We visited the restaurant this evening. Probably one of the 5 best in Locarno. A wide range of offerings from pizza to tuna, and this evening there were Thai specialties on offer. Tuna was exquisite, value for money was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

The pizza is very good, even gluten-free, the dough is light and crunchy, the ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality, good choice of vegetarian foods and availability to choose lactose-free mozzarella. The staff is friendly and the service is fast, in a clean and modern environment. It is also very popular for lunch, you can book directly on their website. Wide choice of wines that are carefully stored in showcases that maintain the optimal temperature.

We chose the place for dinner on a Saturday evening, we had a great time; excellent quality food served by attentive and courteous staff and last but not least I would define it as a quiet and relaxing place... I recommend it!

Superb dinner, excellent pizza, perfect portions. Very good dark beer! Exceptional tiramisu, not too sweet or fatty. I digested everything very well. Reasonable price! I will go back and bring other people!

Unfortunately, the waitress may not have had the best day. He was quite unfriendly. The food was OK but not something that blew me away.

In the ristorante Perbacco, come antipasto, this is the Insalata verde and the Insalata mista nel buffet. Attention: You can serve the buffet beforehand, without having to wait beforehand. I can keep the amount of voltage and the client can receive the buffet table. Peccato che non venga communication e i clienti ne risultino insoddisfatti. The mia raccomandazione: Il ristorante Mamma Mia, a just 5 minutes a piedi dall'imbarazzante Perbacco. In the Perbacco Restaurant there is Insalata verde & Insalata mista as a starter at the buffet. Attention: Each course at the buffet is charged extra without being informed of this in advance. The waiters count how many times the guests go to the buffet table. It's a shame that people aren't informed about this and the guests are dissatisfied. Meime recommendation: The Mama Mia restaurant, just a 5-minute walk from the rather embarrassing Perbacco.

We ended up here during the vegan event and on the menu, which normally already features some veg proposals, there are a lot of interesting dishes. We opted for the onion soup followed by a pumpkin risotto with veg sausage and a planted duck with rice and pleasantly spiced pak choi. Everything was excellent, as was the service. I suggest leaving some dishes from the vegan review on the menu all year round!

We spend every time we are in Locarno in this exceptional restaurant with an adorable team (the whole team including Ferid and Flavio who are particularly attentive and very professional) and succulent dishes (we eat the best meat in the city !) In short, we 100% recommend also for the chic and friendly atmosphere.

Very convenient restaurant to reach from the city center, the atmosphere is very welcoming! A seasonal menu is available as well as a wide choice of various dishes with the possibility of some vegetarian delights! Pizza and pasta are simply delicious! The service left us with a bad taste in our mouth since after finishing the main course we were not offered any dessert or coffee.

I went for dinner and the ham pizza was excellent, nice atmosphere and they put us in a quieter room next door, much appreciated, fast and friendly service, good pizza chef! Value for money on average for Ticino restaurants. We'll be back!

Ideally located, good selection, also vegetarian, vegan at moderate prices. The furnishings are modern and practical. The service was friendly, competent but very demanding as it was very busy. Reservation recommended. A few minutes' walk from the Centro car park at the casino.

Very efficient Italian restaurant close to the lakeside. I turned up without a reservation and they fitted me in no problem - it was busy though. Very tastey pizza, and they were good enough to wrap up my left overs for take away. Recommended

A top restaurant with absolutely delicious food and one of the most attentive service staff in the whole city. The portions are large, the waiting time is short, and the restaurant is also frequented by locals. It is well attended and reservations are recommended. The prices are appropriate for the quality and portion size.

It is unfortunate that the appearance of the restaurant does not correspond to reality. Unfortunately, the flattering photos do not reflect the poor quality of the food (industrial), which seems to be expensive for what it is. It was a disappointing experience.

We often stay in Locarno at the Hotel City. And mostly eat here, Because it's one of the best and doesn't offer any "tourist crap"! The only problem is getting a place. The menu is not that big, but that's how it is in good restaurants to offer fresh quality! Simply great!

Pizza super tasty. Service, yes. We specifically asked for a table with a dog. Got a table in the middle of the aisle. The dog had to lie in the aisle. But the restaurant was practically empty. We wanted to take the leftovers with us. See the photos for yourself. They have pizza boxes there... packed together in aluminum foil. Staff simply have no feeling for guests... It's a shame, because the pizza was really 👍

Our evening at Perbacco - Ristorante Pizzeria left an unfortunate impression that spoiled the joy of a good meal and pleasant hours. First of all, we were pleased with the prompt delivery of the starter, falafel. It was delicious and promising for the rest of the meal. But after this promising start, the problems began. After we ordered our two pizzas, a considerable period of time of 1 hour and 30 minutes passed before they finally arrived at our table. During this long wait we asked several times for information regarding the whereabouts of our order. The recurring answer was simply that the pizzas would be served soon. This led to a feeling of frustration and incomprehension. In addition to the delayed delivery of our pizzas, we discovered that the two glasses of wine we ordered were never served. This disregard for our drink order seemed very careless and unprofessional to us. To make matters worse, there was an unfortunate mix-up with one of the pizzas we ordered. Instead of a pizza funghi with burata, we received a margherita with burata. This mistake was annoying because we had consciously chosen a different flavor. When we asked for the bill, we were disappointed to see that there was no response from the restaurant. Neither coffee nor grappa were offered to us as an apology. This lack of adequate compensation for the inconvenience caused struck us as incomprehensible and not very customer-oriented. Overall, our visit to Perbacco - Ristorante Pizzeria leaves a bad impression. The late pizzas, the ignored drink order, the ordering mix-up and the lack of any compensation for the inconvenience caused leave the impression that the restaurant has lost focus on good service and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we will not visit the restaurant again and cannot recommend it in good conscience.

The pizza here is excellent, the dough is crispy with a small amount of whole wheat flour. Large selection of dishes and generous portions, and the service is also top.

I honestly don't know how this restaurant is still in business. They need a new chef because the food was atrociously bad, too oily, and just no taste at all. Not worth trying, stay away from this place.

We had dinner here and had a very good first course and octopus with potatoes which was also very good. The place is very nice with tables both outside and inside and friendly staff.

Felt like God in italy. This food is fine cuisine- tastes like heaven. From the focaccia to the stone mushroom Ravioli (vegan) with one of the best sauces I’ve tasted in my whole life as a cook- and the Spaghetti with shrimps and olives - the Food was a pure Poem, a feeling from the heart of this kitchen. We also tried the incredible fig-strudel (vegan) which was amazing as well. Definitely coming back, I’m not finished with the whole menu yet. :)

People should stop putting “5”s all the time on Google. Finally, develop good taste. The place is OK, the first waitress was very friendly however the second waiter clearly didn't want to be there and was rather nervous. When your restaurant is not full, don't place a couple next to the family of kékés who make 95% of the total noise in the restaurant. And the food was OK without more for a fairly high price, the seasoning we don't even think about it. The dessert was clearly thawed.

Wine was too warm and ambience could be better. But pizza is 10 stars out of 10. Great dough and tasty ingredients

It’s a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and service. We had an absolute gorgeous pizza that was mind-blowing. I’ve eaten pizzas all over the world but this one is definitely one of the best if not the best I’ve ever tried. I’m looking forward to visiting this jewel of a restaurant again.

We reserved a table a long time ago and were really looking forward to a cozy evening at Perbacco. When we walked in we were greeted and shown to our table. The Perbacco is a large and modern restaurant. We got a table right next to the Pizaiolo counter, where everyone walks past and it's loud. It took about 30 minutes before you were allowed to order. My husband ordered pizza and I ordered pasta. Pizza was prepared very early and got cold. The pizzaiolo put it back in the oven after about 15 minutes so that the pizza would warm up (we could see it for ourselves). You have to wait a long time for everything. Restaurant is very nice but service and food quality is not good enough. Price/performance is not right. When we left the restaurant we were neither said goodbye nor thanked for our visit.
