Very nice atmosphere, kind people with an aperitif that is certainly optimal for the square of Lugano.

Terrible experience. Poor service. The waiters and waitresses did not consider us. If we had left without paying they wouldn't even have noticed... Terrible Moreover, very dear

Good welcoming beautiful area visit it with passion

The place looked nice and beautiful, but “pizza” was 13€. It was basically made of bread and they just put cheese with ketchup on top and called it margarita on the menu. This was ridiculous when it came. Also French fries were in the pot that stands near “margarita” on the photo. They cost 8€. I really would understand if pizza and French fries were good, but they were hideous. Their definition of pizza is two big bread slices.

A coffee 2.80 (expensive I would say) even if very good and with two small empty croissants I spent a total of 6.50 ch. All of excellent quality. Very nice environment. Unfortunately service not too efficient. Uncoordinated staff. The very good counter service lady had to bend over backwards on her own.

It's a very nice place in the center of Lugano, but they're a bit slow in bringing things. For the rest I would return to have an aperitif here

Beautiful setting, super central and welcoming, very friendly and helpful staff. I always have a pistachio shecker coffee and it's incredibly good!! The best!

Food itself was good. Waitress got angry when we could only pay with large bills. Had to go to a store to change it, when she brought the change back she said nothing and left.

Excellent quality of food, really nice place. The strong point was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, especially the girl who managed everything and was at the counter who was really kind, attentive and always smiling. I went there for the first time on the 12th, I went back again this morning and as soon as I move it will definitely be one of my points of reference in Lugano. Congratulations, keep it up! PS: another positive note is that you drink a really good espresso!

The ginseng is good. The vegetarian toast seems not worth it's price, because the portion is to little and the avocado is unsavory. It seems the stuff is not able to distinguish between "Tramezzini" and" Toast".

we waited 40 minutes until we needed someone... everything we asked for was sold out and finally we asked for chips but they didn't want to give them to us.😔👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The quality is not to be discussed, the choices are numerous and good. The problem I find is the waiting times, which are sometimes unsustainable if you have commitments. Sometimes you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes, sometimes even longer for simple orders. The cost is very high but this is to be expected given the area and the type of bar. The place is very nice, but not all the staff work well. Some very good, others less so.

We were warmly welcomed by a smiling and attentive waitress. Unfortunately the products offered were not necessarily up to the prices charged. The hot drinks were notably lukewarm or even cold. And we had to wait for the cakes ordered because they had been forgotten.

The filled croissants are so good, the decoration is super cute! The only downside is that the music is loud and so when I wanted to sit down to work, it was a little difficult to concentrate. But the spot remains pleasant, especially since it is really well centered and quite affordable.

Too expensive for what you get and as a special coffee pink latte, without coffee?

Nice place in the city center of Lugano. Good food for both breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, in my opinion there are only problems with time management of the orders because waiting 35 minutes (ordered at 9.45 and arrived at the table at 10.19) for red pancakes is too long. More than happy to go back for the food offering if they fine-tune the above-described aspect of delay between ordering and dishes arriving at the table; because a place in the center of Lugano deserves and should be perfect.

Nice decor, a little expensive!

Ignorant staff and no desire to work. After 25 minutes they served us 3 coffees. They don't know how to do 2+2. Absurd, yet it's a bar in the center of Lugano.

We ordered and one of the wrong drinks arrived and unfortunately we had to wait a long time to receive the right one.

The person is very kind.. and it's a wonderful place. I recommend having breakfast there as there are many choices and they are delicious🥰🥰

Two coffees, one straight and one correct, 7.50. I ask the waitress to pay. She tells me 5.60. I'll pay then before going out, she tells me, but one was correct, so it's 7.50. Then I ask how much I still owe her. The waitress replies, I don't know, I'm not good at accounts. Congratulations to those in charge of hiring

The atmosphere and decoration are very good. The drinks were good, too bad the dishes weren't up to par with the rest. The staff was nice. It's a good place for a drink.
