I will never be able to understand negative comments. Because I am a pizza lover and can write with a 100% guarantee that it is a real Neapolitan, perfectly prepared pizza. Very authentic Pizzeria. Proper food and ambiente

Menu and food was given first to the men on the table and not the female - big no no. Pizza al Prosciutto had Prosciutto (ham) in stripes. I expect this from Domini pizza not from a gourmet place. Very disappointed! I give 2 stars because once I took a special pizza and was good. But the real pizza is always reviewed on margherita and simple pizze, and those are not good.

The pizza was absolutely amazing! The coffee was amazing! The food was unbelievable - but unfortunately the ambience was catastrophic - the rooms were far too small, therefore loud (you can hear other people's conversations the whole time!) and no music. It's a shame for such a gourmet restaurant. - A restaurant with such a high-quality offering should also offer such an appropriate ambience. That's why I won't eat in-house anymore - or at most I'll order take away.

A beautiful Neapolitan experience in Zurich... the pizza chef served us as he was the waiter alone and the room was full, the guys gave their best. I would recommend adding more staff 😉.

Delicious, friendly, professional!

The pizzas were OK. But waiting more than 40 minutes for just 2 pizzas was unreasonable. Hard-working but completely overwhelmed staff despite the owner being present is not acceptable at a Napoli for over CHF 25. Pizza OK, overall experience is subpar, arrogant hype train.

Napulé is one of those places that, perhaps, doesn't need advertising. Word of mouth is enough. Impossible not to be satisfied. The pizza is excellent. Any pizza. Tonight took the "Cornucopia". I am unable to review it. It must be tried. Point.

I like Napulé because they certainly have one of the better pizzerie in the Zürich area. However, I find the pizza in Zollikon to be too costly and also the crust was a little bit burnt. The service and atmosphere were good. Generally, there are other alternatives in Zürich which are less costly but similar in taste.

A pizza without comparison. Excellent dough like a real Neapolitan pizza with top flavours! The cameraman Dario was very nice and polite! Top service! But Raffaele the owner is an exquisite and very kind person. A true Neapolitan with a big heart. He won our hearts! A birthday celebrated like this will remain in my memories forever. It was nice. The staff super nice. The pizza was nice. I had a blast.

A matter of taste Today the pizza was perfectly crispy on the outside. But moist and soggy inside. Vegetables didn't seem fresh, just cooked until soft.

A very rustic restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. The pizza dough is simply amazing. The Nutella pizza is also highly recommended and we would come back at any time.

I've definitely had better pizza. Due to the vegetable topping, which I unfortunately didn't like (I don't know if there were beets or pumpkin and eggplant on it!? I would have expected pepperoni, zucchini, etc.), the pizza was very soft and watery. The edge was ok, airy and crispy. We had received the lunch menu, but the dessert would not be included because the machine was broken, we were informed. Of course at the same price. Since we didn't have the salad on the menu due to time constraints, we hoped for an espresso instead. This wouldn't work, the price is fixed. Ev. there would be a limoncello. But we never got it. When my plate was cleared away half full, no one asked whether it was tasty, only whether I wanted to take the rest with me. After I said no, no follow-up was made. Unfortunately, I had already had a bad experience with Napulé Meilen and had overcome myself to give the award-winning pizzeria another chance. Unfortunately I was disappointed again and this will definitely be my last time there! It's a shame, because a little hospitality might have made up for the inedible pizza. But apparently Napulé doesn't need it. Luckily, neither do I.

My pizza was totally watery in the middle and generally very sparsely topped. Very few vegetables on it and exactly 1 leaf of basil. The staff behaved very hectically. There was a real sense of completion. Just hype and totally overpriced.

Very good, but Fusio does better, menu has more choice and costs less. Unless they adapt to the competition I don't have valid reasons to prefer it over Fusio.

The pizza was great, as expected and I've eaten it several times at Napulé, one of the best pizzas in Switzerland. This was our first time at this location. Unfortunately the service was not as expected. It was extremely hectic and you had the feeling that you were simply being processed. The fact that you speak Italian in an Italian restaurant is authentic and nice, but you can still expect that you have a basic knowledge of German. Our waitress didn't understand the question about the bill and we had to communicate in English. Overall it was okay, but not what we were used to from Napulé, which was a shame.

I had the best pizza here today since I can remember, even though I've been to Napoli twice, where you can enjoy excellent pizzas.

Unfortunately, as an Italian, I say that for many of my compatriots success goes to the head. Often you start to become arrogant and just rip off customers. The guests are not stupid, dear Napulé team. Last night at Napulé Zollikon: Reservation not found, we stood there for 5 minutes as ordered and not picked up, then the menu card was handed to my wife in the waiting area. I thought I was in the wrong movie. We waited anxiously at the table for our pizzas and unfortunately we were disappointed. 4 pizzas, one of them half raw and the other 3 not even average. Vegetable plate for 18.— was an insult (3 thin slices of eggplant, 4-5 even thinner slices of zucchini) Service noticed our disappointment and then kindly offered us a dessert. The raw pizza was still charged and Pizzeria Napulé will no longer see us. Conclusion: Service at the table was friendly, especially the young lady and the young gentleman. Dessert was good too. But I can't recommend this restaurant!

The pizza, great! The service was cute and friendly, unfortunately not on point. It's super tight, guests had to get up so we could get to the table by the window.

I visited Pizzeria Napulé and was really impressed with the quality of the pizza. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza had a perfect consistency. However, I was particularly impressed by Pasquale, the pizzeria's pizzaiolo. His skills and passion for pizza are unmistakable and are reflected in every pizza he prepares. It was a real pleasure to watch him work and enjoy the results. If you want to enjoy a real Neapolitan pizza, Pizzeria Napulé is definitely worth a visit, especially when Pasquale works as a pizzaiolo.

In Italy, pizza was the food of the poor. Flour and tomato were two ingredients that were always available and very cheap. Ok, we're in Switzerland, but the pizzas here are really too expensive. CHF 24 for a Margherita and 15 for Aperol Spritz. A joke. No more.

Very cozy restaurant with fantastic pizzas. The pizza mortadella, which was not exactly cheap, was perfectly prepared and tasted excellent. I can only recommend.

I don't know when was the last time I was in a restaurant where the staff was so friendly, courteous and original. At Napulé you feel like you are at home. The service is outstanding! The fantastic pizza is one of the best you can eat in Switzerland. We will come back in any case. Big compliments to the entire Napulé team!

A very disappointing experience, family of 5 (with 3/6/9 years old) with booking. our order got forgotten which we had to discover ourselves after an hour waiting... Kid pizzas eventually arrived...another 30min waiting for the adults and 2 further requests to know where they were... Good pizzas but not worth the experience.

Unfortunately very poor service and as a starter there was a ready-made salad without sauce. However, the pizza was delicious. However, a return visit is still out of the question for me.

Unfortunately there is no better rating. We enjoyed the pizzas but unfortunately the service was mediocre and we sat for a long time with empty plates, which is why we decided against dessert and coffee. The price policy also doesn't correspond to the service offered, the pizza was good but didn't justify the 50% higher price compared to other pizzerias. An evening for the two of us cost 121 CHF for two pizzas, 3dl of house wine, 0.5l of water and two Prosecco.

Delicious pizzas. Prosecco is offered by the friendly hosts for the unexpected, short waiting time when picking up the item. We will get pizzas there again. Beautifully done locally and is also ideal for eating on site.

Exquisite pizzas, excellent products… very good quality. Unfortunately I can only give it 3 stars for the terrible service. We understand perfectly that it was full... but we do not understand the slowness and the very little attention they gave to customers. They ignored us completely. So much so that we ended up being alone in the restaurant... To call a waiter was an ordeal and to ask for the bill even worse.

A truly warm and welcoming Italian atmosphere, excellent service and very friendly staff. We tasted their pizza by chance at a stand at the Christmas markets in front of the Zurich Opera House, therefore in the city centre. We fell in love with it and my boyfriend and I went to try their pizza in one of their places in Zurich. And we must say that it was truly EXCEPTIONAL, my boyfriend chose a Margherita pizza with a crust full of buffalo ricotta and I chose a pizza with a white base, mortadella and chopped pistachios. Well cooked and soft. It was clear that the ingredients were from our area, that is, Italian. If you are in Zurich go and eat pizza here and you won't regret it.

Very fine pizza. A bit too expensive in terms of price. Some people would say you have to pay for the quality. That's not always true, because here you pay for the location and the space. Pizza dough is very fine and easy to digest. The service was very friendly. Always attentive and very hospitable. What I personally was missing was Napolitanitá. A joke, a saying in German would also have made it. Overall, I would happily recommend this pizzeria. It's worth going there.

Was with my partner in the restaurant in Zollikon. Service was unprofessional. There was far too much meat on the antipasto, unfortunately there were no vegetables, not enough olives, not enough cheese. The pizzas had too much dough but it tasted very good, a shame. The price of 37.-SFr was way too expensive. Then I observed that after the pizza came out of the oven, the waiter put various foods on the pizza, cheese, etc. Without gloves after serving people. Not exactly hygienic 😥

The pizza is sensational, but not necessarily as you would expect. A little overloaded depending on the situation, but that's a matter of taste. During the week, the Italian feeling is more there (typical Italian service, motivated, suitable music, etc.). Unfortunately, this is not always the case on the weekend (boom music, semi-motivated service). Maybe we were just unlucky 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great discovery! Spontaneously went there [2 families inkl 4 kids] and had a lovely dinner...tasty pizze, cosy atmosphere and super friendly staff!

So the best thing first: The service was absolutely top class. Extremely authentic and with a lot of charm and mischief. Unfortunately, that didn't help to make up for the poor performance of the Pizzailolos - those who market with “world champions” simply set the bar high. Antipasti of very good quality, portions rather too large. 2' after the appetizer was served they were pizzas at the table. We refused. 15' later we were served the same cold pizzas - no-go number 1. The waiters were visibly ashamed when we gave them back. Warmed up briefly (!!! Given the price, the second no-go) the same pizzas came back. A little embarrassed, we had to give them back again. Cold! What pizzaiolo with even a little bit of craft pride does that? something, let a pizza stand for 15', serve it cold and warm it up half way through? At 30.- per Pizza? At approach no. 3 it worked somewhat. But it continued. The mozzarella in the middle wasn't even close to melted, while the edge was well baked. Charcoal requires practice, as does dealing with the high temperatures in such an oven. In my opinion, both have a lot of room for improvement. The dough, on the other hand, was really good. You can taste the long fermentation of the dough really well. Despite the many mistakes, the waiters kept their nerve and tried to make up for it with friendliness and attentiveness Make. Which was somewhat successful (plus 1 ⭐️). An apology in the form of an espresso or something similar. But then it was missing. Restaurant otherwise extremely tastefully decorated, lots of attention to details.

The pizza is very mediocre and definitely not worth the hype! How can you throw raw tomato sauce on your Margherita pizza and hope that it tastes good? And they are overpriced too! Ordered once - never again
