Carbonara in Carlino is the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life, you can feel that it is made in a real oven. The service was nice and helpful, the atmosphere of the place was indescribable. I recommend it to everyone, 10/10!

I went to a group dinner at the martial arts gym I attend. Friendly and informal environment. They made a room available to us for group dinners. Too bad it was a little cool and being a little apart we didn't always have waiters available. But still every now and then they come to ask if anything was needed. Let me start by saying that I frequented this restaurant weekly as I go to school nearby. They have always been kind and courteous and there is nothing to say about this. I arrive today with a friend at 12.20pm, while we order we are warned that there is a bit of a wait (around 20-30 minutes) due to a lack of staff. We say don't worry and that we would wait. We order 2 pastas and 1 potato dish. After 30 minutes the potatoes arrived, while we were eating I realized that at 1.10pm nothing had yet arrived. I get up and point it out, also underlining that we should have gone back to school. The answer is always that they have difficulties and delays. At 1.20pm the pasta arrives, almost completely raw and crunching in my mouth. I point it out and I am asked to eat some skewers, I accept. The skewers with potatoes arrive, time to eat in a hurry and in the meantime my friend has gone to pay (also paying my share). I go to the cashier and point out that paying for a pasta that I couldn't eat seemed a bit out of place, I received an apology and confirmation that this would never happen again. They offered both of them a drink but they still feel a little bad about it. A staff problem or an oversight happens to everyone, but having to also pay for a lunch eaten in a hurry and what's more, I didn't like what I ordered. Overlooking this it is a good restaurant and, without any problems, you have the opportunity to have a good time.

Buonasera, è anche vero che se si è abituati al top, appena scendi un po' di livello lo senti subito... e qua purtroppo è andata cosi'...Decidiamo di far serata e mangiarci il buonissimo cordon bleu del carlino... e cosi decidiamo in sei amici di andare a ''sfondarci''.Tutto ok, molto buono ma porzioni nettamente inferiori alle solite di qualche anno fa... non capisco il motivo dato che il prezzo è anche aumentato.. che siete famosi sopratutto per questo, è il fiore all occhiello del vostro ristorante e poi ci lasciate amareggiati con porzioni praticamente come la concorrenza!!!Mi dispiace ma purtroppo questa volta pur essendo tutto buono ci siamo rimasti male, se adesso, un cliente per averne uno gigante come ai tempi deve spendere dai 40 ai 50 chf allora è finita la storia...tornate come prima.. fidatevi... adesso ci sono anche tanti altri ristoranti che propongono il maxi cordon...non rovinatevi per poco!Grazie saluti
