Lots of product offerings. Big space. Plenty of parking. Clean place. To take into consideration: They launch discount campaigns based on an amount spent. Which are also advertised via the Internet. And then they don't apply the discount because we don't have the paper coupon. If we see the offer online, of course we won't have the coupon. On the last visit, the current offer was a discount of 10.- per 100.- spent. In total I spent 224.-. They refused to offer the discount because they did not have a paper coupon. The online coupon does not say that we have to present the coupon on paper. Then the offer should be applied.

Variety of groceries. Its basically a turkish supermarket which has almost everything you need. The prices of products were very cheap. Loved their freshly baked breads. The only set back was the smell and cleanliness of certain sections.

We bought meat from you yesterday at around 7:00 p.m. The meat is a disaster!! I'm sitting on the toilet puking! Was just in the gym and in the parking lot, both puked! The meat is bad! I just got a doctor's note and it appears to be food poisoning! Through their flesh! We will never buy meat from you again!!!

The staircase is dingy, full of dirt and rubbish..you drag everything in and the first clean impression is important..the shopping baskets are dirty inside and the fruit and vegetable scales are dirty...Otherwise ok...meat department ok and competent service

Very well stocked store. Extremely clean. Bread and pastries are always fresh. The meat counter is also one of the best. Top quality and (for all religious friends) Halal. The only downer is the huge amounts of alcohol on display here. But deducting a star for that probably wouldn't be fair.

Here you have a really large selection of foods that you would otherwise only find abroad. The baked goods are made locally and are very good, and the meat from the butcher shop is in a completely different league. Always my pleasure.

I bought about 100 euros worth of meat from the butcher. I thought surely there would be something better than meat out of the package. Well, that's usually better, but after 2 days the meat is inedible, it smells like fish and the beef didn't turn brown but green!! I'm happy to show you the receipt, but I don't want the money. I wouldn't even want meat from you. I'm not a low earner so I can afford to throw it away, what do you do if you can't afford it? I think it's a shame because in Turkey I could have imagined that the shop owners would rip us off, but in Switzerland? I hope the meat you sell isn't rotten or life-threateningly contaminated! But if you're reading this and have a low income, you'd better buy your meat from Migros or Coop.

We come here very often to shop because we only buy our meat from Optimal Food. We have tried many things but none were as good as Optimal food. Highly recommended when it comes to meat. Top quality! Very large general range.

I was there for the first and last time. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the way the lady at the checkout handled me. She barely managed to say 'Hello', let alone say 'Ciao'. The selection of products is rather large, but I prefer to go to the vegetable shop next door, where I am treated kindly. Maybe you are only valued there as a fellow countrywoman, or that could be the case.

Competitive prices and good service

Today I went shopping here for the first time. In general I found the range and infrastructure good. I just found the staff listless, exhausted and less friendly. When I got out at the parking lot and walked to the elevator, I saw several employees cleaning the floor an hour before the end. Instead of using the pressure washer somewhere else, he uninterestedly let it run straight at me. I found that disrespectful. Up in the shop I see the butcher behind the counter, apparently serving a smiling young Asian customer. He yells at him in an aggressive tone and says something, what, what several times... I felt like I was in a ghetto neighborhood at that moment. Then finally the young lady at the checkout. Totally exhausted, listless, no eye contact with the customer and looked like she had been working non-stop for 30 hours. She looked absolutely exhausted and would have liked to fall asleep right then and there. Accept my criticism as positive as it is in your favor.

I was shopping at Optimal Food today and I have to say, Optimal Food does it 100 times better than Migros, Coop and Co. Everything is so neat and clearly sorted, WOOW. Then the staff was incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. When I asked about food without gluten, the owner was called personally to be on the safe side and that meant a lot to me and I really appreciated it. He was also extremely friendly. helpful and well informed and was able to help me a lot, in short I felt like a king and you won't be welcomed and served like this, even in a 5 star restaurant. Thank you very much and Dear Optimal Food Team, you have gained a new regular customer in me, KEEP UP and all the best.

Addendum June 26, 2021 I ate kebab here for the first time today, apparently every Saturday 7fr kebab + drink. My only tip is to stay away from it, it has nothing to do with kebab. The taste is absolutely horrible and the yogurt sauce is unusable. The meat has no taste and is simply bland. The only thing that was good was the bread, which seemed fresh and was crispy. Kebab rating 2 out of 5 Definitely not recommended
