Pizzeria Traube in Hirschthal

Was invited by friends. That was the direct hit. Had a Pizza Svizzera without anchovies, but with onions. A whopping 9.5 out of 10. Next time I would like to try lasagna or the fish chnuspeli.... I really enjoyed the white house wine. Thumbs up. Sunrise network very weak there. Wifi connection didn't work either. But had a really great evening there with friends. Ah yes: there is caffeine-free coffee there, you definitely have to try it.

The food is simply great, the service and ambience are excellent, we'll be back again

Unfortunately the tomato soup was almost cold. And garnished with canned whipped cream. And the chicken nugets are unfortunately frozen. I ask myself why?

A year ago I wrote the review below. Unfortunately, the pizza has gotten worse and worse in the meantime and is now just run-of-the-mill pizza. No crispy edge, no bubbles, no wood-fired taste. Everything that made up the pizza is suddenly gone! Other pizzaiolo? Too bad we won't go there anymore. 1st review: It was our first time as guests and we really enjoyed it. Pizza is far and away the BEST, with very generous toppings and baked perfectly in a wood-fired oven. The mixed salad was fresh and the sauce was great. The service was always attentive and very prompt in everything she did. And all of this at a very good price. Unreserved recommendation!

I ordered 5 pizzas today, I thought since so many people are enthusiastic about this pizza, I have to try them. Well, honestly, I don't know how you can eat something like that. The tomato sauce is extremely sweet, like Coop's vertig sauces. the dough is a chewing gum. Conclusion: nobody ate the pizza. Oh yes, 2 out of 5 pizzas are hard on the edge and burn.

We went there for pizza for the first time yesterday. Your pizza is by far the best in the area, definitely recommended, lots of toppings, delicious base and it is also baked in a wood-fired oven. The conditions are very friendly and attentive. A small deduction from me because people sit too close to each other in this restaurant. Otherwise everything was great 👍🏻

We went to the pizzeria on a Thursday and both had pizza. They were good and will go again. The service was good. I have nothing to complain about ☺️ The parking lot was large and we were greeted nicely, as was our dog. Nice terrace to relax.

I've rarely had such a bad pizza to take away, it's better in the take away place 😅 have the owners changed? I had a salami which doesn't correspond to a salami pizza, it still had onions and olives and the salami was really spicy. Not that I don't like spicy but I ordered something different. My wife's pizza had raw ham on it, which is more like shoe soles, and rugula, which tastes like clover. It's a real shame the last time there.

Unfortunately, the waiting times were significantly too long (approx. 1h30 until we got the food, even without an apology or information that it took so long). I think the food in this restaurant is very good. What I don't like is D.M.'s review. If the food was really bad, the restaurant wouldn't always be fully booked. What also doesn't belong in a review is that other restaurants advertise with bad reviews.

The pizzas are ok, but never come close to those from Cloud 7 (Cinema 8). Pasta was an absolute disaster, spaghetti was still half raw, pesto wasn't fresh and the starters were very bad. I don't want to go to an Italian restaurant where there are over 100 dishes from chops, game, Riz Casimir etc. Italian restaurant only Italian cuisine! Less is more! On top of that, drinks are over 6 months expired. It's so tight, you barely have any space and it's very loud that you have to shout at each other.

Food was good but I won't visit this restaurant again. The four of us waited a very long time for the starter (we had probably been forgotten in the kitchen) and then as soon as we started, the pizza arrived!!!. Very poorly organized and the staff wasn't attentive at all. In 1 1/2 hours we were never asked if we would like something to drink, even though there were 4 people. 3 glasses were empty!!! Have always been satisfied so far, even if you have to wait a little long. It's a shame when you can't handle criticism and then you hear that you can live with it if we don't come anymore!!! HOSPITALITY IS DIFFERENT... We certainly won't be coming back because you don't make statements like that to a guest!!! Apparently the Traube doesn't rely on people who don't go to the restaurant every week or who don't give friendly criticism.

Am Samstagabend muss mit einer Schlange von Wartenden für den Take-Away gerechnet werden, was für mich ein positives Zeichen bezüglich der Qualität ist.
