Disaster! Owner very unfriendly. The delivery address was entered incorrectly, so the driver couldn't find our address. I called where they are staying now. The owner was very upset and had no understanding, he insulted me on the phone and also told me to pick up the pizza myself, he didn't have time, he wouldn't deliver it to me anymore! Dealing with customers is an absolute no-go! By the way, I still haven't received my money. Never again! There are much better places there.

Delivery was on time, but the driver couldn't find our house and I had to pick up the order from the house next door. Quality of the pizzas: absolute disaster! The pizzas delivered were cold and soggy. It also appears as if the pizzas were transported upright as the side dishes and cheese are attached to the box lid. - Edge glued. Not like that!! We have been customers for years, but recently we have not been satisfied at all. Few toppings and extra ingredients are missing from the pizza. When ordering normally, an ingredient is always missing...Pizza Hawai without a Pineapple, Calzone Kebap without tomato sauce, Pizza Cavaliere without mascarpone. That can happen sometimes, but not every time. We're looking for another pizza supplier.

We regularly order our pizza from Popeye. We are always greeted warmly on the phone and delivery is lightning fast. The pizza tastes delicious and is very fair in price with the free drink. Can only recommend :) Greetings from the whole Webgorilla team

Pizza is very small for 16.50. Apparently it is not possible to select extra ingredients. I noted in my order requests that I would have liked extra salami and ham on my pizza and would also pay the extra charge. Unfortunately nothing... That's the last time I ordered there.

The food is very tasty and ready quickly. The employees are very friendly.

I ordered from Popeye for the first time today. And the first impression was very good. Nice on the phone, food delivered quickly and was hot. Nice gentleman from the delivery service and last but not least the pizza was very tasty. Well seasoned but not spicy. And you can also make your wishes when ordering.

Food is good but deliveries don't work. Ordered food at 11:45 a.m. and the delivery person arrived at 11:15 a.m.

We ordered a pizza to Neuhausen, after 2.5 (!!) hours of waiting, I told the owner over the phone that I would have had something to eat quicker if I had warmed up a frozen pizza with a lighter!!! I was then disconnected and I never saw anything of my pizza again! NEVER AGAIN

Ordered from Eat.ch. Shortly before the delivery date we got a phone call saying they wouldn't deliver to us or there would be an additional charge of 100 francs. If you messed up programming this correctly, you would still have had to drive off. It's about a 9 minute drive, depending on the location the guy probably needs longer within Schaffhausen. Considered twice: the first time and the last time.

Had a great experience! Pizzas are very delicious, delivery staff are always very friendly and courteous. Any extra requests will be fulfilled! But what I like best is the customer service - the wrong pizza was delivered when I ordered. The boss promptly called to say that the correct pizza would be delivered free of charge because a mistake had been made - I didn't even have to take action! This is customer service as you would expect.

I ordered a pizza, but had it canceled because I picked it up myself and saw the boss who looked like a very pregnant woman and half of her stomach was sticking out and he was still scratching that half. Afterwards I quickly went to the toilet and noticed that nothing had been done there for weeks, everything was dirty and there was an unpleasant smell floating around.
