VERY BAD TREATMENT!!! FOR EVERY ORDER, FORGET TO PACK FRIES OR BURGERS.

I have a 20 months baby, and as usual I asked them If they could heat the baby food. In other places always yes, but this time a cold and unsympathetic no. Think they should review their priorities or their staff, cause it's not admissible

This afternoon at 12:25: Ordered Fishmac and Cheeseburger Royale to take away from the DriveInn, paid CHF 13.40, discovered when unpacking at 12:40: Fishmac was extremely bad and, above all, very carelessly prepared and instead of the Cheeseburger Royale I found 4 - also very Poorly prepared chicken nuggets. Conclusion: What I ordered was not delivered and what was delivered was almost inedible. I'll probably take a year off before I go to McDonald's Spreitenbach next time. And now I'm going to Burgeking to quickly eat something real.

The first MC back then with drive-through! Very nice, lots of space, clean, 2 floors, I really like it, nice discount for children to play

So far so good. A McDonald's branch with the usual offerings. Service and food was as expected. Nothing particularly positive or negative.

Eat as always at MC! Unfortunately the payment system had failed, meaning you couldn't take anything extra.

After 2.5 hours I simply canceled my order.

I've never waited so long for my food. This is not an isolated case. Every time I eat there I have to wait at least 30-40 minutes because of fast food. You always have to stand at the counter for at least 15 minutes until someone gets the idea to serve you. The food was not fully cooked.

The branch is extremely well designed and modern. Nice clean seating areas upstairs downstairs and outside. Completely handicapped accessible, children's changing room available. The kiosk makes it easy to operate and the order was at the table barely 2 minutes later.

Worst mc ever. Doesn't deliver on time and takes 1 hour for 2 mcflury 1 shake! In addition, the service is very unfriendly.

The first look is very clean and tidy. The food was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the nuggets were very dry and cold. The Royal Cheeseburger was fresh and tasty and the Filet O Fish that was ordered with it was okay, but didn't blow me away like it did in other McDonalds.

Sunday, February 18th 2:30 p.m We didn't get any napkins and there weren't any anywhere. When I asked the gentleman at the checkout for napkins, I was cheekily told whether I needed a kilo of them. I have never felt so disrespected in a McDonald's.

An older employee insulted us stupidly as to why we ordered the sauces and he had to go to the first floor. He was also quite loud and exposed us above all. And threatened that he wouldn't come upstairs next time because of the sauces.

Play area for the children inside and outside. Service quick. Busy. Eating McDonald's doesn't blow me away anymore.

The restaurant is very busy and the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. It offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, including in the McCafé area. Well recommended.

It’s Mc Donald’s so you know what to expect, one thing that stands out was how helpful and nice the staff is. I think because of the location it seems “roomy”, it has a lot of different sitting areas. In general it was cleaner than most Mac Donald’s, including the bathroom and tables. I like that it’s two floors so it doesn’t seem crowded.

I was once again in the Mc on the drive and we ordered 2 menu items, as always a fries were forgotten this time... we discovered it at home!! It's really sad that something is missing from every order!

Bad, ordered burger without tomatoes didn't work, Coke not carbonated, table and floor sticky and dirty.

The tables are not cleaned that often. Hygiene is just as bad! It's just the guests who leave the dirty tables behind and I have to say they aren't any better at home.

Apparently it closes at 12:00. Staff very unfriendly at 00:30, even though online opening hours are offered until 1:00.

I usually order in drive-thru and every time something is missing. I don't think it's because of the language because a number is a number

Worst service ever! Employees who pretend to be the boss (an older woman) can't speak German and have no respect for the customers. The customer comes because it is a McDonalds restaurant and not because you offer something else. An offer from the app that expired after 10 minutes because the system didn't work on self-service was rejected at the checkout by the newly declared boss, quote: Yes, sorry, you have to pay more now, that's just how it is. 0 stars would have been better for this service.

It's been a long time since I went to the MC Donals in Spreitenbach and I swore to myself that they wouldn't see me again that quickly. There are several reasons for this. EAT: Despite the long wait, the burgers were lukewarm. On top of that, I had hair in the burger. Return refused! In addition, there are only mini burgers, compared to 2020. The portions are a good 30% smaller, but the prices have been increased. SERVICE Unfriendly, arrogant & indifferent AMBIENCE Untidy, dirty chairs, tables and floor.

Children's birthday celebrated... Servis is to be desired.

When we arrived, every third table had trash from the guests (who didn't seem to want to dispose of the trash themselves). The floor was sticky. I'm aware that you can't always clean a restaurant like this... but maybe you can now and then.

I like coming to this McDonald’s location. Has a drive-thru, self-service machine or classic cash registers with employees. Serving or preparing is quick and the dishes are ok for small or large appetites. Never have to wait long unless it's lunchtime. We see each other soon.

No matter what I order, the employees always mess it up, they always make mistakes 100 times over. The employees are very unfriendly and rude, the only one I'll avoid from now on is McDonald's, everyone else is ok.

I thought the food was OK. But the staff was at least at the lowest level. From the employees to the branch manager, it was very disappointing how inconsiderate and unfriendly we were.

This McDonald's really surprised me, the quality of the snack was perfect, as well as the speed of preparation. It was the first time I ate a Big Mac and in addition to being at the ideal price, it also perfectly matched the ad rated 10 for this branch. Really unfriendly! We ordered on Ubereats and when I checked the order I noticed that a Big Tasty was missing, so I asked the driver and he told me that was everything. When I called the branch, the lady on the phone said she had packed it even though the Uber driver only had one bag with him. She said it wasn't her problem and that I should see for myself where the Big Tasty had gone, really unpleasant and never again.

Cleaning the Mc Flurry machine during the day?!?....it's really not possible! Were completely disappointed today! I stood in front of the checkout for 10 minutes as ordered and didn't pick it up, there was nothing going on and the staff walked past me and I wasn't noticed at all!...Thanks to computers and contactless ordering, you no longer have to train in customer friendliness! Really disappointing today!

Given the wrong burger for the third time. Instead of double tasty, always single. It was obviously made specifically. Receipt deliberately never added or asked. Exchange or complaint not possible. I accepted it as a mistake twice. This branch is famous for that.

I am not a big McDonald's fan but I must say this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. The burgers are the best quality. Had the homestyle chicken with honey mustard burger and I can honestly say this was the best one I've ever had. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and just lookin into the kitchen u can see how clean and meticulous the layout was. The staff was polite and friendly. Even the toilets were cleaner than most of the 5* hotels I have been to. All in all I wish every chain restaurant was like this, and not just this particular one. For this particular restaurant WELL DONE Mr Ronald McDonald.. 😉

Simply rude, lazy staff. I come to the branch after work at 11 and order via the app. Then the employees in the restaurant call out the number of tables. When I asked why my food wasn't brought to the table, I got the answer: "Brother, no more at the table". I had all of 30 minutes to use this service. If I can work properly, their employees can too. Simply rude and disappointing.

While I was eating the chips, I found a dead and burnt bee. But nothing serious happened to The Sandwich and Coca Cola. Talking about the chips obviously I went to say that there is a burnt and dead bee but the cashier replies to me that the bee comes from outside. I don't understand but ok

Catastrophe at delivery always the same veegesset always öpis or make öpis wrong e.g. Once again I forget about the double tasty meat, for which I always pay extra for more. Then they never pick up the phone and when they answer it they always say “next time you will get a voucher” and they never say either a voucher or the money back

Large play tower for the kids, nice outdoor area. Yes, the floor didn't look very clean and certain tables hadn't been cleaned yet, even though there wasn't that much going on. Still perfect for a break when the car needs to be quickly charged.

Modern and large McDonald's in the Spreitenbach industrial area. With McCafé, drive-thru, ordering computer with take-to-table service and playground. My husband had a burger here and I had ice cream. Both were as usual. Staff friendly, the place clean. Despite lunchtime, however, not particularly busy. It deserves 3.5 stars, which I round up of course.

I ate indoors with table service. There were 3 guests in the restaurant with me. The order was never brought to my table! I had to go to the counter and pick it up myself!! When I asked, the employee said he couldn't find me with my number in the entire restaurant!!!!! Just ridiculous. he was just too lazy!!!!

I recently ordered 3 menus and then everything was handed to me one by one at the drive-thru. Afterwards, when I asked if I could get a bag, it was simply thrown into my car. The menus were also totally wrong. Of course the receipt wasn't there either... How incompetent do you have to be to not even be able to put together ONE menu? McDonald's Switzerland should do something about this! Next time I'll just throw it back in the kitchen! Then you can look at your mess for yourself. An impudence!!

Hair in the burger, cold/old burger from Made for you. When we complained we were given an apology because in the restaurant we always wear a cap and tie our hair, we thought the hair was a cucumber fiber even though we could see the roots/root (white) and the hair (black). The ugly burger with the hair in the meat still existed - in this case a lack of hygiene concept. This restaurant will definitely not be visited again, not even for a drink.

Unbelievable, ALWAYS missing items if you order multiple menus. Tonight I didn’t check too well and realized at home that 2 orders of medium fries was not there. SO annoying :(
