Piccola in Wil (SG)

When we made the reservation we said between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. When we arrived at 5:42 p.m. the waiter said: so, so! 12 minutes late! When we settled we didn't get an invoice. As he walked out, Menge looked suspicious. We went in again and asked for the receipt. He gave us the receipt but there were no details on it. After calculating again, he realized that he had miscalculated by 10. He refused to pay us the money and handed us a voucher. Customer-friendly is different! Just because the clientele consists of 5 teenagers doesn't mean that you have to treat them so arrogantly and professionally incompetently.

Really surprised how good the pizza can be here in Wil!

The pizza is super tasty, but unfortunately the cutlery isn't really good, the knives are all blunt and are only suitable as butter knives and no longer for cutting pizza.

We spontaneously received a table for dinner on Friday. Service very friendly and prompt. Pizza was super tasty and is definitely recommended 👍🏼. Very good price-performance ratio.

Absolutely NOT recommended! The food...well...waited too long, tasted very bland and too oily. I've eaten much better in other places than here. The service isn't the real thing either, because the sound makes the music and being friendly doesn't hurt. Since there were several cars parked in front of the pizzeria, it was annoying because the headlights were shining in your face while you were eating...and also afterward, which was very annoying! Never again!

We had a small celebration in a nice atmosphere. Reservation and adjustments were friendly and uncomplicated, food came for everyone at the same time, prompt and attentive service. All in all very nice and smooth. Thanks so much!

Very nice and small Italian restaurant. The service was sensational and we felt like we were in good hands. The AperolSpriz had a good kick and our insalata mista had an excellent salad dressing. The pizzas were fresh, handmade and were very tasty. We will be back!

I've been going here since I was little to eat pizza and pasta. The price and the taste of the pizza are simply the best. Of course no one is perfect and everyone makes small mistakes sometimes, but that's rarely the case here!!!

The first 2 times it was good, but today unfortunately there wasn't much too much cheese on the pizza, it was soggy, unfortunately not crispy, much too much topping. Cheap cheese, unfortunately not good anymore

Everything fine. You can even get by with Spanish there. The pizzas are unfortunately a bit expensive, but very good and filling.

Once there and never again. We were assigned to the wrong courts. Unfortunately, we were indirectly forced to eat or pay for the food anyway. Despite the allergy mentioned when ordering. We still tried to defend ourselves. The best is yet to come: I don't understand Albanian. But if someone curses or threatens in a foreign language, I recognize it. This also applies to body language. We hardly dared touch the food, if you know what I mean. Which ultimately means to me that these are not real Italians, but real Albanians. For me an important criterion.

A reasonable Italian restaurant given the surrounding alternatives. Quite disappointed that the starters are limited to salad! There were no olives on the entire menu! I tried the mixed salad though the dish was quite boring. I ordered a tagliatelle with white sauce and mushrooms. It was a generous portion size and did taste the part. Not decided if I would visit again.

A lot of the toilets are automatic and the toilet is quickly recognizable and clean. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant. :)

Incompetence from the staff is completely normal here. Rude and unfriendly is a given. I don't know any place where you feel so unwelcome.

I can't recommend this pizzeria. Not only are the prices cheap, the staff should be sent to help with how they treat the guests. You eat your food and while you're eating it's already being served. A clear no go. If you want to be treated with respect, you should eat somewhere else. Thumbs down. Doesn't deserve a star

What else can you say about that? It's just not right how customers are treated here. Half empty restaurant and then the customers sit at a table under the parasol which hits me in the head several times within 2 minutes. When I politely asked for another seat. We were denied this on the grounds that they couldn't do anything about the weather. After repeated explanations, another seat was reluctantly offered. We then left the restaurant annoyed, I don't feel like that. By the way, we weren't the only ones with the same problems.

Terrible place, rude staff, food would be ok but the service is so rude that you lose your appetite.

So honestly, this service is just pathetic. Left straight away when I was shouted at rudely. Will never eat anything here again. First you should get real staff, as inexperienced cellars who don't know how to deal with their customers. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant! Pure waste of time ...

Price performance TOP! Weekend until night delivery service. Pizzas are amazing. I have nothing to complain about. Likewise the restaurant with kitchen in the shop. I just think it's great. Keep it up Piccola team!

The store was almost empty at around 5:30 p.m. We were seated at a table right at the counter. Shortly afterwards you turned up the volume on the radio, whose box was right on the counter. Incomprehensible. The pizza itself was bland without extra garlic and hot sauce. No receipt when collecting. Unfriendly.

Wanted to order food. Couldn't find any information on the internet. I called. The person didn't know where Busswil was, was rude (maybe stressed) but anyway. He then explained to me, very annoyed, how much I had to order. It doesn't work at all.

Ordered pizza for delivery once...pizza arrived after about 55 minutes even though it said in 40 minutes. The supplier couldn't find the building for ages and everything was still ok. But the pizza was folded up in the box, half of the topping had slipped off during transport, it was cold and not edible. No fresh ingredients and unfortunately not tasty at all. Will not order pizza there again. I can't judge what the food/pizzas are like in the restaurant.

I really like the pizzas from the wood-fired oven and the attractive price of take-away pizzas. I like being a guest here. The restaurant was also recently expanded and now offers a larger terrace and indoor area.
