Unfortunately, there's another place that I didn't return to, because it's a shame when you try to alleviate the longing for our Portugal and are poorly served by a grumpy employee who messes up the order even when writing it down and even comes to argue with customers for no reason, as well as coughing on us. Above, they don't even apologize, the place is nice but the employee in question doesn't...

Good service and a very good breakfast, toast and galão with the flavor of Portugal 👍 King cake and sponge cake that I bought for Christmas 2023 were very good 😋.

Nice people but very stressed they have nothing to do with the hotel industry in my case I needed some information they couldn't explain and very cold I don't know what their problem was. I was disappointed as a Portuguese I thought they would be like me. Patience maybe next time I can be better served!

I have already paid 3 different prices for the same product in the same week. Orders are not taken seriously, service is sometimes friendly but not competent.

I ate a great burger there. I'd love to come back. Price is fantastic too.

Excellent products and service. Best Portuguese pastry in Switzerland.

Felt like I was in Portugal at times. Baked goods untraded. Recommended for everyone. The ladies at the counter were also very nice. The 'Bola com cream' is highly recommended. It's a Berliner but without jam, but with a creamy filling. Of course the 'Pasteis de Nata' are also great or un 'pao com choriço'. Try it out.

We ordered a birthday cake for my sister's 18th birthday. The order was placed 3, 4 weeks before the pick-up date, in which the owner was asked several times if she would be able to make the requested cake, and we were confirmed 100% yes. One day before the cake was picked up, the owner of this pastry shop called us, asking if we could send the photo of the cake again (lack of responsibility). On the day of the survey, the cake cost around 120.-, and the promised cake was not made, which was for an 18th birthday. The color was different, the decomposition was different, everything was different about that cake, and the only excuse this owner gave was that the baker wasn't the same as last week. This bakery was the worst experience, very poor service, and a tremendous lack of experience. I do not advise anyone to order a cake or have lunch/dinner there.

Very good bakery! I went early in the morning and bought a Toast and had a wonderful coffee. I loved it, I loved it!!!!!!!

It's a different "snack bar". Price/performance is quite good. And the employees are always friendly. If I'm nearby and want something quick for lunch, this is a good place. So, I'd love to come back. It also has public parking nearby, so also ideal when passing through....
