Charged 4 CHF when I asked for tap water and were sneaky about it. When people ask for tap water, they do not expect to pay for water. Thieves!

Pleasant welcome, good ham pizza but price a little high (CHF24.50)

I ordered a Miss Italia pizza on Sunday evening. It arrived after an hour and 25 minutes of waiting, without mozzarela, without arugula, without cherry tomatoes and without truffle oil, dough and ham only! They take customers for fools. Molino to flee!!! I have a photo just in case...

We went to this restaurant before the Met in Balexert. The restaurant does not follow events. We are poorly received. The cuisine is not regular. The same dishes vary in quality each time. The service is different every time.

So if you want to eat the Tavolata, it's not here... the waiter was ordered not to serve it... If you want beef fillet, it's not here... the chef ordered not to offer it because it was too small for the price... Overall, it's good and nice but it's still quite expensive for what it is!

The quality is always there for this brand, and the Ragù pasta is wonderful… but what’s going on with the butter and sage ravioli? Sometimes 9 on the plate, sometimes 7… the price and their size remain the same. Be careful, I'm counting! Fortunately they are good!

Tweety, Which is a shame, too often there are changes in personnel for the pizzeria, I noticed a big change, at the start of Molino the pizzas were super good, impeccably cooked, and since all these changes the pizzas are not good!! Poorly cooked, always in a hurry, line work...so not good, too much cheese...Maybe to block the corners?? Vegetarian pizza...meh! Not great it becomes too expensive not to eat well!!! Damage ! Overall it's okay, but pizzas need to be reviewed. THANKS.

I find it frankly scandalous that we are made to pay 4 francs for a carafe of tap water. The price of the drinks is not indicated on the paper menu given to you, only if you take the trouble to scan the qr code and go to the last page of the pdf. I came back one last time after several visits to this restaurant and still not happy with the service we finished eating no one came to the table for 30 minutes we then called the waiter and told us that he didn't make any coffee or dessert (the restaurant closed in 1 hour)

Meals on site this week, bland, burnt pizza and totally disorganized staff (you might think it's the first day the restaurant opened) It is not worthy of the brand where I am used to eating in other places in Geneva

Several negative points in this restaurant. Firstly, we arrived early, there weren't many people in the restaurant, but the center was full and noisy so we asked to be placed in one of the rooms at the back. The waiter told us that they were closed, except that 30 minutes later people were placed in these rooms. Second, we waited a really long time for our food only to have two of the pizzas arrive burnt, one was missing ingredients, and the more expensive one was small. We dare to say something to the waiter who packs us up and at the end of the meal dares to make an inappropriate "joke" about our remarks. Suffice to say that it did not happen. Especially considering the price of the note. Other Molino restaurants, like that of Praille for example, are much better both in terms of the quality of the service and the quality of the dishes. We won't come back again.

Already waiting 10 to guide us to a table, then 10 to take the order and its Fiat 40 minute we are still not served a pizza 40 minute, for me a lack of person or male management I do not recommend this Restaurant!!!!

Scenario call the restaurant at 7 p.m. to reserve a table for 8 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. The person on the phone tells me that they don't take reservations and that there's no point in it. The meal was good, but paying 4 francs for a small carafe of "filtered" tap water and paying 4 francs for another is unacceptable. The glasses of wine are very few filled but paid a high price!

I like their cuisine, but the wait at reception is a disaster….and the service is really bad…. Damage

I waited for such a long time to be served. Over 40 minutes. This is because they are understaffed. There were only 2 waiters and they kept on avoiding me but everyone else was served. It made me wonder if they are racist as well.

Very arrogant and rude behavior, welcoming a customer must be at least respectful.....is there a sign that says to wait???? That's fine, but at least you should apologize if the customer tells you he's been waiting to be noticed for 15 minutes. Bad very bad .

The food is good but the waiters take too long to come and forget about you

Extremely disappointed by the seafood tagliatelle dish. Minimal quantity in all, 3 small shrimps wandering around and accompanied by poor quality squid. Little diversity in fish and when you ask the manager he answers that it is consistent with what is mentioned on the menu with a certain condescension. I forget this little plate costs 34.- and it brings you a lemon-scented napkin costs 3.-. I add that the coke costs 6.- chf. This reminds me of the services you can have in tourist places where only the profit counts. In short, I will no longer recommend this place.

It was a rainy Saturday night, most restaurants were closed and thank God for that! I couldn’t leave Geneva without dining at Molino. Yes it’s inside a mall but don’t let it stop you. We had pizzas and risotto. Our kid loved his bunny shaped pizza, so thoughtful and delicious!

Lots of waiting, you are placed in the corner while there is still 50% space available. we have the impression of disturbing... I do not recommend at all

The entire experience was a delight! Really welcoming staff, wonderful seasonal specials, homemade tagliatelle (!), and fantastic pizza!! But the pumpkin risotto was divine!!! And our waiter, Zouhair, was wonderful. Great service, great sense of humor, and very helpful with the menu and ordering! Even told us about his beautiful home in Marrakesh! What a wonderful meal!!!

First of all, a lot of waiting despite a restaurant that was not very busy. The plates given to eat the San Daniele were greasy. I asked for them to be changed and it was the same: dirty plates. Really bad experience, very poor service, food pretty bad and cold, pizza base wasn’t cooked. Very expensive for what we received. Red wine felt it came straight from the fridge. Definitely wouldn’t go back or recommend.

We reserved a table before coming as this can get easily full and packed. Food is not the best, just acceptable, It's cheaper than Luigia but the latter is much better. The presentation is really good including the service.

Not a good experience. A 16oz of water is 4? We were 5 people and everywhere else is free! 2 bottles of water for 5 people was 8francs. The waitress was lazy and hardly helped us. Not a good time. Pizza was OK. Nothing great.

About two months ago everything was spotless; the service, the pizzas, the efficient and friendly staff. For some time now, there has been a catastrophe in all areas. Such a waste !

The pizzas are good, the atmosphere is good. Negative point for the service which was minimal and a little slow.

My food came so late. me and my sister and my mom were together. My sister , my dad and my food came together. Keep in mind that my sister brother and dad had a side dish which they still didn’t get, at this point i ate and finished everything. My mom didn’t eat anything and is waiting to eat something, and then we waited an hour and my mom and dad and ate and my brother. As writing this my brothers steak didn’t arrive which is supposed to be his main course, his side dish arrived though. My sister now, is waiting for his main course after eating her side dish and my dad’s main and side course have been delivered my mom is eating and yeah idk. But the waiters are very nice and the food is amazing just the delivery is terrible.

One of nicer pizza restaurants in Geneva. Service is good and food excellent. But Wine is bit on the expensive side (CHF9 for one glass). Most importantly they have a wood burning pizza oven and the fresh chilli garlic oil is exceptional. This restaurant is much better than Luigia in Petit Sacconnex.

I know the Molinos in general, but I think this one stands out. We were served by Aimen, who was very attentive to expectations, and recommends very well. Good server!

Do not recommend! Deplorable service by Maria (waitress/host) who would discriminate on which guests get to sit at the back of the restaurant away from the entrance where it is significantly crowded and subject to air draughts. When asked why we couldn't sit in the back when there was Plenty of available sits and where other people where already seated, we were given false justifications, and so we left. Spend your money elsewhere.

I loved the rotolino pizza, recommended by the waiter Aymen. Very good service, I recommend this restaurant.

I find it unacceptable to charge for “filtered” water in a carafe. Especially when ordering appetizers, wine, desserts. Brief. We consumed. The commercial gesture of offering a jug of water should not kill you. Really just marketing.

The service is deplorable, the prices high and the quality average. I went to eat there for the first time on April 21st. My friend and I almost left before we finished ordering. The waiter in charge of the back room was visibly annoyed and in a hurry, he cut us off in the middle of a sentence to make us repeat it and brushed aside our questions about the menu with the wave of his hand. In the middle of taking an order, the gentleman leaves without a word to collect from customers who had finished eating and then returns with just as little patience. We point out to him that he is not very welcoming and he responds aggressively that he has a lot of tables to serve and that in any case our table does not interest him because we are in favor of an offer. So we decide to leave. On the way out, we explain to one of his colleagues what happened and he is very embarrassed and apologizes. He offers us to stay and take care of our table. We accept because he seems very helpful. Unfortunately, 45 minutes pass before our two pizzas arrive and to make matters worse, one of the two pizzas does not correspond to what we ordered and we have to send it back (presence of an allergen). Despite the goodwill of a friendly staff member, the experience was poor in every way.

We went with friends today to eat and we are delighted!! . The dishes were very good and plentiful and the service impeccable!

We came this evening for the first time as a family and we were really disappointed. Already the waitress is not pleasant at all compared to the waiter who was very friendly and smiling and then the lemon and shrimp risotto dish was not great at all especially since he only had 3 poor shrimp. For the price I expected something better in the mouth and more shrimp. Well for us it’s the first but also the last time.

Water is charged. Prices on the shelves are misleading. Food is decent.

The restaurant was half empty. We asked for a table for 2 and they insisted To sit us squeezed in between 2 other tables just because they wanted to keep everyone in one area. The manager was very rude. We wont be back.!

Aperitif server and waiter all in black, very friendly and efficient. On the other hand, the white shirt waitress and the white shirt waiter were a disaster. 3 tables arrived after us and served before us. We ordered some pasta for the others and the waiter told us that no, that's what we asked for. No parmesan offered but at some tables it does. The food is very good but the service is terrible

Good points: - very well garnished and very beautiful pizzas. Negative points: - the prices are very high (salmon pasta 29.-) and the menu is not easy to decipher. Pasta of your choice, and add the sauce and it pays off. A 33dl Coke for 6.- 😱 I only recommend it to those who have time to waste and a full wallet! Addition without coffee and dessert.

I only recommend it to those who have time to waste and a full wallet!
