The real problem, however, is the lack of staff. Order a coffee after your meal, wait 30 minutes and then ask again. And this situation multiple times. Unfortunately, they are completely understaffed in there. ...Or the seating is just too tight. Felt a bit like a can of sardines. People were standing around everywhere, waiting for free tables, even though the staff had no chance of serving the existing tables (and it wasn't the fault of the staff! They were moving very quickly!). I don't even want to imagine how they do it in the summer when the tables outside are all full. I won't be going there any time soon. Was more stress than relaxation. But I hope that the operator employs more staff and doesn't simply focus on maximum revenue. Unfortunately, quick money is only available in the short term. If I go there again, it will be because of the friendly staff. Therein lies the quality of this restaurant. But I question whether they will work there for a long time. If I had to work there (and basically serve the entire restaurant by myself and was completely overwhelmed), I would probably have looked for something else for a long time. Prices are more than fair. Better to increase prices and hire more staff. We were in this restaurant for over 2 hours for salad, main course and coffee and that's just too much waiting...
