Pizza was so greasy, the fat ran down... There's no other way to get the flavor and spiciness than by bathing the pizza in oil... Toilet dirty, clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection it's sloppily cleaned and dirty.. The lady in service was very friendly, attentive and raised the standard with her style of service

Good, clean impression. Staff decent to nice. If customers pick up pizza and it is too early, they should recognize potential and at least offer a drink. But if only Pizzailo is present, service becomes difficult. High quality pizzas. Too many to choose from. It's better to have fewer but fresh ingredients.

Unfortunately, you are forced to order another drink in order to reach the minimum price. What's cheeky, however, is that instead of 0.5 liters of iced tea from Migros or Lipton, you only get 0.33 dl of DE imported iced tea in an aluminum can from Nestlé, of course for the same price. I feel like I've been ripped off, especially since neither the declaration of the product nor the price was correct. Plus there was a 50 minute wait... It was too stupid for me to complain about the drink as it wasn't entirely clear in the dark what had been put there.

So far we have always been a little disappointed with the quality of the respective Pizza Haus service, but in view of the Corona crisis we once again jumped the gun and ordered two pizzas from Pizza Flizza. We were totally happy with the result and couldn't have gotten a warmer and better pizza in the restaurant than this one out of the box. Congratulations - we will definitely order again.

Apart from the fact that there was cheese on the pasta (which I didn't order and I don't like it), the tomato sauce didn't taste good either. It was way too dry and tasteless.

Have ordered there many times, but unfortunately it has been dismantled recently. Something was forgotten last time. When we called again a few days later to order, we said so. The gentleman on the phone just said he knew the courier had forgotten it. EVEN THOUGH I asked him afterwards to please deliver it this time, it was forgotten AGAIN. This cannot and must not be the case. Calzone used to be great, but the last few times there is no comparison. A pity!

We ate pizza there for the first time today. And she was very good. We shared one because a whole pizza is always too big for me. And that wasn't a problem at all. I really appreciate it. The ambience inside is pleasant and newly made. I like it and we'll definitely go there again. By the way, there's also coffee and croissants in the morning. Another plus point.
