The chicken is juicy and delicious. The staff polite. I will gladly come again.

A bit expensive and overcrowded by many families. But as a shopping center it completely meets the requirements.

Thank you, never again... The delivery was catastrophic. Wrong drinks, wrong side dishes and the fries were all inedible. Muddy, sloppy and cold. And yes, others at least manage to deliver warm fries that still have a bite. The first and last time for me!

The service is slow and they can't keep up when it's crowded.

The staff brought us missing orders. Time: 5:15 p.m We complained, but to no avail. The staff was very rude and sometimes aggressive towards customers. Afterwards, this staff admitted to us that it was really missing. So, there are 2 points that this restaurant needs to change. 1. Please train your staff to be decent and polite in front of customers. We have never experienced anything so rude and cheeky anywhere. 😡 2. Ms. Delirka is the boss here, this lady urgently needs to be replaced otherwise you will lose a lot of customers in the future.

Paid 24 francs and was full! The food is quite good. Certainly worth a visit.

We went here for a spontaneous lunch. Unfortunately it was very crowded and the waiting times were relatively long The staff tried hard but seemed understaffed. The food was ok but the chicken could have been hotter. The fries were fresh and hot. Overall it was OK and we would come again when it is less busy.

At the counter the menu was pushed to the side several times even though there were pommes directly underneath to serve. Iced tea spilled with ice cream without chicken, poor quality, fries completely over-seasoned. Price 18.90 oversized...compared to KFC 14.90 top chicken quality. POPEYES . . Not recommended!!!

Unfortunately the food wasn't good, although the burger was fresh? When it was prepared, it wasn't hot enough and there was basically not enough sauce. I also had to wait a very long time for my order, even though we were there before 12 p.m. and there were only two orders ahead of me. The floor was greasy, the tables dirty, the air stuffy - all before lunchtime.

Nice to have some alternative to McD and BK. Great for chicken lovers. Buffalo sauce tastes great, but have not figured out how to sip the massive chicken wings in the small sauce boxes... still a lot better then bring ketchup from mcD 🙃 The app does not seem to have any offers - might be because they are new and don't need it, yet?! So price wise it is a little more expensive than the fast food competition around...

Everything's fine, the only problem is that it's way too warm in the food corner. There is also the Burger King, a kebab shop and the subway, all in the same place. But that has nothing to do with Popeeyes, just too many in the same place.

The food was too small, it's just a scam

Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time for the food. A certain waiting time is ok, but this was clearly too long.

We ordered a sandwich combo for two. Everything was tip top - as expected. The service was friendly and the food came quickly. Sandwich, chicken tenders, spicy wings and fries were fresh and hot. Even on Saturday lunchtime there were still free tables - they were also clean. Only at the kiosk we couldn't figure out how to order Cola Zero - not bad - but we could have asked... We can only recommend Popeyes!

It's faithful to what popeyes is. Do not expect regional offers, they have the same international menu. However the quality of meat is significantly higher but the price is as well.

Tasteles, rubber, probably stale and frozen few months a go chicken... tasteless! Worst copy of KFC.

I ordered via uber eats and only half arrived, each time an item was missing but I still asked for the full price and didn't get a refund. No, something like that won't work, never, ever again

With a wait of almost 20 minutes, you would think that the food would at least be freshly prepared. It was cold. The employees run back and forth but nothing meaningful is done during this time. Extremely bad service. And that with a very low customer volume.

The chicken burger was very tasty, the fries are a bit spicy.

At the reopening I actually found the burgers and fries very tasty. But last time I ordered a coleslaw salad and the employee fetched some container from the cellar. What can I say, the salad not only smelled bad, it was rancid, bitter and inedible. Almost gave me food poisoning. This shouldn't happen. Isn't this something checked? Unfortunately, the burger was cold and too greasy… I won't visit the restaurant again.

Unfortunately it can't compete with Popeyes in the USA, there's hardly any Cajun flavor on the fries, it's way too greasy and the chicken was just OK. Order terminals are a disaster.

Really bad and no comparison to the "real" original in the USA (I'm an American and can judge it, I was in Popeyes nationwide in the USA): - 2 out of 3 self terminals don't work, the 3rd one is very slow. - Chicken pieces are dripping with fat and still bloody inside (happens when the deep fryer isn't hot enough). There is only one spiciness (rather mild), not mild and spicy like in the USA. Not very spicy, but overly salty. Also very small parts, lukewarm. -French fries not spicy, as if they were only seasoned with a maximum of half the spice - Cole Slaw a cold slaw so ice cold that it is almost frozen. So inedible. It also tastes different and was served in Burger King packaging. - No biscuit and no honey. - no forks, only upon request. So you don't really feel full, even if everything was edible. Sorry, but taken together it seems like someone tried to copy Popeyes without being able to. So the store won't last long with its steep prices. Then it's better to go to Burger King, where the quality and quantity are right. PS: Disinfectant dispenser also empty, hygiene doesn't seem to be taken seriously...

Get working order panels, we had to repeat the order 5 times because the part crashed each time... The cheese was forgotten on the burgers, the sauces on the chicken parts, there were no napkins, but there were 7 straws for 4 people... Food on and ok on its own, but you can find better for the price. Only one annoyed employee gave out orders, the rest chatted with each other in the kitchen, and that on a Saturday when the shop was full, so you don't have to be surprised about long waiting times...

Coleslaw was rancid and tasteless. The chicken pieces were not crispy and full of fat. Waited 25 minutes for 3 pieces of fillet and 2 drinks.

The food is very good. Chicken and fries were great! There were simply problems with the order and the location is also a little special. However, that doesn't change the fact that I wouldn't recommend it.

Very tasty indeed, but watching a chef come back from a smoking break and not washing his hands makes you feel sick. If you have another cook touching your nose while it's being prepared, you'll want to vomit.

NEVER AGAIN!! At first I thought it was delicious but then... We sat there for a moment and watched everything going on and I had to watch as one of the chefs coughed into his hands several times and just continued working. NO gloves when preparing the food but when serving it out. Make sense please? Washing or at least disinfecting hands was also not observed. When someone touched their nose and then brought the food to the counter, the food finally came back up to me. Disgusting and unacceptable!! Don't even get me started on the tables...

Very rude cashier and the team leader very arrogant!! I wanted to pay for 4 sos and just use the card payment is not possible even though it doesn't say anywhere that card payment is not possible!! My question was how can I pay if I don't have a card? Answer from cashier: I don't know, I'm not a technician!! Shame on you

Kiosk machines do not work legally. No choice, no meat, so chicken (they can only prepare two sandwiches), only cash payment possible as they don't have a card reader. Best start for a restaurant.

Food is ok - if you like it greasy. Employees efficient and nice, but nothing more. There is a big deduction for the completely annoying order panels. The reaction to the input feels delayed by 2 seconds, which you have to accept because there is no one at the counter. Interior completely paved. Why were 4 concepts installed in such a small space with this number of seats and this room height? Sorry for me not again. PS ventilation catastrophic!

They canceled my order on justeat

First experience wasn't that sensational. Waited about 30 minutes for the order, which wasn't necessarily a problem for me, but I had the feeling that I was simply forgotten, so I would have been happy if they had asked me briefly - they have noticed me several times, at least. I observed how the employees awkwardly alternated back and forth at the stations while new guests with larger orders were being served food relatively quickly (about 5 minutes apart). I myself had a "combo" with 2 other menus - nothing big or complicated. My paper bag (it was takeaway) was made available in the background about 15 minutes after I ordered. In the last few minutes a few things came in, fries (?) and drinks. My order sat on the counter for minutes without anyone calling my number. I didn't know until then whether this was really my order. Finally I was given the food and I was able to leave. The food is relatively good, good fries, the chicken pieces were relatively large, but everything was a bit soggy. The food was wrapped in thermal foil, which resulted in a lot of condensation, probably because it was in there for too long before it was handed to me. Employees seem somewhat unmotivated and sometimes clumsy and disorganized. However, the young man at the counter made an effort and remained friendly despite the stress. 1 order machine didn't work. It can happen that customers complained that the machine had been stuck for some time. To be fair, I have to mention that it was a Saturday evening, but still... Well, the food was ok, but for me personally it's just not worth the price-performance ratio, the portions are rather small, especially fries and the burger was also a bit measly compared to the competition, product quality was rather on the lower side (mass production). Maybe it's just me, as the saying goes? "It's tasty..." But I'd rather go to the BK and get "added value".

The order takes way to long we have been waiting for 30 minutes now and it still hasn’t arrived

Orders went completely chaos. Paid 81chf and only got half the order correct. We did check briefly while at the restaurant and managed to tell the waiter to pack again 1 full box of forgotten wings. But once reached home we found 15 tenders turned into 2 tenders and 5 tiny pieces of nuggets and the box of 14 wings we got only 13pcs. It could happen only if someone is really so bad at counting and don't bother to get the order right after making the customer waited. It is impossible to make your customer having to count each and every pieces for takeaway. And once home it's impossible to drive back 11km to get your order corrected! Service - horrible!

I have rarely experienced anything so chaotic and disorganized. Forty minutes of waiting, so a big Punch and Judy show. After waiting for so long, the chicken can only be juicy and the fries crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside (which it wasn't), it was a bad experience. If you're into wasting time, you're welcome here. But comfortable chairs.

The food was good. But unfortunately the order took a bit too long even though there were few customers. There was a small misunderstanding with the drink, but fortunately it was quickly resolved. I hope you can improve and be successful like the branch in Oerlikon. Otherwise it was ok and not bad.

Tables totally dirty. It has nothing to do with fast food, waited 15 minutes. Filets were ice cold. At least it was exchanged without any problems.

Burgers are handled by several employees by hand without gloves🤮. The quality isn't right either, I felt sick after eating.

What can I say, it would have been better to use the Burger King ordering machine. With the motto "Who hasn't yet, who wants again" several employees had touched the roll without gloves. The food was inedible, both me and my daughter felt really sick after eating. The first and last time we ate there!!!

Delicious food, nothing to say, except raw chicken wings, it must have been a coincidence I don't know. Personal? Better to replace every single individual because they sleep at work, really slow service, four people all in line waiting, there are those who even left the line to go elsewhere. Personally we won't go there again.

Something different👍 Burgers (sandwiches) are generous. Not huge but well filled. The fries are not oversalted, but rather well seasoned. The only point of criticism is that unfortunately you can't choose drinks without ice.

Extremely tasty and tender chicken! Everything was made fresh and it was delicious. I certainly would recommend this restaurant... I'll be back
