Long wait but actually quite tasty.

This restaurant is a definite no-go in my book. The employees' attitude was abysmal, displaying blatant rudeness and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite the restaurant being empty, we waited a frustrating half-hour for our food to arrive, only to be met with the highest level of disappointment imaginable, the dark salad in my burger says it all. Suffice it to say, I won't be returning anytime soon. Save yourself the aggravation and steer clear of this place

Clean, pleasant place with a very good atmosphere. Fast food quality hot food but better compared to the traditional MC's and BURGUER's. Quality service with the possibility of refilling your drink.

The chicken is horrible, which is sad for a chicken fast food. Fries are what save this from 1 star and earn it 2 stars in my book.

I really love the chicken sandwich and burgers there, and the range of spices is also something different... so far I've only had the misfortune once to be served meat that was fried a little too long, which unfortunately made it a bit fibrous and slightly tough.. . was still just okay, but that's why I only gave it 4 stars for the food... Nevertheless, "Popeyes" is my absolute favorite fast food place among other, comparable burger shops... so conclusion: Yammy 😋👍

Chicken wings taste like nothing. Chicken burger is too much bread and boring sauce (just mayo). You can get better chicken burgers for less money at McDonald's. Unfortunately I didn't like it and the whole thing was way too expensive.

I had these mini wraps for 7.50 CHF. They weren't worth the money. They should cost a maximum of 5 CHF. And the lettuce leaves in each of the four wraps were already rotten. Do you know when lettuce leaves are so old that they become dark and slightly transparent? That's how it was.

After an escape room experience, we visited Popeyes around 8 p.m. The menu impressed with a diverse selection of menu items and attractive deals that were divided according to the number of people (for example the 2-piece combo for 2 people or the 3-piece combo for 3 people). We chose the 3-piece combo and were not disappointed, the portions were more than sufficient. The service was impressive with its friendliness and even brought the food directly to our table.

The food was as expected, but I still give it one star to make the rating count. I know Popeyes Oerlikon and Shippi Tivoli (Spreiti). I never had a bad experience, the staff was always extremely accommodating. Yesterday I was with a colleague in AltTETTEN and we ordered via Uber. The whole thing took an extremely long time, this can probably be interpreted as a failure on Uber's part... Item. When the order arrived the entire "cool" part was missing. In my opinion, either the Uber driver forgot this bag or Popeyes neglected to provide it. Anyway, my colleagues and I are people who like to enjoy their fries with sauce, not naked. We were less upset about the drinks, because we can also drink "Hahnenburger" since we are not bourgeois (perhaps you rate us/me as "Bünzlis", this is due to the fact that this annoyed review was very well thought out and comes across as elaborate. Side note: This is the first review I've ever written. I've simply never been so disappointed/deceived by a Zurich restaurant, so it just has to be done now). Be that as it may; We then contacted the restaurant by phone to draw attention to the problem. After various telephone transfers, we were told - due to a lack of knowledge of all of the Swiss national languages ​​(I speak all of them well enough to be able to make an order/change/cancellation (mind you, I am a quarter of Grisons, so I can even speak Sursilvan (Rhaeto-Romance idiom))) as well as a lack of command of the Lingua Franca, English, which is generally accepted in this country - promised that we would be helped. We also explicitly mentioned that Uber cannot really be contacted (which the employees must have been aware of...) and that the problem was actually solved by a A simple subsequent delivery would be solved (another side note: the journey by car from the restaurant to the colleague's home takes about three and a half minutes). We were assured that we would be helped. Long story short: our calls were ignored when we reached 15 Minutes later we wanted to follow up. We then called from a different number. Result: "Hello, this is Popeyes, how can I help?". "Hello, here I am again, how does it look...". Hung up. Crazy, I've never experienced anything like that. This won't go under any cowhide. My opinion. What else is generally worth knowing about this questionably run restaurant: According to "Buschtelefon", it was built illegally and without a building permit; and that in Letzipark, Switzerland! This is the summit!

Kinder menu french fries is spicy and the chicken has a strange smell

The place was clean and the employees were very nice. But... The children's menu with slightly spicy fries? For me that doesn't work at all. Should a 3 year old eat spicy fries? Sorry, but that needs to be changed. In addition, the children's corner is very dark when the children run in. My daughter got scared. I'd rather go to the MC next time.

The food was really nice. The chicken is a proper piece of chicken that is just fried, no weird mush like you sometimes get in nuggets. The chicken sandwich was very nice, the sauce was good and the bread is super soft and a little sweet which fits perfectly to the crispy chicken. The fries were also very nice, quite thing and crispy and very well seasoned. The ice-cream wasn't that great tho. Was ok, but not particularly good. They do have refillable sodas tho.

I was so happy to finally find a Popeyes in Switzerland. Chicken quality is good even if it tastes different than in the USA. There is also the absolutely great biscuit 🤤 I also think it's cool that you tap your own drinks 👍🏻 So room for improvement

Delicious menu. The cutlet, purely a piece of breast, is very tasty. French fries are hundreds of times tastier than McDonald's, because they are well fried and seasoned, not too salty. Lots of tables, orders prepared quickly.

I wish it was a KFC instead of Popeyes. The KFC chicken recipe is much tastier! Another complaint about Popeyes is that their menu choices are not flexible enough. I wanted 6 pieces of chicken with one large portion of Pommes-frites and 1 glass of coke. I could not adjust their menus to do that and I had to buy non menu options and ended up paying CHF 36 (also including 2 saucesl, which is too expensive!

Popeye's is more than just fast food, it's Louisiana Kitchen. Plus, it's even better here than in the US branches and the ladies at this location are extremely polite! Bravo!

My mother and I found the food extremely good, especially the meat is very good and the quality is even close to that of a good restaurant. The cheese is also extremely good. Depending on your taste, it may have too much mayonnaise, but that's a matter of taste. I think the price is very suitable and also fair. If you compare it to MacDonald, for example, it is more expensive but not by much. But the quality is better.

Chicken burger is not satisfactory due to very low bread quality. Fried chicken pieces are a little too greasy. Not easy to digest... Cajun fries are below average...However chicken stripes were very good. I can recommend only chicken stripes.

I don't think Popeyes' chicken burgers are anything special. Although the meat isn't bad, it's far too fried for my taste. The burgers taste very neutral (just mayonnaise, no other sauce). And hey, to be honest: CHF 10.90 for a burger and CHF 16.90 in the menu - I think that's excessive.

The spicy chicken sandwich and the cajun version are some of the best fast food chicken burgers out there, moreso in Switzerland where choice is quite limited. Thes rest of the menu is fine but those burgers are the highlight. Set your expectations however, this is fast food and not a fancy restaurant. The place is quite new and nice to eat in.

Letzipark now also has something that has been available in Oerlikon for a while: Crispy and fatty chicken in all variations. It's almost a sensation that Popeyes has its own new, separate entrance and is therefore open longer than the shopping center.

The chicken sandwich is really good and the fries are delicious and so far they were always fresh. I also like the mustard and the nola sauce. Location is nice for this type of place and the waiting time is not long even at lunch time, I never waited more than 10 mins. Price is fair for what you get and overall this place is above the average american fast food chain.

The delivery menu is apparently significantly smaller than in the restaurant, the fries were all squeezed into 1 bag when I first ordered. In today's order, 2x fries and various pieces of chicken were missing. Popeyes Letzipark, please take the Oerlikon branch as an example! Sure, you're still new and everything still has to fall into place, but please don't skimp on the menu size and squeezed fries are no longer edible. Very disappointing!

I thought that they provide any new taste but unusual the taste was not good. And they takes long time to get the order. All the staffs stay in the kitchen area and no one take care of the Tables. Most of the tables were dirty for a long time. Only for small selection of chicken dishes and high prices, but no taste. One Time! Never Again!
