Exceptional service, product promised what the seller (owner) described to us! Beautiful shop with attention to detail for demanding customers! I recommend it!

Meat, cheese and much more, we find it difficult to hold back when shopping. We particularly enjoyed the homemade Bündnerfleisch and salami. The master is extremely friendly and competent. We recommend shopping here on a full stomach.

A delicatessen at its finest. The store looks very inviting: modern and warm. There are exquisite specialties from the region and from our Italian neighbors. The meat is of top quality and impresses with its unique tenderness and taste. You can also order exquisite raw ham, various types of salami and sausages of all kinds, wafer-thin and freshly cut. A large selection of the finest cheeses is also offered. The staff is extremely attentive and scores with small gestures, such as tasting the recommended delicacies. They give you very competent advice and show a lot of patience even with undecided customers. The prices are of course in the upper range. However, the PLV is given in any case. Plinio impresses across the board, with connoisseurs, culinary enthusiasts and people who appreciate quality, sustainability and good food.

The award-winning Plinio butcher's shop offers a wide range of typical and local products of the highest quality. Cheeses, special ladjäger and Angus salamis, gravies, sauces, jams, breads, flours, cakes, splendid cold cuts and other noteworthy specialties. There is the possibility of pre-ordering the products and/or having wooden gift trays packaged with the specialties of your choice.

Rich selection of exquisite meat, cheese, Engadin and Bergell Bach products. A visit to Plinio in Samedan is an absolute “MUST”. Whether Angus fillet, meatloaf or meatloaf, everything is freshly prepared, tender and tasty. Unfortunately, I don't come to the region too often, but luckily almost everything can be frozen and enjoyed later at home. I'm excited!
