Pho Sushi in Sierre

The sushi is prepared on the spot with great attention, they are excellent. We always order combo 2 when we make our reservation so the kitchen can anticipate this big prep work.

Absolutely bad service with a waiter who is constantly eating or chewing something. Over 80 minutes of waiting time for a simple lunch. No apology or information regarding this. You act as if such a waiting time were the most normal thing... Even though the kitchen did a very good job, the overall experience was simply disappointing. A pity.

I came here for a late lunch during my way back from Crans-Montana. The place is very simple and well maintained. I ordered fried dumplings and spring rolls with pork filling and a beef pho. All the food was outstanding and the broth of the pho it was one of the best I ever tried. So tasty! I was full but I finished also the broth! The menu has also a Japanese dishes section and more Vietnamese choices. I’ll definitely come back next time. We were two people and in total we spent 82chf for 2 apetizers and 2 beef pho

My friend and I came to this place because it has a lot of delicious food as recommended from a friend. Although the server was only one person, but he was very attentinve and assisted us well. We ordered the noodle soup with the beef, takoyaki, and the hotpot which all of it were very delicious, fresh, and healthy. The area is also very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Great vietnamese food. Their Pho is one of the best I have ever tasted. Vietnamese fondue had excellent fresh fish and seafood of sashimi quality. The place is modern and spacious. Service is a bit on the slow side, but attention to detail is impressive.

Taste was ok but the price is not reasonable with such low quantity. Not worth of the price. And almost no service, have to wait quite long to get a half bowl of pho😅. As an Asian living in Switzerland, there are so many other real Asian restaurants with decent price. Not recommended.

Excellent quality products, friendly staff, however overwhelmed service, we waited 45 minutes to receive our starter which left something to be desired. The Pho was excellent and the Mochis for dessert as well. A starter for 3, a salad, 3 pho, 3 drinks, 5 small mochis for dessert. No wine or coffee, 158.- A bit expensive though...

Unfortunately, I didn't eat it Business hours are announced to start at 6 p.m. It was already about 6:15 at the entrance of the restaurant The restaurant door was closed, but the staff inside saw us waiting at the door. It was raining and cold outside. I waited for about 3-5 minutes. The staff inside did not open the door to let us in and wait, or came out to tell us to wait a little longer. Made me feel so unappreciated that I left…

We were very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The dishes are very good (fresh and homemade) but above all the restaurant stands out through its service! A real surprise in Sierre. Incredibly fresh sushi, delicious pho as good as in Vietnam - and said knowingly! The 2 brothers running this restaurant are sweethearts. I would come back from Lausanne with my eyes closed for a meal at their place.

Pho is a restaurant where you eat very well. The flavors are there. A simple but effective card. A choice between Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine mastered wonderfully by the kitchen. I highly recommend ! Everything is homemade.

Family owned place and the people are very nice and helpful, you can feel they care about their business and invest into it. There's lots of attention to detail in everything. Also the interrior is lovely, there's big windows and space is well lit. It's aesthetically pleasing and cozy. One of the best dining experiences in Switzerland, honestly. Worth a detour.

Very nice discovery which delighted our taste buds. Small menu but very well balanced between Vietnamese specialties and sushi. The most are made in the pure Vietnamese style and not Europeanized, which is rare. The welcome is super warm and you have the feeling of being welcomed into a family setting. It is certain that if we return to the region we will return there with great pleasure.

Homemade cooking. We had lots of things (bao, dumplings, beef soup and octopus balls) and they were all delicious (especially the piulpe!)! They were very nice to us and served us quite quickly.

Ah! Finally a very very good gastronomic surprise in Sierre. If you like Asian cuisine but are a little tired of the omnipresent Thai cuisine....Pho Sushi will only satisfy you. A la carte Vietnamese and Japanese dishes. Bravo for the smile, kindness and advice of the owners and their service staff. No complaints! Everything was perfect. I will come back to it often and look forward to introducing it to my friends! Finding good food for a reasonable price in Switzerland makes finding a needle in a haystack look easy. So we were delighted to find this gem not too far from home. We had the Beef Pho and Bun Bo Xao along with a mixed Vietnamese starter plate and all three were both delicious and very authentic. I can't think of ever having eaten better in Switzerland and this was by far the most true to roots food I've had here outside of the major cities. The owner, his wife (from Vietnam) and the waitress were all lovely and we will definitely be coming back. Not least to try the Japanese side of the menu
