Good pizzas, customer for many years. However, I notice that the quality is gradually decreasing and it's a real shame, prices have increased significantly since then, count 4.- more per pizza than before Covid (before pizza at 10.- with cold tea, now pizza 14.- without anything 😅). I hope the quality does not continue to decline.🤞🏻

The best I've ever had, from the pizza to the picanha taco to the oreo tiramisu and the best I've ever had was the drumsticks, but unfortunately they don't make them anymore. The pizzas as well as the tacos are excellent, the taste is good and the price is right. There is nothing to say about the quality of the food, but the quality of home delivery leaves something to be desired. I've been ordering from them for years and until now I haven't had anything to report. But there is one of the several delivery men who is sorely lacking in seriousness, he asks for payment by card even though we specify directly on the phone when ordering that payment will be by cash, He never has enough to give change, he gives the impression that he doesn't want to work, and sometimes the order arrives shaken in all directions, which is really unpleasant. Ps: I don't criticize just to criticize, I do it because I hope it will improve and of course I will continue to order from them.

The pizza certainly arrived fast and it was pretty affordable and tasted good however it was extremely flimsy/floppy/soggy and not at all the beautiful and hard crusted bottom you'd expect out of a proper Italian-style pizza. Still, it wasn't bad pizza, just disappointing as the cheese slid off and each slice tasted floppy/soggy.

The pizzas are good, nothing to say. But for the first time I ordered chicken wings, and never again! Black as coal. Also breaded prawns, soaked in oil, not at all crunchy. The fries are the same. As the delivery guy had to go back to the store because the ATM machine was without a battery, I showed my displeasure with what I just described, he even took photos of things, I said I could even take the wings back but he didn't want to, He only took photos to show the boss. To this day, not even an act of sympathy or anything like that, I don't know, they could have had at least one kindness that day, they know the address or contact. Anyway, this is also in us, it's not born with everyone and what's more, they know very well what they sent to the customer. A good afternoon, and....I think it would be better to stick to the pizzas...

A mention for the menus which are a good compromise for teenage evenings (pizzas, drinks, desserts). A meal service that helps out a little extra weekly for the whole family. I limit the stars because of the reliability of delivery times. Delivery and tracking of orders varies greatly, from very fast and perfect to more than an hour and a half with some oversights. Don't hesitate to call after 45 minutes if nothing happens. But always cordial. I recommend.

50 min to wait for 2 Tacos, I called after 45 min to find out if the delivery man had already left.. I was told "Yes we just put them in the oven..." After 45 minutes they weren't even cooked, and I called at 11:40 a.m. (Not like it was rush hour..) anyway... I ask for a portion of fries as an extra, the employee tells me "The fries are included with.." in the end no fries came and when I call back I am told "Ah I thought you were talking about the fries that were in the Tacos.." Even though I asked for an extra portion of fries... anyway! Last order there. Fast pizza... the word "Fast" is too much.

I don't understand people, they're crazy. I call to order pizzas they mistake me for someone else who ordered 4 pizzas even though I didn't pay for the order they want to deliver to me. I gently explain to them that it's not me, they insist. So I get angry, they insist again and they want to hand me over. I tell them that if they come I'll throw pizzas in their faces. Avoid: The pizza was really disgusting, even the frozen ones are better! I don't recommend it. It feels like eating cardboard, I was sick all night with a stomach ache and severe diarrhea. Making pizzas is a job but apparently not yours!!! I will not repeat the experience.

Disappointed, the waiting time is often an hour and not 30 minutes so the pizzas are cold, I always ask for hot sauces which are delivered to me every other time, and even if when ordering they always specify that we are going to make a payment by card, they very often forget their machines and we have to pay cash!!

I ordered two pizzas last night at 10:23 p.m. on the eat.ch website. Received order confirmation with estimated delivery at 10:53 p.m. An hour later no pizzas and it closes at 11 p.m. I see now by reading the comments that they have already had a problem with an order with the eat.ch application In this case why not remove yourself from this application???? If I had ordered my pizza at 9 p.m. I would have called at 10 p.m. but having ordered at 10:23 p.m. I am still waiting! 😂
