHF 10 but there is no exchange and the waitress pretend don’t know the exchange. I was totally dissapoint with the services. I suggest next time whoever be there becareful with the waitress when they take down your food fastly without you realize and paid by card rather than cash.

Very good food, beautiful terrace, everyone sits like a king.

We were out on the bikes and had a drink there at lunchtime. The ambience and view are absolutely great. However, the prices are very high given the high quality of the facilities and the location (21 euros for an Aperol Spritz, 12 euros for a Hefeweizen, in our opinion, quite excessive). The staff was moderately friendly and kept us waiting for some time as they were mainly looking after the few guests who ordered food. Overall, definitely recommended if you can afford it or want to.

Super nice atmosphere and great view. The food was excellent. The service was okay, not bad but not commensurate with the prices either. Glasses from the previous guests remained on our table for a very long time and it took about 15-20 minutes for the drinks (Aperol Spritz and Cola) to arrive. Would go again though, it was a nice experience.

Probably the most expensive restaurant on the slopes of Sankt Moritz, but the atmosphere, service and views from the terrace are unforgettable. Many tables were reserved, so it might be difficult to get a seat

We recently visited St Moritz for a ski holiday and had the most amazing time stopping for drinks & lunch at Paradiso. The views here really are Paradise! The DJ is brilliant, the food is superb & the staff are fantastic too. We enjoyed the first time we visited so much, we came back on our final day again. 10/10 - highly recommend a visit.

Best food I've ever had on the slopes!

Food is very expensive and definitely not worth it. We had a salad with avocado, which was super salty. When we complained, nobody bothered at all to do something about it. The service was not friendly and very slow. I hope the management will take action after reading this review!! The view is nice!

Horrible customer service. They have a ridiculous cancelation policy: even if you are sick and need to cancel they will charge you cancelation fees of 50 CHF/ person. Not even a medical certificate would suffice. No customer orientation at all. Reserve at your own risk

The best black truffle fondue!!! The service was definitely not as great as a place like this one should have. I had to order my sparkling water 5 times and our espresso 4 times before it made its way too us. The tuna was overcooked, but everything else was superb. The view is unbeatable!

Breathtaking scenery, top service, delicious food

Nice outside, but ugly inside. The ambience is very nice, but that's about it. After waiting 5 minutes, I went to ask if we could order something. For better or worse, a relatively unmotivated waiter came to take the order. Very disappointing for me and we certainly won't go there again. Only for the “rich and famous.”

Coffee schnapps was just about average, but the prices were very high, even for St. Moritz. View great. The service is not particularly good and inattentive.

Excellent Mountain Restaurant with Bar area on first floor. Perfect to enjoy your afternoon with delicious food and great drinks. Stunning view. Staff very attentive, currently managed by Badrutts Palace team. Prices are reasonable.

Very unfriendly staff, 0% Welcoming, incompetent & as a guest without a Moncler jacket & Louis Vuitton bag you are hardly noticed! not recommended!

Beautiful place but terrible food since the management changed

It's been an absolute disaster since the Zingg family left. More employees than guests, music so loud you can't speak. DJ from a generation that is no longer in demand musically today. Food of below average quality. Prices for this are in heaven. Nothing is right in the Engelhorn family's ski hut anymore. A declaration of bankruptcy by a former icon, a downfall that couldn't be worse. All that remains is the world-spectacular view.

The personnel just kicks you out saying your table reservation time slot expired 30 minutes ago without providing this information as we just came in and got the table. Which means you have to leave not even having finished your lunch. Where’s the high quality level they believe to deliver?

You should come here with the right expectations - this is the place for the Bold and the Beautiful, and as such it is spot on. For everyone else it can be taken as an experience at (some) financial cost. The view is from a postcard, the soundtrack has just the right amount of bass, service is not the fastest but who cares, cocktails are good and the overall atmosphere has plenty of energy.

Had a large group of 10 taking lunch today at the Mountain Club. Food was not worth the money (steak was not the best cut🥲, some items arrived cold at the table and the service was sketchy). Moreover, the amount they charged as reservation fee per person was added back to our bill😱😱 I could understand charging this fee for no shows, but to charge a sitting fee for customers who show up and want to spend and have fun is not cool! The place used to be so much better!!! Not coming back in a while

Great place and great service from Moritz in St. Moritz!

A great gastronomic excursion on an October day in the off-season! We were met with free choice of seating and top staff! We really enjoyed our meal. You can order small things and receive very courteous service. The restaurant is part of the Badrutts Palace St. Moritz.

Worst restaurant experience in Switzerland, extremely rude islamophobic hostess and waitors. Treated us very badly compared to other restaurant guests. Food is mediocre.

The view is great, but as a normal hiker you won't be served because you're waiting for the noble guests from the 5-star hotel. Disappointing, no guests and still you don't get anything to drink.

The girl at the reception was very kind, we had lunch under the scorching sun as there are no umbrellas, food and drinks were cooking in the sun, we too got burned, poorly trained staff, food and prices were normal. Fantastic location

Visited 02.08.2022 two adults one small kid - We enjoyed the most beautiful terrace, very pleasant service from welcome desk to finish (Thomas) and probably the best burger we’ve ever had (especially value for money) and the best Club Sandwich! I don’t understand the hater comments.

Negative to say the least! Avoid! I can't comment on the quality of the cuisine that I haven't tasted, or rather I haven't been able to taste because they haven't allowed me to. I called three times to make sure it was open and no one answered the phone, it's already there and that says it all... I show up at the restaurant after having walked 30 minutes anyway and in the stretch from Corviglia to the restaurant there was no indication that the restaurant was full indeed only praise for a good welcome. Once I arrived, a rude lady told me that the restaurant was full even though the terrace was almost entirely set, but not entirely, and practically empty if not occupied for a couple of tables.... A couple in front of us just wanted to have a drink, I mean I don't have empty couples tables and they couldn't even have a drink. He insisted that everything was taken. Now, okay, you want to keep the quality high, but it's still a mountain restaurant and perhaps it would be a good idea instead of advertising it all over San Moritz to clearly say that you have to book and that it's not open to everyone, everyone is welcome. The level we want to maintain is that of a high standing restaurant as shown by the fact that some guests are even accompanied by range rovers directly to the restaurant... And that says it all here. I would like to point out that I showed up, an adult, with a boy and a child and a small dog. Not always welcome guests. I also wrote an email to the management reporting, in a kind manner, what had happened and after 24 hours I still had not received a response. From a five star hotel I think it is more than due.

The outdoor terrace is perhaps the most beautiful I have ever seen. Good food and friendly service. Obviously the prices are high.

I’m not going to complain about the price when the location somewhat dictates the expensive menu. I will say that if I’m paying between 40 - 60 CHF for a main course I’d expect the service to be exceptional and it wasn’t even average. Yes, the view is stunning, but you’re surrounded by it and don’t need to suffer through this poor quality meal to enjoy it. I’d give this one a miss personally and head to the Aplina Hütte for a significantly more enjoyable experience. Also the final killer is they can’t even pour a Weissbier properly.

Membership canceled because there are no good drops just this dom perignon and cristal seich for the young sniffers...

The place is located in Swiss mountains, in a resort. They served exemplary Caesar Salad, long sausages and there was a very nice swing to the music. There were incredible views from every perspective, and there was a DJ to brighten up the place. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
