The waiter was very unmotivated and hardly showed up at the table to ask if everything was OK. The plates were already cleared away when the last people were still eating. Neither the dessert menu nor coffee were offered. The wine was sold at a high price but tasted like booze wine. The prices are simply utopian for this poor quality. When we went to get the pizza, we were told that burrata was ONLY on the pizza that was on the menu. They would have replaced burrata with mozzarella. This was also seen. I've never seen such thick pieces of mozzarella on pizza. The pizza was really not good. I have never eaten such bad pizza from an Italian restaurant. The pizza cost CHF 27 even though the original only costs 23 and has more on it than ours! The tomato sauce is therefore made of gold. When we called and complained, there was no response. Non facile in un paese di montagna trovare una pizza come siamo abituati...qui addirittura ha superato le nostre aspettative. Pasta morbida ma croccante e molto ben farcita. Complimenti.

Liegt wohl daran, dass nur ein Kellner Bestellungen entgegen nimmt. Beim Servieren kam Kellner ohne Schutzmaske doch sehr nahe, und in Zeiten von Corona sollte besser darauf geachtet werden. Vielleicht würde es dem Serviceablauf dienlich sein, wenn der Chef persönlich auch anpackt und mithilft.

Sehr feine Pizza zum selber zusammenstellen. Im Service gibts noch verbesserungen... Da geht schnell was vergessen, immer wieder fällt Besteck beim abräumen zu Boden. Mit etwas weniger Schwung und kleiner Schulung kann das problem behoben werden

Wir waren am Montag, 29. Juni zu 4 Pizza essen ( 2 Erw, 2 Kinder) Sehr feine Pizza, guter und freundlicher Service - so gerne wieder!Am Dienstag, 30. Juni waren wir zu 6 essen (4 Erw, 2 Kinder) Offensichtlich waren weniger Keller bei mehr Gästen da - wir mussten lange warten, bis wir überhaupt die Menukarte erhielten. Dann wieder warten bis wir bestellen konnten... Die Kellner waren sehr gestresst, da sie viele Gäste bedienen mussten.... dennoch war unser Keller freundlich und gab sein Bestes! Der Chef wies seine Kellner mehrmals für uns Gäste sichtbar zurecht - nicht gerade die feine Art.... anstatt die Kellner noch zusammenzustauchen hätte er einfach auch mithelfen können, wenn offensichtlich viel zu tun ist.Unsere Bestellung: zwei Salate, 4 Pizzen, 1 Spätzlipfanne und 1 Kindermenü.Die Salate kamen zusammen mit dem Kindermenü.... dann kam die Spätzlipfanne.... von den Pizzen keine Spur. Keine Info von den Kellnern wie lange es noch geht für die Pizzen.Die Spätzlipfanne war schon fast aufgegessen, da kam der Chef an den Tisch und sagte, dass die Pizzen in 2 Minuten bereit seien. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren diese aber noch nicht mal im Ofen (man kann dem Weltmeister Pizzaiolo zuschauen)....Dann nach ca 15 Minuten brachter der Chef die 4 Pizzen... als wir dann sagten, dass es etwas lange 2 Minuten waren, war seine Antwort „Dafür sind es sehr gute Pizzen....und ihr habt auch sehr komplizierte Pizzen bestellt!“....ging lachend davon.Eine doch eher überhebliche Antwort und aus unserer Sicht falsche Reaktion.... ein Kaffee aufs Haus und eine ehrliche Entschuldigung wäre vielleicht die passendere Reaktion als ein solcher Spruch.... oder liegen wir da falsch?Der Kellner hat wirklich mit grossem und humorvollen Einsatz sein bestes gegeben.

Empfehlenswerte Pizzeria direkt in der Anlage des Catrina Resorts. Herausragend ist die zuvorkommende Bedienung. Auch die Küche überzeugte uns mit knuspriger Pizza und frischer Pasta.

Eine der leckersten Pizzas die ich je hatte. Perfekte Mischung aus Teig, Mozarella, Tomate und Zutaten. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder. Merci.
