Worst service I've had in Martigny. No hello, when I pay the bill the waitresses chat among themselves, no reaction, no thank you goodbye. The drink ordered could have made up for this lack of professionalism but even then the spoon was dirty.

Portuguese and rude staff are horrible, seems like stray dogs to me

Michellod is a very well-known bakery but the staff is borderline unfriendly and the prices are high. However, the food in the bakery is very good.

Probably the most Swissish bakery you can get. I am bit lactose very intolerant so did not like the cheesiness of this place :p lot of cheese in the panini in the soup..you also get a block with your soup in bred 😉

Disappointed with the quality of the croissants and pain au chocolat

I came to the terrace twice, I waited more than 10 minutes without being served, too bad...so I went to the terminus café bar, served in less than 2 minutes each time,

If you are looking for pastries, go your way. Industrial pain au chocolat, ultra light, empty, and dry.

What happiness, I booked for 20 people, we were received like kings and in a private space. Impeccable quality and attentive service.

We get a sweet buts, but I put 3 stars because here is a little bit expensive than in other places and here is dirty tables and chairs and glasses for tea, we had to clean the glasses with napkins. So better if you have time search a better place for eat or drink...

Really poor customer service. the 2 ladies who work here made a mistake in our order and what's more, they brought us a hot chocolate that was cold. and of course instead of apologizing they pull the wool over their eyes and blame us. I will never set foot here again. I do not recommend this tea room

Wait 10 minutes at the bakery before being served and behind me people leaving because it's too long and the waitress calling but the person doesn't come straight away I think it's a shame especially since you see on the badge that she's the one in charge

Nothing special but unfortunately still one of the better options for a coffee break near the train station. They have different sandwich options and some sweet pastries. The baguette is quite ok and the sandwich overall neither bad nor great. The hot chocolate was with instant chocolate powder and the coffee was definitely one of the worse ones I had... All in all, ok for a quick bite but if you have time you might find a better spot.

She gave me the biggest orange juice without telling me there were different sizes 🥲 ended up paying 6.50 CHF for that. Food is good,nothing spectacular. Staff was nice.

A tea room ideally located a few steps from the station. The setting is quite pleasant and the service very courteous and efficient. Nice choice of good pastries. Enough to spend a pleasant sweet break (but there is also savory!).

I was poorly received there, the waitresses were unfriendly and I had to wait a very long time to get a heated panini, I was not even offered to sit down.

You can have a drink and the bakery is well stocked with only good things

Croissant was very good and the coffee was good too. My first choice near the train station.

Bakery and pastry shop full of things, each one better than the other with a very pleasant little bistro. The service is fast and the staff pleasant.

The establishment, like the pastry shop, deserves 4* but the antipathy of the staff is just one star. A smile costs nothing but the bulldog style that serves you doesn't make you want to go back.

Pleasant atmosphere, Small meals can be had from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday, open, sandwiches and pastries.

An excellently located boulangerie and café. Tasty pastries, sandwiches and more consistent menus for lunch. Otherwise the typical café, although more pleasant with the high ceiling and big windows. About 10 tables in all. A pity you have to pay separately for drunks and food. They don't take post cards (not sure for credit cards), so you better bring cash.
