The best poke bowls in Geneva. A hidden gem. Packed with fresh ingredients and complex flavors. I especially liked the ability to put wasabi peanuts on top of the bowl. They don’t overstuff the bowls with rice either.

Superb, very good and very well prepared

I went there during the summer (2023) and the restaurant was closed even though nothing indicated this on their website or on their storefront. However, I went there recently and I noticed that there was activity again at the indicated times and I was really happy to be able to have a bowl there again. Fast service, friendly staff and the bowl was incredibly good, I missed it. THANKS !

It's very good, but if it's not via Uber Eats it's super long, 30 minutes for 2 takeaway bowls when you're already there is not normal. In addition 2 out of 3 times ingredients are missing or even they are wrong, I have already had raw salmon instead of chicken, I was also asked what I wanted as a supplement and in which bowl even though I had filled out the personalization form so you just have to attach it in front of the work surface like in all restaurants, or they lost it in 10 minutes, I don't know... In short, it's nice but like a new one opened at Carouge, next time I'll try the other one

I am really disappointed ! The best poke I've eaten and it's been 4 Sundays in a row that I've had to travel 30 minutes to eat my poke and it's closed! I wait 20 minutes outside and no one comes. There is no indication either in the store or on the internet. Today I ordered in advance before going to pick it up and my order went through without a problem, however when I got there the store was still closed. This is a big disappointment and I'm clearly wasting my time.

I ate there, it's really delicious, they're very clean, I can't even count my orders just thinking about it, I'm going to go order there!

Forced to change my opinion after a recent scandalous experience. I placed an order with delivery, I received the confirmation email but the order never arrived! I tried to call 10 times and obviously their phone had a problem that day... I sent a first email to ask if my order had arrived, no response. So I had to skip lunch... Second email 2 days later to recount the incident and ask for a commercial gesture, not even the politeness to respond. The poke is delicious, I have to admit, I have been ordering from them for 2 years but their delivery service is catastrophic. Very regularly between 30 and 45 minutes late even if you order 1h30 before the desired time. And this time, the order never arrived. They should recruit more delivery people or review their ordering system but I don't think that will happen, they seem to have nothing to do with what their customers think.

For me the best POKE in Switzerland, I live in France and come to Switzerland very often for work. I come here all the time for POKE which for me are really the best!

I used to give this place 5 stars, and I used to be a very loyal supporter. I'd order so much from poke me until I benefited a free poke bowl on Uber eats. But I'm so sorry I have to change my review to only 1 star now, because there have been way too many times the order only comes 2 hours later. Despite that I still keep ordering from them. And now they cancel my orders at the last minute, at the moment you expect the food to arrive, after waiting for an hour. They've cancelled on me at least 3 times. It's really very disappointing, and a huge pity because they have good poke bowls. I'm sorry but I'm never ever ordering from poke me again. The experience of waiting and not even getting your dinner in the end over and over again is just too horrible.

As a regular customer of this restaurant, I have generally been satisfied with the quality of their products. However, with my last order for the office, I was unfortunately very disappointed. After an hour of waiting for delivery, I was informed that my order had been canceled without any prior warning. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional on the part of the restaurant. As a loyal customer, I expected a reliable and transparent level of service, especially when it is a large order for a group of people. The sudden cancellation of my order without warning caused considerable inconvenience. Especially since I took advantage of a 1 bought and 1 free action which is no longer available. I recommend the restaurant take steps to improve their service and ensure they communicate clearly with their customers in the event of any unforeseen issues or delays. As a consumer, I feel it is important to share my experiences to help other potential customers make informed decisions.

Poke very good but endless waiting times, site non-functional, staff exhausted because they are victims of their success. I think it's time to hire another person just to answer the phone.

At the top, a small arcade that I passed 100 times without paying attention, and what a mistake! The guy is as helpful as possible, guided me on the choice of foods and portion wise there is plenty to do. Taste-wise it's also flawless, you've just made yourself a customer for life. A bit of a shame not to have a loyalty card though

the pokes are prepared fresh and are very good. they must be victims of their success because they are always late with their orders (I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order even though it was made online 30 minutes before). the room is very small, 4-5 max inside to wait otherwise it's outside.

The poke is excellent, although a little expensive compared to other businesses. On the other hand, the service is super slow, the staff is not friendly and they systematically forget the drinks when ordering. If you have time to go back and get her, don't expect so much as a "sorry" or a smile. Makes you wonder if these omissions are not done on purpose... Half an hour of waiting in front of the store to get a poke, I was therefore unable to eat because my Lunch break is over just waiting for my meal... they seem overwhelmed with orders...

We go there regularly 2 to 3 times a month with my partner, the value for money is great. The products are fresh and everything is delicious.

Two hours to deliver an order estimated in 35 minutes, and this is not the first time. Except that they call you 1 hour 10 minutes after ordering to tell you that the ingredients are not available. At a minimum, a free gesture/dessert is expected, but no. The quality is ok (in relation to the price) but given the delivery conditions not respected on 3 orders, it was the last time.

Usually, I find fresh but today I was given a bowl already prepared in advance telling me that someone had withdrawn. I told them that I didn't mind taking it if everything was fresh, which I was assured of, and when I came home, I found some wilted rampons that I had to take out of my plate because they were inedible. Good morning, Working in catering, I can only eat from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Not only was my poke bowl not ready on time the first time, but when my mother came back a second time around 10:30 a.m. to have the order ready at 11 a.m. we told her that service not before 12 p.m., so s*** * What ! We don't all eat at 12 p.m. if ever!! An effort and a gesture on your part would have been really nice! Especially since we planned to come 3 times a week! Too bad your Poke Bowls are so delicious!! But we will no longer come to get food from you!! Frankly, your organization needs to be reviewed quickly and your responses are unacceptable!!! It was delicious and fresh. The staff was very nice, including to my younger daughter who managed our order. It's consistently tasty and a good value.

We ordered at 7pm via Uber Eats. At midnight, we were still waiting for our order...never received the food. We called the restaurant every hour, but only got the information that the food was just sent out now, hence food would arrive soon & we couldn‘t cancel anymore. 30CHF gone. RIP OFF!

Très bon! Fraîcheur, service, goût. Le local est très petit et on risque d’attendre à l’extérieur (-1 étoile ) même si appelle avant. Mais ça vaut la peine! Le propriétaire est toujours super accueillant.

Largement le meilleur poke bowl de Genève. Un service excellent à chaque fois et des ingrédients delicieux et frais avec énormément de choix. Niveau qualité/prix (et quantité) en plus c'est incomparable. On avait essayé des autres restaurants mais aucun ne compare au pokebowls de pokeme. En plus les employés sont hyper cool. Jy vais régulièrement tellement que c'est bon en plus d'être bien pour la santé.

Petit hic, j'avais sélectionné du saumon (cuit) et il y en n'avait finalement pas. 🙄 J'ai pris le bol basique et c'était déjà bien nourrissant. Petite précision : j'ai commandé via ubereats (la possibilité de composer son bowl fonctionne aussi, ce qui est top!) Rt la livraison était bien aussi.
