I ordered pizza from them because my pizza chef is on vacation. aware that the quality of this pizzeria is not exactly at the top, I therefore started with low expectations, but incredibly the pizza managed to disappoint even those few and low ones. Let's start by saying that to order I was also forced to pay for a drink (first time in years and years of home deliveries in Ticino). Flour, tomato and mozzarella used are of very low quality, the sauce/mozzarella ratio is completely wrong, as is the (industrial) quantity of oregano (and spices?) put on top of the pizza, probably to mask the taste of the raw materials a bit of low quality. The dimensions are generous even in the face of a small thickness, but still in line with other pizzerias. The cooking was good, the impact was not raw and the edge was only very slightly blackened. Medium/fine thickness. Unfortunately, however, the pizza arrived semi-cold, so I cannot evaluate the crunchiness. The coke (which they forced me to buy) however was hot. Missing ingredients. Napoli is made with capers (and here in Switzerland also olives) otherwise it is a margherita with anchovies. But that's probably my fault because, having ordered by phone, I didn't think to ask for confirmation of the ingredients and I couldn't read the paper. Delivery was courteous and within the usual times.

They treat customers badly and charge half a sauce as a whole one, the manager on the phone tells you to go to hell and they don't respect the requested order, I've never seen such disgrace and rudeness towards customers. Luckily there are other pizzerias otherwise you would have been burned.

When called to understand the status of my order (an hour late) they vented by saying that they have "too much to do with these things", and to my "you don't respond like that to a customer" they still complained too much work to do. I don't know what the pizza is like, but if it's like the attitude, better than a truck tire.

The owner is very nice, it's easy to create a good friendly relationship.
