Being used to the place, we have never been disappointed and the food is often very good. However this time we are told that the order will arrive around 7:30-45 p.m. and it is finally at 8:31 p.m. that the order arrives. We had to call in the meantime for explanations and we were told that the orders had been ready for a while but that the delivery man had not come to pick them up. Results almost an hour late and cold pizzas. (The delivery person had the wrong address on top of that.) It can happen, but it doesn't cost anything to let people know there are problems. Not even an apology either, we are just asked to be understanding. Establishment to recommend all the same despite the general waiting time for deliveries but very disappointed by this experience. We will think twice before recommending, too bad.

Efficient and fast home delivery. Just a shame they don't deliver desserts to your home otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Paying by card at home is great!
