This was probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. Super friendly staff, the boss's son served us, why can you only give 5 stars, this restaurant deserves more, super fine dough, I can only recommend it

We were there spontaneously for dinner yesterday. Everything tasted great, but we would especially like to mention and thank the very nice, courteous and thoughtful service (additional plate for the child, large bottle of ice tea instead of 4 glasses, smaller pizza, already halved and cut, ...). We and our kids also felt very welcome there and can happily recommend the restaurant.

Very nice pizza with an excellent crust. Not quite as Italian as we like it, but a good effort. Waitress could not have been nicer! Limited English spoken but she put up with my limited German. We ate outdoors as on a warm evening indoors was stuffy. Outdoor ambience suffered a bit from rich hour in the rotary but the air was nice. Fair prices, a little over CHF 50 for 2 pizzas and 2 panache.

We came here for the first time today to eat pizza. I thought the pizza had too much edge and didn't taste good. The spaghetti could have been cooked for 1-2 minutes longer, and the tomato sauce could have had a little more flavor.

I've been to this restaurant three times now. The staff was friendly every time and the food was prepared quickly. I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

The service was quite fast and joyful. All staff were nice and cheerful. The taste was extraordinary. I recommend you try their “Salat Caprese” „Pizza Parma“ and tiramisu. It makes you feel that you're home.

They speak only german, but very friendly service and good food. Only place that was still open that late, and they welcomed us well.

It was my first time in the pizzeria and I was immediately pleasantly surprised! The boss immediately treated me to a small, delicious Italian starter, which I found to be very thoughtful. He must have seen how hungry I was! I ordered the fitness salad and was thrilled by the fresh and diverse selection of ingredients that were served with a delicious dressing. The pizza was very large and incredibly tasty. The staff was very attentive and quick in service. I really liked the rustic ambience of the restaurant because it doesn't seem old-fashioned. I would particularly like to emphasize the brilliant price-performance ratio - it really is unbeatable! We will definitely come back and recommend the pizzeria to our friends and families.

We waited too long for anyone to serve us. Service was friendly but very incompetent and slow. It took too long to bring a child's chair, had to ask several times for the menu, etc. The food is ok, but there are better places. We were in this restaurant a few times and each time we thought we deserved a second (new) chance, but we certainly won't visit this restaurant again in the future. Answer: Dear Mr. Karowski, That can't be right, we haven't been allowed to serve guests with a child's chair in the last two weeks. :) They also write that they have been here a few times. At the same time they write that they gave the restaurant a second chance - that doesn't add up. We politely ask you to find something else to do other than downgrading restaurant ratings with false reviews. The pizza was excellent. Excellent dough. It can get quite loud, especially when there are larger groups present. The good food makes up for it.

So what doesn't belong on a Frutti di Mare pizza...absolute no go is surimi, i.e. shaped fish if you can even call it fish, then scampi 🦐 with the shell and whole mussels with the shell...my personal opinion...otherwise quite ok but only well-intentioned ones three stars…⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best pizza in Appenzell Very cozy and modern atmosphere. Was there for the first time. The pizza was a real treat - big compliments to the kitchen. The staff also proved to be particularly friendly and attentive. I'd love to come back.

Since our last visit to Appenzell, Terra Rossa has moved to the Migros roundabout. The pizza was super tasty, thin, crispy base with fine ingredients. The fresh salad with pizza bread was also very good. Thank you very much for the fine food. We will definitely come back on our next Appenzeller vacation.

Was very enthusiastic about the pizzeria. Great and very nice service and excellent food. Had appetizers, pizza and pasta. Everything was very tasty and absolutely good value for money. Many thanks to a great team, we'll be happy to come back!

Had dinner with a large group. Everyone was extremely happy with the food! The Elena pizza I took was great. The dough was crispy and just like you would expect from Italy. You really can't compare it with other pizzerias in Appenzell! Would love to come back

Finally a pizzeria that doesn't skimp on the quality of the meat! The service was extremely warm and charismatic. Nice atmosphere, but you have to cut the vegetables smaller when making the pizza. Far too big, it seems a bit unloving.

Best pizza in town..... a topped pizza is a feast for the eyes - an edible image. Fine pizza bread is served with a salad or another starter. Attentive nice service.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give no star. When we (2 people) wanted to order two pizzas on a quiet, not busy Saturday evening (6:50 p.m.), we had to wait over an hour! We were given no information that it would take longer. So we sat in the waiting area for over an hour without being noticed! Is this a good service? NO, definitely not! We only waited 10 minutes at the other pizzeria and they were completely full, and the other pizzeria was reopening today. We will not visit this restaurant again in the future.

What a horror of a restaurant. The tables are sticky, the floor is dirty and the open kitchen looks like it needs a thorough cleaning. In addition, apparently only selected guests receive a so-called “greeting from the kitchen”. The food is at best suitable for a canteen and that for the price! Never again.

Really awesome Big Mac and the Mc Flurry was also a bomb
