Very welcoming restaurant. They work as a family. They are courteous, smiling and available. Excellent Vietnamese cuisine...today we ate beef pho and chicken pho. What flavor... knowing that the broths are not minute. Well done to them. I highly recommend this establishment. Explosion of flavors...we enjoyed ourselves. We will return. Such an incredible find! We are Viet Chinese on vacation through Switzerland, looking for something other than fondue and Wienerschnitzel. Finding Pho Ardoise was like winning the food lottery! The food is authentic and tasty, with the Nem rivaling those of my mum’s! On my way to the restroom I saw the owner enjoying a bowl of Bún bò Huế which I hadn’t seen in Europe in years! Sadly it’s not on the menu, but when the chef heard how disappointed we were, she whipped up 2 bowls and it was honestly like being transported home to mum’s cooking. We were so thrilled and grateful! On top of everything, the service was just so friendly, kind and attentive. We’re making plans to return already!

A good place to visit if you want a warm asian soup from Chateau de Chillon. The food (I ordered the Pork pho) is flavorful , especially the meatballs ! Very juicy !! The ambience and service of the place is modest and really good. However, the portion of the food to the price is a little underwhelming. 4/5 would visit again !

Very good Vietnamese cuisine. This restaurant which has only just opened was a great discovery. Run by a young couple, I can only wish them success. In any case, I will return there, that's for sure.

Very friendly staff. The food was surprisingly tasty and definitely authentic Vietnamese food. The portions were a bit small and not enough vegetables and various herbs. Presentation was top notch and the atmosphere was warm and welcome. I would definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved it from the start till an end. They are open on weekend. Can book a table online. Service was great. Food was above all expectations - so tasty! Once we back in the area, we definitely returning. And the best part, we got parking just at the front door.

The decor and cleanliness of the restaurant were impeccable! The servers (owners) were very friendly and attentive! The food was authentic and very good! In particular, the slate Pho was perfectly good! The soup remained hot until the last spoonful! I would prefer a little more vegetables for the soup! But we could always order, I think! Beef salad with lemongrass was very good! We're going to come back!

The Pho soup was great and served uniquely in a stone bowl! What would certainly round things off even better would be more fresh vegetables. I'd love to come back

Great Vietnamese food. Small menu but everything fresh and homemade. Nicely decorated. The house specialty, Pho ardoise, the meat is served raw and cooked at the table in the hot bouillon. Better than Maison Vietnam (Vevey) and Chez Thoa (Clarens)
