Urgently change security personnel. Despite the lounge and membership card, the woman with the curls wouldn't let us into the club without being able to give a reason. Probably an inferiority complex, otherwise such behavior towards decent customers who have paid for their ticket cannot be explained.

Contrary to our expectations, the student party was quite fun. We were a slightly larger group of men, all between 25 and 35 years old, and were looking for a club to celebrate after Christmas dinner. Despite not being accompanied by women, we were let in, welcomed in a very friendly manner and informed about the one-way system. Unfortunately you can only pay by card and the average age is 18, which is probably common at a student party. Nevertheless, we had a very good time and would love to come back!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Club Plaza and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The reception was extremely friendly and we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to pay a cloakroom fee to drop off our jackets. The lounge reservation went smoothly and we were lucky to have a very friendly lounge lady who explained everything to us in detail and regularly checked on our wellbeing. As for the surprise, not only were we well looked after by the lounge lady, but she even surprised us with pizzas - an unexpected but extremely pleasant gesture. It was obvious that the staff attaches great importance to customer satisfaction. The music in the club was fantastic and the Glitter Gwitter DJs managed to spread a great vibe throughout the club. The confetti showers were an added highlight that made the celebration even more exciting. The entire atmosphere helped make my birthday party an unforgettable experience. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and can only warmly recommend this club. Many thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable birthday evening! ♥

Unfortunately, not all bartenders have prices under control. I paid Fr.50.- for 2 normal drinks (Gin Tonic + Jacky Cola) from one waiter and Fr.45.- for 3 drinks from the other waiter. (2 Gin Tonic 1 Jacky Cola) The prices should always be the same for the same drinks. But unfortunately that's how it went the whole evening, the prices were whatever you wanted. Otherwise I can recommend the club, nice staff and a good atmosphere! Best regards

I was here for a concert, the service at the bar was very fast and good, prices are okay and the toilets are so nice and looks clean, would recommend this place if you want to rent a venue, the design and architecture was just marvellous, I loved it!

I have visited the location several times for concerts. Actually everything fits there, was there yesterday and the whole plaza is cashless. I don't think that's a good thing at all - people should be allowed to decide for themselves how they pay.

Attached is my official review of the bar staff. The following review is based on subjective opinion regarding the 2 drinks (whiskey sour $ vodka redbull). While the whiskey sour was tasty and contained a reasonable amount of alcohol, it lacked fruit flavor and general je ne sais quoi. The Vodka Redbull, on the other hand, impressed in all aspects and met the criteria for an appropriate cocktail. Based on these criticisms, I rate the whiskey sour a 7.4 out of 10 and the vodka Redbull a 9.8.

I was at the Plaza Club today and unfortunately no one helped me when I cut myself on a broken glass. Otherwise I can recommend the club, very great atmosphere and good music.

I stepped on a piece of glass on the dance floor and am now sitting in the emergency room getting stitches. Nice staff, but no first aid. In addition, the DJ messed up the transitions badly. Drinks were good but quite expensive.

Everything looks good inside, but the employees are very unfriendly (to put it nicely). If a person is unwell, they still go according to your “one way” principle and you then have to pay the full entrance fee again. Overpriced drinks even for Swiss standards, as well as a bad DJ who didn't make good transitions between the songs (club chooses the DJ and his costs), chased us out of the club after less than 2 hours and sent us home. Thanks but no thanks for the future :) A single employee “allowed” us to go out for some fresh air because the air in the house was so bad. However, the next one sent us back in after less than 3-4 minutes with the statement “How long do you want to chill outside?” That says everything about it :D

It was my first time going to Plaza we were 3 Girls. Entry was 30.- they didn't check ID at the entrance. Drinks were expensive, Musik was ok.The Guys were very pushy intrusive and disrespectful they just grabbed you and didnt understand when you said no to them. went up to security because a guy was bothering me, the security wanted me to go with him to the guy I didn't understand it as I called the security to tell the guy off as I didn't feel safe and not to go and have a conversation with him. The club was pretty empty by 03:30am. Wasn't a nice experience not going back.

Aggressive behavior of the staff, despite the cool atmosphere and reasonable prices. I arrived for the Nachtseminar at around 10 pm and decided to enjoy a few drinks at the plaza bar while my friends entered the club. I struck up a friendly conversation with the bartender. I decided to follow suit and enter the club at 11:59 pm while the entrance was still free. The girl at the counter informed me that I needed to purchase a ticket, as it turned 12pm and my legi was no longer valid. 15 chf is not any problem of course, but I tried to explain that I had been at the bar for hours and was simply transitioning from there to the club. Instead of explaining the situation, the other staff (a young blonde woman) at the counter yelled at me: "PAY 15 FRANCS OR LEAVE NOW." I was taken aback by her hostile attitude, as if I were causing trouble or trying to sneak in. I reminded her that I had no intention of entering without a ticket, but she had no right to yell at me without reason. I even asked for her name as a reference, but she refused to give her name. To make matters worse, she made a joke out of the entire incident with her friend at the counter that I wasn't able to hear and they laughed at me. It was an utterly terrible experience, and I have never been treated so poorly by a staff in my life.

So we arrived at 10 p.m. and they read everything except my friend, who is 18 years old and we are all 19. So we went to another club but it wasn't going well there. That's why my friend, 18 years old, decided to go home to go. So we tried to go back to the Plaza and suddenly we were told we were too young but she let us in first. This club is not a recommendation from me very arrogant people.

Pathetic club with miserable staff! I was partying at the Plaza Club a month ago and left my backpack in the cloakroom. When I got my backpack I noticed that my wireless headphones were no longer in the backpack. I reported this to the garderon staff but they didn't respond. When I got a little louder, they downplayed my accusation and said I had lost the headphones somewhere else. When I entered the club I put the headphones in my backpack. A few days later I sent the club an email and there was no response. I can't recommend this disreputable club at all! Legal consequences will follow.

Really good club, I was there before 00:00 and was still charged 15CHF. Not the end of the world ofcorse, but there was mentioned free entrance before 00:00. But still, not to expensive. The club has a great vibe, music was as good as it can get. Cannot wait to go back

The staff last night was awesome. It was a young crowd and my friends and I are above 30 but it was awesome. Music was very good. (Hip hop and new music you could dance to).

Violence!!! Was violently and physically attacked by Securitas in the club! Shamelessly groped during the search. A show of force that cannot be justified. When it turned out that I had been mistreated based on made-up assumptions, I received no compensation. This kind of treatment of loyal member card holders is unacceptable and should be addressed!

It's just too hot in the club. And the fact that you can't go out anymore and there's only one way is just terrible, because you get too hot inside. They don't even have air conditioning, plus you need fresh air sometimes. I don't like going to the Plaza anymore since you can't go outside anymore, you can't even sit outside to wait for your Uber. Nothing. For paying so much for entry, they are restricting people quite a bit. A real shame

You pay 35.- and get a stamp (for what???) and you're not even allowed to go outside to get some fresh air. They said we'd have to pay the overpriced entrance fee again if we went out. Absolutely not possible!!!

Big Club, music used to be better a couple of years before, but mostly full, music on friday always the same (urban), saturday different music (commercial), drinks are average

Unfortunately it's really just irresponsible how many people are allowed into this club... We were in the club on Thursday (May 18th, 2023) at 11 a.m. and there were already quite a few people there. When we went to the toilet for a moment, the club was completely overcrowded. Is there no limit?! Afterwards, unfortunately (00.30) we went to the cloakroom and picked up our sweaters and wanted to go out. The best thing was that we barely made it to the exit because the club was so crowded that it was very difficult for us to even leave the club. Really disappointing...

Horrible. Rudest staff I've ever seen! Not worth the entry, there are much better clubs in Zurich.

Way too brutal bouncers, no consideration for anyone and acting out, thinking you are God. Way too crowded and disorganized. The only sympathetic person was the one at the clothing distribution. Really not recommended.

The bald guy with the tattoo on his head is unfriendly and stingy. Wanted some more vodka he wanted 10fr. Exaggerated !! Don't come anymore.

The staff was very unfriendly and rassist. We drove 1 hour to get to the club. We were totally sober and the security guards did not let us in for no reason. We were over the needed age and totally normal (not loud or crazy at all) The staff pushed us away from the club. As we went to claim about the disrespectful way we felt treated, they did not apologise and rejected us very unfriendly. We will therefore never go again.. Very disappointed

Went to the Shame concert on March 24th. in the Plaza, for the first time, a great location in the right size for such concerts. Unfortunately, the topics of psychodelic, stoner rock, punk, metal and alternative are significantly underrepresented in the program, and so it happened that the booker for Shame chose a rather unsuitable support, some kind of hip-hop combo...well, after the likeable ones When the guys finished it, it was a great evening, thanks for that!

The door opened almost an hour later than stated. This meant we had to wait outside in the cold for a very long time. After we dropped off our jackets at the cloakroom, we were able to hear exactly one song from the opening band. In addition, we got sick from standing in line for so long in the cold.

Great ambience, pretty design. However, the organization left a lot to be desired: the doors opened over half an hour later than stated at the event. Therefore the visitors had to wait outside, freezing 😣

QUESTIONABLE MUSIC AND OVERPRICED I went to Plaza on a Saturday night. The club has a main floor and a smoking area. The entree fee is 30chf. If you want to pay that kind of money to listen to “call me maybe” and similar songs the whole night, then this is the club for you, otherwise it isn’t. The music in the smoking area is better. However, since it’s and indoor smoking area and they don’t have any windows, you’ll barely be able to breathe if you’re there long periods of time. Of course this is just my opinion, but I think this club is a bit over-hyped and I think there are better clubs in Zurich.

I give 5 stars because the club is cool and the music was great and the people are all relaxed and friendly. I only have one complaint, it was my first time there and I didn't know where the exit was, I asked a bouncer friendly where the exit is he told me there at the front right I went to the very end and couldn't find him, I gave him back and asked him again sorry I don't know where the exit is he just got aggressive and told me if I was stupid In the club and at the bar on the right... that's the only thing I can say about it, the club is really nice and good... that's the only thing that brought me down a bit in the mood... but otherwise 5 stars great 🤙

I have fond memories of the Plaza as a guest and even fonder as an employee! I had great times here and experienced good management and approachable, courteous staff as a guest and employee. However, I find the music in the Plazabar much too loud; you can hardly talk to friends. I still like to come back for karaoke on Sundays. ;) My favorite events still include the Bourlesque evenings, Boyakasha and Exctellent.

The Plaza has a tendency to allow far too many people into the club on occasions. Be it a comedy show (Charles Nguela), Oh lah lah, Zurich Pride Podcast, where you almost sat on each other's laps because the seating was way too close. At concerts like today at Kerala Dust there are just as many people in a small space. I can now dream of free dancing in my bed. A pity!

Without a ticket to enter, we were made to wait in the cold for 1 hour, telling us that we would return in pairs every 5 minutes. Finally, we were informed that there was no more room. Never there again

I just came to Zurich from Germany and thought I'd go to the Plaza. My expectations were exceeded right from the start. From lovely Delia Berra and Gazmend Super friendly staff.

If you search for “juice shop” in the picture book, you will find a picture of Plaza Klub Zurich! Total amateurs who can't handle a simple payment. You have to chase the bill yourself to pay. I was then called 7 times from different numbers at 4:00 a.m. to tell me that I hadn't made my payment. I then willingly paid twice the same amount to this Mr. Lucas via Twint, because I simply don't have time for further negotiations and don't need the small amount of money. The organizers should definitely do a drug test, don't think it will be negative. What a shame, never again! Luckily there are a bunch of other clubs in Zurich that have no intention of ripping you off! Unfortunately there are no 0 stars!

Great music! Great location! But very unprofessional and miserable staff!!! And seems like I'm not the only one with a negative experience with the staff! A real shame nothing has changed yet, because the party itself was amazing!!

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Dirtiest club I've ever been to. Women's toilets were already completely dirty and vomited at 12:30 a.m. We ordered two bottles and the bucket in which the bottles were brought was full of vomit. Absolute impudence and just plain disgusting. Never again.

The Plaza Club is rather large because it is spread over 2 levels. It impresses with several bars and dance floors. The high prices of the drinks are a dampener, but they are deliciously prepared. We spent almost the whole night dancing in the club and had a really fun time. The Plaza Club is certainly worth a visit; we'd love to come back.

Nice security, cozy little location. Very family atmosphere at the Cooper concert. The opening act and lead singer Blair Davie also had a nice atmosphere. The duration and length was also very pleasant: 7:00 p.m. doors open / 7:30 p.m. show starts / 8:20 p.m. Cooper / 9:50 p.m. end

What a discrimination at the entrance — just because of being incapable of handling the entry process. Hence, my wife arriving 5 minutes after me, had to queue for 30 minutes. When I entered, the club was empty!

As bad as this bouncer has to be replaced, it can't be that we are put to the side twice to wait but still no one comes. You should really be careful who you use as a bouncer. Maybe next time I should take my DNA test with me, it's a disaster, never recommend Plaza

The Plaza used to be my favorite club. Unfortunately it lost a lot of quality and class. Only one way and cheeky staff. The music is very quiet.

Bad acoustics from the DJs and one-way entry. Sorry, if you move near a club you can't complain about Parzygoers. It's a shame, it used to be one of the best clubs in Zurich.

Never again! The bouncers should be terminated without notice. I don't want to waste my time listing my negative experiences here otherwise it would be my turn until tomorrow. There's just one thing I have to get rid of, this bald bouncer with the beard (not the one who speaks standard German) the Albanian who thinks he's God. He has a policy of friendship at the entrance and can't be topped when it comes to disrespect. I hope the billiard ball reads this review and can do something with criticism.

I have often attended concerts by lesser-known artists here. The acoustics and atmosphere are fine. The size of the location is optimal for this type of concert, but the club facilities with lounges are less so. The toilets are clean and there are enough of them. The drinks menu is also fine and offers something for all tastes. I find it nonsensical that cash is no longer accepted.

Was there twice last August. Both times killer. A little crowded around one. A few chavs, a few high heels, a few normal guys. Did a good job.

I came in at 10 to 12, stayed for a maximum of 20 minutes, paid 25 francs for entry and when I went out to make a phone call I couldn't get in because my stamp was no longer valid. True, after 1200 I think it's a really shitty rule and I can't use that plaza at all do not recommend-.-

At yesterday's 4 Rooms Party, 2000s hits were the order of the day, but DJ Muri played some remixes and strange transitions instead of the hits. It's a shame, I was hoping for more!

Very disrespectful treatment at the entrance from the bouncer. I had the feeling that I was rejected mainly because I didn't speak Swiss German. I have been living in Switzerland for three years.

The welcome is very nonchalant, especially from the security guards when you don't speak German who don't even try to understand what you're saying to them, otherwise the interior is very good with several rooms and a very good atmosphere. ID cards are also well verified!
