I've been a Pizza Fox customer for many years and haven't even had to criticize anything. Delivery always comes on time or sometimes earlier than stated. They really mastered pizza and kebab. In my opinion, Pizza Fox is the best when it comes to pizza and/or kebab! Fresh ingredients, delicious sauces and portions that really fill you up. Eat.ch usually says 40 minutes - but the pizza arrives after just 15 minutes. The pizzas themselves are top notch and very tasty. There is the possibility to put one together yourself.🍕 However, points are deducted for staff. Since you are a delivery service in a very competitive industry, you make little effort to treat your customers decently. The delivery service in particular leaves a lot to be desired, as it can quickly happen that an “affanculo” is thrown at you (yes, that happened to me). 🙂 There is also zero understanding shown if you are a little late at the door. Very unfortunate. All in all. Great pizza - perfect for dinner, unfriendly staff. It's best to order online and avoid contact.

I ordered pizza for the team yesterday. The delivery was super punctual, the service was very good and friendly. The pizza was excellent (quattro formaggi, large pizza). You could see that the dough was shaped by hand as it was oval shaped and therefore unevenly round. Particularly worth mentioning: the pizza was also very tasty even when the slices were already cold! The only thing we noticed was that the portions could be pre-cut smaller! Otherwise highly recommended in terms of price-performance ratio. Another thing worth mentioning: there was free cola!
