I bought a great Cannondale Supersix Evo Neo from Pedro. The bike is awesome! It is beautiful, elegant and sporty, rides easily, agile, precisely - every pedal stroke is a pleasure! And when your strength weakens up the mountain, the little motor on the rear wheel hub discreetly helps with a quiet hum. The advice - also for accessories - is unbeatable, the service is extremely professional and the customer friendliness, attention and patience (Sabine!) are top! Pedro didn't let up until the bike was perfectly tailored to my body mass. It was worth it: the bike feels like it's connected to me. I can recommend Pedro's bike shop to everyone. My heartfelt thanks go to everyone who works at Pedro.

My gravel bike has been cracking and creaking for a long time. Re-lubricate the bottom bracket (no success) or just replace it (mechanic's recommendation). Only Pedro and his team realized that it was the rear wheel and solved the problem excellently. Super competent. Many many thanks!

Thank you for the great work. Cart while pedaling is gone. The other defects that I noticed but didn't consider to be important were found and immediately corrected even though I didn't mention them. We bought two e-bikes in 2021, with the information that delivery for 2022 is not known. We have been informed about the status of the delivery. Two Cannondale Topstones and an F-Si within a year are probably enough proof that we felt well served at Pedro's bike shop (we don't live around the corner). We were lucky and there was always a suitable model in stock and so we didn't have to wait long for our bikes after the bike fitting. Now we are looking forward to the first tours and rides. It's just a shame if you have a bike shop in the village and if you have a flat tire with a 6000 Fr. e-bike you won't be helped on Saturday at 3:50 p.m.😟🥶 I would have even paid twice as much for the repairs You can see that certain people no longer need it. It's a shame... it's a shame... BN

I was there to check out cannondale, turns out you need to commit to buy before try. The sales person wasn’t even interested in selling. I asked a question like what is the difference between models and answer was one word „equipment“, no further details. May be one needs to be of certain type or color to get proper service.

Problems at Lefty's from old to ultra-modern: at Pedro you're in the right place. His wealth of spare parts for Lefty's and Headshock from over 20 years of Cannondale has helped many a fork that was declared "dead" to achieve top performance again. But current Lefty Ocho's can do it even better! If you don't believe it, it's best to bring the Lefty over, describe how it should be and then don't be surprised if the fork exceeds all expectations. After some research, I decided on a Cannondale Topstone, a gravel bike, with the expectation that I would finally be able to reduce my fleet of bikes with a bike for everything. Pedros Bikeshop is one of the (few) shops in Switzerland that specializes in Cannondale bikes. A Topstone 105 in my size was also available, which I had converted into a “commuter”. Very positive: Time is taken to understand the customer's wishes/needs. The proposed measures are targeted - here, for example, SON hub dynamo, lighting, nice mudguards (so as not to get dirty with splashes on the way to work), bike stands and wooden moto pedals (super grip, good for leather shoes). You won't be forced into unnecessary costs, such as the considerable additional costs for a Topstone Ultegra, if you don't benefit from the gram savings at all. The wheels are adjusted individually after measuring the relevant body lengths. Also positive: I bought my bike shortly before an exhibition opening, which involved increased work in the workshop, so I had to wait a while for the bike; In return, the bike was sold to me with the discounts granted during the exhibition. The only negative point - the material procurement could go a little more smoothly: ordering the hub dynamo took an unnecessarily long time, unlike my order, plastic moto pedals were delivered, which are considerably cheaper, but in return a nice SON taillight or Cannondale bottle holder was installed, where I ordered something cheaper. I subsequently replaced the pedals (and gave the plastic pedals away), swapped the original saddle for a Brooks B17 narrow, and had the initial inspection done at my place of residence (I don't live in Rothenburg), including adjustment of the front wheel spokes and gear shift. The result is very similar to what you see in the picture. Conclusion: If you are looking for a friendly team that will give you very good and individual advice, Pedro's bike shop is definitely the right place for you.
