Piadina Stand in Basel

Forget all the other Piadina providers in Basel. It tastes best here by far. In addition, there are homemade dough pieces and no ready-made dough flatbreads from the supermarket bag.

Every time you visit Basel, you can get a delicious piadina with bresaola, parmesan and rocket at the piadina stand on the Basel market square. Really tasty and very well topped!

A nice cafe right opposite the Town Hall. We chose this place to have a snack because there was always a queue of several people at the 4th counter of the establishment. Piadina is something like a thin warm pita bread into which various fillings are placed. I ordered the piadina with prosciutto, and my wife ordered the vegetarian one, with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. Fast, tasty and inexpensive (for Switzerland). There are several tables near the cafe, we managed to sit down at one of them. A little adventure - a snack at a market in the very center of Basel, on the Town Hall Square. I recommend!

The service does not know how to listen and does not know how to communicate with customers, calling itself a restaurant. Very negative impression of the place.
