This place has exactly one problem and that is the hosts. The kitchen is excellent (I know the boss cooks himself), although the portions are sometimes rather small, but the quality is very good. However, throwing guests out of the restaurant at 10:30 p.m. who have consumed well is a no-go. In addition, as a regular guest you are sometimes not even greeted by the boss who is sitting at the regulars' table. Another no-go for me. Hanni and Norbert have done much better...we miss you.

Very good family run restaurant in a traditional Alpine house. The food is really good and they serve local and old school things like capuns and maluns. There is as well modern alternatives. The interior is cozy, warm and traditional. I recommend this place for good and traditional swiss food. Book table ahead.

We ate for 570 francs and were rather unkindly shown out of the restaurant at 2240, saying that we wanted to get off work now. An absolute no go.

At this point I would like to thank you very much, we were able to have dinner on the occasion of a training course. The menu suggestions were great and we decided on the Cordonbleu. Service was great and we were able to end the evening comfortably as a team.

The food was very tasty. At 8 p.m. we reserved 6 people and consumed it for 600.00 Fr. At 10:30 p.m. we had to pay and were, so to speak, ejected. Not refillable for me. I'm disappointed.🙁

Very tasty Swiss food in a rustic atmosphere! On weekday evenings you can park for free in the adjacent underground car park.

This is the second time I went there. The house has a lot of character and the cooking is good. Add to that the beautiful train ride from Chur and you will have a great excursion destination.

After we were very satisfied last year, the experience this year was the complete opposite. The hostess was extremely unfriendly and inflexible. The food was not at the level as expected. Although the owners have children themselves, children seemed unwelcome. No special requests possible. We won't be coming back.

This is one of the places you brag visiting to your friends about. A truly charming restaurant that makes you feel like you are in a comfy and warm living room in some cozy alpine hut. That it's just off the main road in a smaller street helps with that image. Also the entrance is very charming because it enforces the alpine hut feeling even more. The food was wonderful. Swiss cuisine with a modern touch. For my personal taste a little on the higher end with the salt but still okay - I usually do not use too much salt so for most people it will be fine. Great selection of wines both local and foreign. What I liked a lot about the wine menu is that it included a recommendation to the dishes on the menu. So for someone who is new to wine that is a great help. Prices for both wine and food were very adequate and not too high considering the quality that you get. Wait staff is very friendly and you might even catch a few words in the local language romontsch sursilvan.

We had signed up for a menu surprise and enjoyed each of the seven courses, from the greetings from the kitchen to the fish and the tartare, the veal bread rolls and the stroganoff. The kitchen is magical. Such a gem of a restaurant needs to be taken care of. We'll definitely be back.

A very excellent small and chic restaurant with excellent cuisine and nice service. My recommendation is the Chateaubriand for 2 people or more. The three of us ordered it. Before serving, the whole piece was shown and then served in two courses. We were really very satisfied, a real pleasure.
