Pizzeria Bueri in Buchrain

We ordered something there, unfortunately the delivery times were not correct and we wait over 1 hour. That can happen. We called and asked if our pizza was still there or if the delivery person was already on the way. We were told that he would leave in 2-3 minutes. The route on google maps said it would take about 5 minutes to get to us. We called again after 30 minutes to ask. and she said that he had already left and that she would call the driver and then call us back. Nothing happened, she didn't call back and the store closed at 11 p.m. without us being informed. You can talk to each other, mistakes are human, but saying you'll call back and nothing happens isn't possible.

Very nice service *-* kebab and pizza were very good. My two colleagues were very critical, but Pizza Bueri is now their favorite restaurant...so a thumbs up Ps: maybe don't sell expired drinks :S just doesn't work out so well...💫😘😘

We had to wait almost 2 hours and when we called to ask where the delivery person was, the man on the phone became passive aggressive, yelled at us and canceled our order. DISASTER CONDITION The well-being of the customers is not a concern for them

Been going here for years. Had to prevent cross contamination a few weeks ago. Chef #1 used tongs (the only ones in the kitchen) to put raw chicken on the grill and chef #2 used the same tongs to put kebab meat into my kebab. When I noticed this mistake, I pointed out to the chefs that you shouldn't touch raw and cooked meat with the same tongs. The chefs were confused and asked me if I still wanted the kebab. When I refused, of course, I was asked to leave the restaurant without heeding my warning. Suggestion for improvement: Write down your utensils which can be used for raw meat and which can be used for cooked meat so that something like this doesn't happen again. It is precisely because of such mistakes that you can make your customers sick.

Ate pizza for lunch and got a stomach ache in the evening🤢 I don't recommend anyone eating there

Disaster, stomach ache for 2 days after this kebab pizza. Yogurt sauce was sour and yellow.

The first impression was very strange, there was no meat on the rotisserie. After I asked if he also sold kebabs, he said that he had already made the meat at 8 a.m. I then decided on a schnitzel bread instead. The picture showed a bread with grilled chicken breast and lettuce/tomatoes etc. for 10 francs. I got a breaded schnitzel on my plate. The fries that came with it were extremely greasy. 10 francs for a breaded schnitzel from Migros Budget... not including fries

kebab was dry. Yogurt sauce was yellowed, fat was floating on top. Kebab skewers had no meat on them (they were supposedly made at 8 a.m.). Schnitzel fries like from mbudget packaging in the freezer.

Since I don't have a doorbell, I emphasized please call for all three deliveries and repeatedly. Every time my neighbor's doorbell rang. What was ordered was never delivered and the quality is probably better in many places

The food is not good and the service is very unfriendly and you are ignored.

I don't have any cash with me and paid by card. Salesman finally said "goodbye after twenty years" because he missed his tip. Thank you, never again!

We started ordering regularly about three years ago. Until a year ago there was no reason at all to complain. Unfortunately, this has changed very much for the worse. The last deliveries were a disaster in terms of quality, what was ordered was not always delivered and our comments in this regard were not addressed in any way. We have now changed the delivery service and will no longer order there.
